Nice hotel, food expensive onsite

The hotel is new and elegant, and the reception is friendly. The rooms are a bit small. The rooms overlooking the sea are better than the rooms at the back, because the rooms at the back have a river or stream that needs maintenance and have a bad smell. I recommend the rooms overlooking the sea.

Second time here, but this time in a new building. Nice room, excellent soundproofing between rooms. Everything you need (water, tea, coffee capsules, slippers, robes…) is available. I had such an amazing stay. The staff were wonderful, friendly, professional and helpful. The hotel and the location is stunning. The taxi services were a great addition for the swimmers. It’s my second time this year staying here and it’s one of my favourite. Rooms are very spacious and modern, rooms with marine view are a dream to sit with a coffee on the balcony and enjoy the marine views. Small family-run hotel in an excellent position with rooms and balconies overlooking the beautiful bay. Really friendly owner who served breakfast every morning. This is the most welcoming and friendly hotel I've ever had the pleasure to stay in. We absolutely loved our week at the Perla and would love to go back one day. We have 2 kids (11, 8) and they had a blast. Food is excellent, service and staff are super helpful and make sure you are comfortable. Owner is really kind and super friendly! Feels like you are at home. The room is really comfy and the view is priceless! Everything is really nice here, except you will have to walk on a stairs for a while because the apartment is up on the hill, just like most of the houses. Rooms are not expensive at all, its very suitable! Overall, 10+! We will be back again!

Perfect view on the sea. Great price for quality you get. Housekeeper was very nice and help us whenever we needed. Main bus station is 5-7 minutes walking, super market same and well as beach. Only oroblem is getting back from the beach, upstairs (but that's Herceg Novi). Great place for vacation.

Perfect stay; relaxing and friendly experience. The staff are amazing in their hospitality and going above and beyond to make our stay very special. The hotel is great location for views and accessing range of restaurants along the 2 mile coast via the pet danica walkway. The old town is approx 1.5 mile walk. Great hosts, amazing view, next to the beach. Clean and simply perfect for what it is, top value. Spacious parking in the shade across the street, highly practical. Also, Kumbor is not too densely populated and is such a great alternative. Beachfront bars and restaurants below the property are great value as well.

This place definitely exceeded our expectations. Apartments are super nice and clean, balconies big with nice view. To the beach there is only 3 mins walk, and also there is a private beach for hotel guests. What really made an impression is how nice people the owner and staff are, always there to help and have a nice chat with you. But breakfast- it's out of this world! I've stayed in many hotels...

The hotel is very good and the price is very good. The only downside is that the location is not easy to find. At the entrance of the hotel, there is an alley, just turn in. The beach is right in front of the hotel, and the service attitude is very good. The room is big and has its own balcony.

We stayed here two nights. The apartments have functional kitchen and bedroom equipped with everything you need. Impeccably clean. Bathroom small but ok. Very nice and helpful owner. A stone's throw from the beach, the only flaw is that it is difficult to find an extra sign. It wouldn't be bad

My room was a bit dark but clean, with small kitchen, nicer bath, big balcony, decent internet but not really the international tv channels the site boasted. Most local and russian ones. Cleaning was fine. One longer power cut during the week. 80 meters to the beach.

Super, very nice vila, nice and clean rooms with all facilities that you can expect... it is very clean, they change towels I think once per day... there are a loy of nice places very close to accomodation... also there is a paking available.. nice experience... we will come again...
