Very centrally located, clean with nice decoration apt and fully equipped with a nice small balcony. Nice and helpful staff. Pet friendly (I think 25€/night). Parking available (I think 25€/night), a bit frustrating to find it as there is no sign with the apts name and Google maps guide you incorrectly. I found strange that there were cameras in the breakfast room. I think that there was a superficial...

All in all, the place is pretty ok. The staff was really nice and tried to accomodate us as good as possible. They do, however, speak next to no english. The rooms were ok, except for the bathrooms, which in our cases had some mold in the corners. The entrance is somewhat hard to find as there is no sign in front. The pool is nice and clean and there is plenty of space to lie and sit on the terrace...

The hotel is quite simple but clean. The location is great, close to lots of restaurants, convenient stores and the beach. However the wifi sucks and the cleaning lady really wants to clean everyday, even when you're still in the room which is quite annoying. This could be solved with a "do not disturb" and "please clean room" sign for the door.

Very clean and spacious rooms. The rooms are serviced daily and the inn keepers go beyond their call of duty to tidy up the place. It is conveniently located, next to many stores and restaurants. It's about a 10 minute walk to the bay. We enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend the inn to Budva visitors!

Very neat and daily cleaned rooms. 30 minutes walk to the old Town and 10 to the marginally attractive beaches. The hotel is surrounded with convenience stores and interesting restaurants. Great value hotel, highly recommended when choosing to visit budva.

Just stayed at this place...frankly speaking didn’t expect to be so good. Totally renovated this year, I have a feeling that I was the first guest. Breakfast was delicious and every day something new. Very clean and modern rooms. Thank you family Kentera for your hospitality. See you soon.

Extremely super friendly host, punctual, complied with all requests, treated with homemade figs, cleaning and towel change was more often than in the cleaning schedule. Very comfortable location. There are two exits from the villa, from which you can take short routes to the market or supermarket and another to the old town or Mogren beach. It is also easy to leave a car nearby, but the villa is located...

Lovely villa. A very picturesque place. The view from the balcony is stunning to the mountains. The birds chirp all day. Very clean, snow-white bed, cleaned three times a week. Food and industrial shops are within walking distance. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the mogren beach and the old town. I recommend it for a must visit.

Great appartments, so polite and pleasant owners. Near from centre Budva, 5 minutes on foot to sea, old town. Good location. New rooms, clear and cozy. Reccomend for everybody.

Nice hosts, clean and spacy rooms, parking available, near to the center and to the beaches, located at the end of a dead end road, nice and cozy place with moderate prices.

Quiet and cheap but still very centrally located guesthouse. Landlady is friendly and very efficient. We can highly recommend this room rental and would stay here again at any time if we are back.

The panorama is very beautiful, a perfect sea experience. The accommodation is clean and well equipped. The hosts are kind and helpful. Language: English, Russian. Budva 5 minutes by car. 3 beaches are also within reach. Parking is a bit difficult, but this is common in the Mediterranean. I've reached the end! 😎😁

Clean, comfortable, there is everything you need for living: dishes, washing machine, air conditioner, hairdryer, iron, etc., a lot of towels, even beach towels. Hospitable, helpful hosts who will help with everything, answer all questions, meet you at the airport, and help with car rental. And it is better to heed the advice, they were very useful to us))...

Rooms clean and nice. The location is fantastic, close to everything and yet without any noise. The yard of the house is beautiful, full of olive trees. The host is very cordial and always ready to help.

Comfortable and calm family-run hotel. Staff is very friendly and always willing to help. Our room was sparkling clean. Good breakfast with many vegetarian and few vegan options. Effective air-conditioning. Only 15 minutes walk to the old town. Highly recommended.

This is the perfect place to stay in Montenegro. It is close to Budva, Sveti Stefan and Kotor. You Can relax in the quiet and cozy surroundings. Nice pool and perfect bar with cheap cocktails and they are very good. The service is so good. Very kind. Especially Philip made our stay fantastic. Our room was good with an amazing view.

Great place. Nice rooms. There is not a kitchen in all of them though. There is a pool, bar and restaurant. All cheep and serves decent food. The only downside was the shower in our room, it was leaking and a little broken. Super friendly staff that makes you feel welcome. The place has good Wi-Fi with coverage all over the place. The place offers free transportation down to the beach a couple of times...
