Good hotel - very poor breakfast but then I was the only one in the hotel, they basically opened for me only and the receptionist came only for me..

Location is great, rooms are clean, but there is no view from the balcony and brekfast is poor. Hotel offers nothing but great wi-fi and place to sleep.

The room is a bit small, but very clean

The environment is good, the house has a balcony with a good view, but more attention should be paid to hygiene, as there are small insects in the house. The price is relatively cheap, the service attitude is good, and there is a parking space at the door. The restaurant next door tastes good, and it is eaten by locals.

Lovely , spotless , comfortable, pool , great hosts ! 5 th floor rooms has patio doors out to the pool . Really great location , such friendly hosts so helpful . We had a great stay there , local restaurants served good food . Old Town only a stroll along the promenade away with marina , restaurants , beach and sites to see . We had a great 24 hours !

It's okay it did for one night's stay. Room quite small and basic. WiFi is non-existent in the upper floors. Had to sit in reception in order to connect. Convenient parking outside made easy by the hosts.

The apartment was at very good location, it has a nice balcony too. The staff was very friendly. I needed to print my bus ticket, when I asked them they setup the laptop and spent extra time to help me to print it. Very good service, really appreciated!

The hotel is located in a quiet area, 10 minutes' walk from the beach. The rooms are very, very clean, spacious, with new and modern furniture and very comfortable beds. The apartments are very nice, large, and well-equipped. They have a nice pool. They have beautiful views of the bay. The most difficult part is access; it's a very steep and narrow road, both on foot and by car. The reception staff are very friendly and professional.

We stayed here for four nights after travelling from Dubrovnik and had a three bedroom apartment. Pros: - there is a lovely pool area with sun beds provided (pool towels can be found in your room). The sun is there until around three if you migrate to the lower section of the patio area. - the rooms were all clean and spacious - we had air conditioning units in all of the rooms and the main eating...

Excellent location The only problem we had was finding it as we were walking from the Bus Station and there appears to be a lack of street signs in Budva. Now we know it is located behind the Gufo hotel and by Fortuna Hotel and Gastronomy. It is within easy walking distance of the TQ Centre. When we were close we called on WhatsApp and we were literally walked in by phone. Excellent care and attention...

We have stayed here for one week. The apartment was very modern and clean and huge. Unfortunetly the balcony wasnt good to sit out. It was surrounded by other houses. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The best was the pool in this apartment. Never was cowded and its a children magnet. Nice apartment. Cleaning every day. 10 minutes from the sea on foot. There is parking on the street. 5 minutes on foot supermarket and market. Recommended!

Great place near to the center but still quiet

Convenient location near the beach with lots of restaurants, bars and supermarkets nearby. The amenities are good but the apartment can get noisy in the morning and evening which is a shame. Overall good value for money and would recommend.

Nice spacious apartment with modern furnishings and super friendly and helpful staff. Also handy that you can park in front of the door. You can also do your laundry for a fee. I did miss some basic ingredients for cooking such as oil, salt and pepper (salt and pepper mills were empty). An explanation of how the stove works would have been useful (cable was in the drawer) but the receptionist came...

The location is very good, you can walk to the old town and the pier, and there is also a small terrace where you can sit outside and have a drink and enjoy the evening breeze, which is very comfortable!

This B&B is good. You can park for free, boil water for tea, and have inner and outer suits. It is suitable for family outings. The location is also good. You can walk to the beach. Not many Chinese people can come here.

First of all it’s location, the view from villa is unbelievable 😍 Celebrated my wedding here and it was the best decision for our intimate wedding.

We were six girls renting one of the villas and we had an amazing time! The villa was even more beautiful than in pictures, we felt we were living in a castle. The service was amazing as well, so helpful and nice people. Would highly recommend this place!!

Big room, have everything you need. Our apartment was on 0 floor, with easy access to the pool from balcony. Sea could be closer, it will take like 10 minutes to reach it. Wifi is ok, sometimes lost connection by the pool, but it was working perfect in room.

This is only for the spa. I went 2x. First was a deep pore cleaning for the face. The 2nd time was a pedicure and another facial, all w Mina. I thought I’d have to see a dermatologist when I returned to the United States-but she totally took care of it-I wish I could see her every 6 weeks.

Nice location and close to the beach. Great see view from the balcony , but there is a building under construction and I think in few year it will block the see view. At this time it is lovely and nice apartment.

Hotel is clean and is located centrally. Sadly the outdoor pool is closed. All in all great, but the receptionist is unfriendly as hell. As he is representing and welcoming the guests, I am expecting someone more helpful working there.

Great view of the bay and the apartment is superb for s gateway. Stayed here few times and I really enjoyed. If all flats would be same and have Nespresso machine +oven would be 5* definitively.

It is not so close for Old Town. 15-20 minutes on foot. The breakfast includes the price but the breakfast is really very poor. The employees are helpfully and smiling. But you should prefer another hotel/home in old city.

Amazing accommodation! The bed was very comfortable, the service was very friendly , we had a balcony with a beautiful view. It close to the beach and it was quite (we were in the middle of May). The cleaning service was spotless. Small supermarket is just downstairs, very convenient. We will definitely come back!

Beautiful little boutique hotel which is very nicely decorated. Only 4 floors, lovely pool and little roof terrace. It has a lift and our standard room had everything you need, hair dryer, kettle, fridge. I would definitely visit again and recommend. No idea why it only currently scored 3.5 out of 5!!!

Beautiful quiet hotel in Budva. The hotel was immaculate, well maintained and very clean! Staff were so helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. About half an hour to the old town by walking but super close to the beach and other restaurants/bars. little supermarket right outside for snacks and drinks.

The hotel is well placed, close to beach, stores and restaurants. We did not notice any trafic noice when trying to sleep. Staff was very polite and helpfull when we needed something. Our room felt clean and well maintained. Wifi and good aricon. Would recomend.
