Great hotel with good view. It is far away from the center though.

The room is very old and the sanitary conditions are not good, but the location is good.

I think it is a hotel turned into a villa, the location is 5-10 minutes from everywhere, the parking fee is 15 Euros, don't pay, there is a free parking lot in the neighborhood right across, there is the coastal road below, I recommend it for walking.

The Seaview Bay Deluxe Double Room is actually a house next to the road, what kind of sea can you see!! It's very noisy. The breakfast in the restaurant is very little, all cold, the stir-fried dishes are also cold, and the cherry tomatoes are not even washed! The hotel is very satisfactory. The room is clean and warm. You can enjoy the beautiful sea view from the balcony. The service staff are very warm and friendly. The breakfast is rich and varied. I am very happy to stay for a few days. I will recommend friends to stay here~

Great hotel, with a really good breakfast included. Location was brilliant, 40 minutes walk along the water front to Kotor old town. Incredible views from the hotel across the bay. Unfortunately the pools were out of action during our stay. The beach was definitely the highlight!

Wonderful experience.. It's one of the best holidays ever... The great beach is in front of the hotel. There are never too many people. Staff is very friendly. The hotel has comfortable rooms and breakfasts are excellent.. They have a restaurant so you can have lunch at special prices for hotel guests

Kaja was very helpful during our stay and helped us with any issues we had fab customer service we checked in the 16th of July sadly I didn’t get the other young ladies name but she was also very helpful . We booked the hotel 30 mins before we arrived. There was parking in front of the hotel. There we were greeted and shown to our rooms. A family room and a double room. The hotel was generally nice and the location was convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful, which I really appreciated. The room was clean and quiet, but the bathroom was quite small and a bit uncomfortable to use. It worked fine for a short stay, but might be an issue for some guests.

A very nice and beautiful hotel with a direct entrance to the sea and private area at the see. Unfortunately our room wasn’t completely clean when we arrived. We mentioned it at the reception and they handled it very professionally and reacted really friendly and directly took care of the issue.

The hotel staff were excellent! I fell sick on the first day, they organised a driver to take me to hospital, they cooked me soup whilst I was recovering and they made sure I was ok every day. In my opinion, this is the perfect hotel. It’s just a 7-minute drive into the old town, and the hotel offers AC, a clean pool, and stunning views. However, you will need to rent a car or taxi everywhere if you stay here. The only downside is the consistently loud music in the lobby and by the pool. Despite being the only guests around, our request to lower the volume was denied.

Just arrived back to UK after 3 nights here with wife and two kids, following 5 nights at the Rixos Dubvrovnik. It’s a fairly new place and spotlessly clean.
