The service is exceptional, and the staff are both nice and helpful. The location is excellent, with the nearest beach just 100 meters away. The value for the price is outstanding

The water was cold in July so be warned! The pool is a really good size. The rooftop restaurant is ideal for some drinks with a great view. The hotel layout is very peaceful and beautifully done

Watch out for the lifts, they encourage you to use the one closest to reception but there is only one and you can wait a long time! We used the two that go to the restaurant and just walk back through to the rooms

The beach was easily accessible and pleasant. The saunas and the pool were excellent. Location is hard to get to as the roads are congested. The lovely Herceg Novi is easily accessible by taxi or a brisk 30-minute walk

Beach is closed for renovation which we didn't know until we checked in, but they are providing boat to Portonovi which for us was a perfect substitute! The only downside is the lack of outdoor seating, there is only some available in the restaurants or through the spa, we didn't have a balcony and missed the chance to just enjoy the view! But would definitely come back and just ensure to book balcony...

The staff is outstanding, especially at the front desk and restaurants. The breakfast is great, this makes you start each day perfectly. If this hotel fits within your budget, it is a hotel without any negative points

All the staff are amazing and go above and beyond, especially housekeeping who you never see but the room is always fixed when you leave! Also left some sparkling wine for my partner's birthday which was a nice touch

Everything about this hotel is perfect! Beautiful building fully renovated for all your needs! All area including private beach and Spa is a very clean,well maintained and enjoyable to experience every moment

My room was a bit dark but clean, with small kitchen, nicer bath, big balcony, decent internet but not really the international tv channels the site boasted. One longer power cut during the week

The place is so clean. It has a good location, near to the bus station and the most important thing, the host is so helpful, kind and commited. Nice place meanwhile you're visiting this beautiful city.

The apartman itself is next to a pretty busy road but thankfully you hear nothing from it in your room! Gligo the host and his family are very pleasent people they are really helpful and nice! Very nice home-like hotel with very kind and nice staff. Sun terrace with a view is exactly what you need on holidays. Some old fashioned details are not needed but make the special atmospere of the hotel.

Staff was very nice but unfortunately we had difficult to speak with them due to they only spoke Serbian and German. From our room there was the most fantastic view over the bay and some of the city
