Guest Houses in Budva

There are no parking spots near the area and, as we discovered, parking on the street is illegal in Budva. Our rental car was totaled by the police while parked next to the hotel. The air conditioning was not working when we arrived but they put us in another bedroom eventually. The room was extremely clean, the Russian lady who works there is lovely and the location is only a 7min walk to the beach...

When I showered, the water came out cold and it was so cold. I asked the next day and they told me how to do it. In the evening, the heating didn't work and it was so, so cold. I opened the window and pulled the curtains, but they fell down without any strength, which was embarrassing. I was embarrassed because people in the building next door could see me. I managed to block it a little. I don't recommend...

We really liked the location of the villa, the hospitality of the hostess Snezhana, the spacious balcony and room, and the availability of dishes. We recommend this place to stay in Budva.

It feels like home in a small villa: the surrounding environment is quiet, like a rabbit, the environment is beautiful, antique, convenient for shopping and dining, convenient transportation, 20 minutes walk to the thousand-year-old city, you can also listen to the waves and watch the sea along the Mediterranean. The landlady is enthusiastic, never disturbing, and will come to help if there is anything

The location is easy to find, the third row along the street, quiet in a busy area; The room is not big, but fully equipped, the landlord is very friendly; The small restaurant downstairs is great, cheap and super delicious.

The guesthouse is around 20' on foot from the city center. The room is spatious and kept fresh with a good functioning AC. I personally didn't find it too clean, they only come in to change the towels and nothing else, no floor cleaning. The breakfast is good and varied, and even if it is not buffet you have a good selection of plates. However the girl serving you could not be more annoyed of doing...

A nice guesthouse with a good location We had a really nice stay in Budva. The guesthouse was nice, comfortable and clean and the host was really helpful and nice. It was within walking distance to everything we needed, and it was really nice (and necessary) with air condition. The shops were right around the corner (a two minutes walk) and the nearest ATM could be seen from the entrance of the restaurant...

The distance to center of Budva is around 1.5 maximum. Lots of stores and places to eat around. Very friendly owners and staff. Very good breakfast options, very good drinks (Virgin Mojito is great!). Nice rooms, comfy beds, wi-fi and A/C. Definitely a place to recommend for a good price.

The room was comfortable with a fridge, kettle and a small balcony. A good choice of breakfast of the menu. Le Marco is situated in suburb of Budva close to the main bus terminal and a twenty minutes walk to the old town. The food in the restaurant serves acceptable food at a reasonable price. The hotel is quite simple but clean. The location is great, close to lots of restaurants, convenient stores and the beach. However the wifi sucks and the cleaning lady really wants to clean everyday, even when you're still in the room which is quite annoying. This could be solved with a "do not disturb" and "please clean room" sign for the door.

Very clean and spacious rooms. The rooms are serviced daily and the inn keepers go beyond their call of duty to tidy up the place. It is conveniently located, next to many stores and restaurants. It's about a 10 minute walk to the bay. We enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend the inn to Budva visitors!

Very neat and daily cleaned rooms. 30 minutes walk to the old Town and 10 to the marginally attractive beaches. The hotel is surrounded with convenience stores and interesting restaurants. Great value hotel, highly recommended when choosing to visit budva.

We spent here for a week during summer. It was our first time in Montenegro and we are really suprised how crowded can it be. The accomodation was nice and affortable. The beach and the old town was close too. The grocery store was nearby too. The owner was generous and let us to park our car front of the appartment.

All praise for the apartment in Budva. The location is excellent, you are a 15-minute walk from all important places and beaches, the people are cultured and hospitable, and the room is more than sufficient for its function of sleeping and showering.

The hotel is centrally located, near the bus station and about a 20-minute walk from the beaches of Budva. Those beaches are overcrowded and not clean, though. The awesome thing was that every day I hopped on the bus to explore different towns along the coast. If you are adventurous, staying round the corner from the inter-town bus station could be useful. I really liked a variety of food for breakfast...

Family run business who were very friendly, the meals were great and large portions.The apartment was very clean the only fault was the bath/shower its quite high for getting in & out which could be a problem when wet.Its situated up a hill and is about a 20 min walk down to the beach front

If you want a pool and breakfast with nice spacious rooms with air-conditioning this is great place Owner was very kind and helpful Pool is small but shaded so we were able to enjoy with kids A bif far from beach but you can go to Jaz by car and this is much better than crowded Budva

The hotel is very new, some things will settle down over time. The sea view is incredibly beautiful.

For 7 days they never cleaned the room and did not take out the garbage (we took it out ourselves), of course, not a problem, but ... Towels were changed once a week, explaining to us that they have it written in the "correct", okay, so be it ... You have to ask for a kettle at the reception, but it’s fashionable to catch girls there only early in the morning ... One huge plus, which is behind all...

The view from the window is insane! Rooms clean and spacious. You just need to cross the bridge over the street to find yourself on the beach. There is actually no cleaning as such, but towels are changed and rubbish is taken out. There is often no one at the reception, but it is enough to call the indicated number and one of the girls will surely come to the rescue :) The girls are very helpful and...

We stayed in an apartment with a separate bedroom. The interior design featured very charming color schemes. All amenities were available: a kitchenette, air conditioning, a refrigerator, cable TV, and 2 balconies. The house was very clean and quiet. Shops and gas stations were a five-minute walk away, the beach was ten minutes away, Budva's old town was twenty minutes away, and the bus station, from...

Great place! There is a parkink, so you can rent a car and left it just outside the building. The host is amazin! He's friendly and helpfull. Next trip to Budva i will come back to Martinović Rooms.

