We spent only one night here but i wish we could stay longer. I'm sure we are going to come back to this accomodation when we visit Kotor again. Loved the beautiful room with the huge balcony and the seaview.

Good location outside (about 20 min walking) from old town. About 1 min walking distance to water front where you can sit and even swim. There is a mix of small beaches (rather stony than sandy) and bricked water front with stairs to water. We sat down with the locals at the bricked part which was nice and pretty relaxed (we brought camping chairs). Breakfast also good with plenty of coffee. Nice view...

Everything was wonderful, friendly staff, comfortable, large room with a wonderful view of the Bay of Kotor. Parking space, delicious breakfast. 20-25 min walk to the old town of Kotor. Thank you, Mrs. Maria!

The staff was very helpful. When our room internet didn't work, we were moved to a much better room where it did work. We could walk along the seaside to the Old Town, though it is about a 2 km walk.

About 20 minutes walk to Old Town or €2 by taxi. Big rooms. Some have balconies overlooking harbour. Good breakfast. Very clean and good shower over good size bath.

Great hotel, located just out of the busy walled town of Kotor. Easy walk into the city, with great locsl facilities and an easy 20m walk to the ocean for a swim.

Astonishing view, clean rooms, and a great host. Very good place to stay while visiting Montenegro. I will definitely come back Hvala!

Great location, host is flexible and super cool! Apartment is cozy and you will find everything you need. You can use sun beds free of charge, great place!

Cozy rooms with air conditioning, TV, refrigerator and balcony. The bathroom is shared on the floor, but this is not inconvenient :) The view from the window is gorgeous and the sea is two steps away.

Very nice and hospitable hostess Dubi. The guest house has only 3 guest rooms. Two double rooms (with one and two beds) have a balcony with a partial view of the bay. Single window overlooks the mountains. Guests have access to shared bathroom facilities and a terrace with mountain views. Very clean and very quiet.

A good hostess Dubravka and a responsive Anna, were treated to cold lemonade and muffins on arrival. Recommend

We enjoyed a delightful lunch and booked dinner at this beautiful, romantic location. The customer service, the food, and the wines were excellent, and the scenery was superb. I highly recommend this place as the best in Kator.

Walked past this gem of a restaurant along the coastal path from Kotor bay back to Dobrota. The restaurant overlooked the water and we had a delicious lunch, recommendations were welcomed from the excellent Alexander. We liked it so much we decided to book the 5 course taster menu for dinner. We had a water's edge view at a beautiful table. The whole ambience and lighting were exceptional. ...

If you’re looking for somewhere to stay in kotor, highly recommend this. Beautiful hotel, with great scenery right outside your balcony. Nice area for swimming, and hotel staff very pleasant. It’s about a 45 minute walk along the water to old town, if you want some exercise. Also, they make some amazing cakes!

The hotel is lovely and the service excellent. At this level though, it is the little things that make either really special or just a place to stay. All of the detractors were in the bathroom: plastic cups, an air freshener in the mirror (these rooms are touted as fitted by noted designers (Kenzo for our room)) the shower glass was water spotted, and the towel rack was pulled out of the wall. Again...

The location and the little beach just in front of the facility was superb and the free bikes we were provided was great to take a stroll around the bay which we enjoyed much. The owners were friendly and they always checked if we were comfortable. However the room we had had very little windows so it was dark despite being on the 2nd floor. The ground of the shower was leaking, it definitely needs...

I like it very much. The owner and his assistants will make you feel right at home. Location class. The bay is 15 meters away. Center and old town 15 minutes walk. Food is on every corner, where everyone is glad to see you. There are no problems in the language. I advise everyone to come to Ukraine.

Svetlana is a dream host!!! We arrive very late in the evening and she waited for us and welcome us with a very cold nice local beer and milk for the children

A really good place to rest. Gorgeous balcony view. 12-15 minutes to Aroma market. I'd definitely recommend it.

Cosy place with really overwhelming view to the fjord and mountains. Hosting family is friendly and apartment is clean and comfortable. I would recommend to stay!

A really nice stay. The Balcony is spacious, we could enjoy the gorgeous view comfortably. When you want to take a swim, you just have to cross the street and enjoy the clean water :) The owners are super friendly and very helpful. Thanks a lot!

A place we would go back. Gorgeous view from the balcony to the sea and the mountains. Has it own beach and it is just on the other side of the road. The road is quiet. It has a shared well equipped kitchen. The rooms are clean and comfortable. A little shop nearby. The host is awesome, helpful and really like to talk in a good way.

Host was very friendly. Internet was not great and room was a bit old and not well taken care. Cleaning lady tried to rush us out on checkout. Other that, good place!