The host is very kind and very concerned. The location is very close to the centre. You can walk down to the beach in just 5-6 minutes. Pretty clean. There is hot water around the clock. Internet is smooth and fast. Although we forgot the beach umbrella, the host found us an umbrella in just 2 minutes. We had no problems during our stay. Thank you Martinovic Rooms for everything.

The host is extremely friendly, and location is great, but rooms need deep cleaning or renovation. The price is really reasonable and I didn't expect much. Maybe only my room was in such a condition , because corridors and facade looked a much more well-kept.

We stayed at Lucic as part of our packaged tour to Montenegro. The hotel says it’s a 4-star hotel, but I wouldn’t give it more than 2. The room continuously smelled very badly, ventilation in the bathroom works really badly (or doesn’t work at all?), throughout 9 days the room was cleaned only once - really badly (basically they made our beds and replenished the toilet). It’s not far from the beach...

This is a great place to stay for both short and long term. It’s clean and cozy, close to the beach, restaurants and bus station. Prices are very reasonable and staff is suuper friendly. The only downside is no visa only cash for payment.

very nice rooms with lost of available places for laguage and stuff. cleaning lady is so professional- besid the bed and bathroom, she even sorted out our scattered belongings.. Shower cabin is big. Receptionist is pleasant and available. I recommend this hotel .

We expected to stay in a luminous apartment for 3 persons as per our booking reservation while we stayed in a basic room . That said, the room was clean and the staff has been very kind; the position is very central, close both to the beach and the old town.

We had a great stay for 2 nights here at Villa Merci. It was not easy to drive to (because so many roads are impassable in that town!) but once we finally figured it out, there was a parking place in the front reserved for us and we were checked in really quickly and with a smile. Our room (number 2 I think?) had a double bed and a single, a basic kitchenette with 2 electric hobs and a kettle and fridge...

The villa is clean and has a boho style. AC, Wifi, Toiletries and coffee bar are available in the room. 5 mins walk to the beach side. There is a supermarket nearby and a turkish halal restaurant. They leave free umbrellas to use and it was really helpful as it unexpectedly rains. Sinan the owner is very friendly and helpful, he drive me to the bus station after check out.

It’s a good place to stay in when visiting Budva Montenegro. It’s so clean and I like the decorations ( bohemian style) I had my private balcony. Clean and cosy rooms. Feel like home. Staff is really helpful and friendly. They arranged my last minute transfer and saved my day. I got a lot of advice for places. Broadband speed is really good for working. I think hotel has device at every flat and garden. Definitely I will visit again and again.

The panorama is very beautiful, a perfect sea experience. The accommodation is clean and well equipped. The hosts are kind and helpful. Language: English, Russian. Budva 5 minutes by car. 3 beaches are also within reach. Parking is a bit difficult, but this is common in the Mediterranean. I've reached the end! 😎😁

Hospitable, helpful hosts who will help with everything, answer all questions, meet you at the airport, and help with car rental. I really enjoyed staying there in room no. 21, so much so that I extended my stay. It's close to the city center and a megamarket, just 5 minutes away. The conditions are very pleasant, clean, and tidy. I highly recommend it for a relaxing stay. 🖐️

You will not find more peace anywhere else on the coast. Being family owned, they make sure you have the best experience possible. Poolside beds, bar, small restaurant with homemade dishes for breakfast and dinner. And the prices are very very reasonable. Will always come back to this place.

This is the perfect place to stay in Montenegro. It is close to Budva, Sveti Stefan and Kotor. You Can relax in the quiet and cozy surroundings. Nice pool and perfect bar with cheap cocktails and they are very good. The service is so good. Very kind. Especially Philip made our stay fantastic. Our room was good with an amazing view.

Perfection! Villa Velzon has the best staff in all Montenegro. Receptionists, restaurant workers and cleaning ladies were a blast, they made our holidays so special, helped with everything what we needed and set a perfect “holiday mood” from the day we arrived and until we left. Rooms are great, clean, well equipped, good ac, location is great. Highly recommend to stay here and will for sure come back...

We spent a week at Velzon. It’s a great hotel for couples and families. The staff is very friendly and always ready to assist with any inquiries. Spacial thanks to Zeljka and Milan for their assistance and for making our stay memorable and enjoyable!

I will give this one a 5/10. The local itself presented nice with both indoor and outdoor places to eat. The food they served on the other hand was no so great. I booked tickets at a villa nearby and the lunch meal was included. They gave us the same taste-less meals almost every day. On one evening, though, we decided to eat at Velzon dinner and, to our surprise, the food was good. One more thing...

Everything is OK, except breakfast. The Swedish table was very scarce, the coffee was just terrible. The taste was like the coffee grounds were boild couple times more, food seemed like leftovers from yesterday. It would have been a lot better if we didint buy included breakfast, instead had bought some pastry from bakery which was downstairs or ate at the next door restaurant. Room was very tidy....

We are using this accommodation for the first time this year and we are thrilled.

Kousek od moře cca 10 minut. Skoro denně úklid, čisté ručníky, příjemná paní na úklid a p.Desa ráda se vším pomohla. Mohu doporučit.

Boravak je bio izuzetno prijatan. Divna gospodja Desa koja radi u vili se pobrinula da u svakom momentu sve bude cisto i uredno. Redovno su menjani peskiri i posteljina kao i upijajuce prostirke u kupatilu (menjane na dnevnom nivou). Vlasnica i osoblje su ljubazni i predusretljivi... Lokacija je dobra. Odnos cene i kvaliteta, korektan.

Convenient location! Friendly hosts! Not far away was a small market, buying meat and then roasting the market for free on the check. They took everything and made breakfast on the balcony of the room!
