Food & service is excellent! I had a steak, it was perfectly cooked. Very high quality meat, tender.

Great hosts, amazing view, next to the beach. Clean and simply perfect for what it is, top value. Spacious parking in the shade across the street, highly practical. Also, Kumbor is not too densely populated and is such a great alternative. Beachfront bars and restaurants below the property are great value as well.

Super, very nice vila, nice and clean rooms with all facilities that you can expect... it is very clean, they change towels I think once per day... there are a loy of nice places very close to accomodation... also there is a paking available.. nice experience... we will come again...

The manager was super nice and let us check in early. The apartment itself felt a little grim but was okay for one night.

Truly enjoyed our stay in the 1bdr apartment. Very comfortable. It’s 10 minutes from the city and beach by walking. Parking and garage also available. Had to wait for the receptionist during check out time- was annoying maybe you put a mailbox next to reception.

A lot of space (3br for the great price with a parking), nice location & reception lady was very helpful but … too loud due constructions in 100m, there are swallow nests on the balcony and as a result there is a lot of bird droppings every day; our 1st apartments were very smoky and we changed to others; refrigerator without freezer; cleaning service 1* - poor quality, they forget to clean, they wash...

The apartments are very spacious, bright and fully equipped with everything you need, from dishes to appliances, including a dishwasher. The staff was very friendly and they were always at our disposal 24 hours a day. The building has a large garage, so you can transfer things immediately from the car to the elevator. Lovely rooms, just outside Herceg Novi but a convenient walk down to bars and restaurants and the bay. Very friendly staff on check in and room was lovely and clean and had all amenities you could want.

This was our 3rd visit and each time we enjoy it more. We had a lovely room facing the sea, views were fabulous. Reception staff are excellent as are the cleaning staff , the hotel is spotless. We taxi’d to the Old Town then walked back along the newly paved promenade . We were on half board , breakfast was very good, nice to see baguettes /croissants and greatly improved this year. We stayed here for 4 nights during a tour of Montenegro and wished we could have stayed longer. The hotel is in a great location on the seafront and a pleasant 15-20 minute stroll to the Old Town which we loved. We absolutely loved our week at the Perla and would love to go back one day. We have 2 kids (11, 8) and they had a blast. Food is excellent, service and staff are super helpful and make sure you are comfortable. Perfect stay; relaxing and friendly experience. The staff are amazing in their hospitality and going above and beyond to make our stay very special. The hotel is great location for views and accessing range of restaurants along the 2 mile coast via the pet danica walkway. The old town is approx 1.5 mile walk. Montenegro did no disappoint- would highly recommend.

Lovely little place. Staff very helpful. Superb breakfasts that effectively saved lunch. We stayed for dinner twice and really enjoyed it. We were also very happy they provided an earlier breakfast and lunch they were under no obligation to do when we went to Dubrovnik. You ideally need a car but at least away from the traffic around Kotor.

Phenomenal hotel, wonderful architecture, good restaurant, lovely atmosphere. Clean, generally very good at communication. As others have noted, parking is a bit of a walk on a narrow road, but that's standard for this area. Super accommodation. The only thing is that it can be noisy as there is a ferry station just in front of the hotel. Beautiful breakfast and dinner next to the swimming pool, very charming ambiance. Stuff is very welcoming and professional.

Hotel Capitano was the end of our honeymoon, and what a finale. Service was perfect, and it's such a small hotel that you get it alot of the time all by yourself. The evening at the restaurant was very romantic, and food delicious. The room had a very big and comfortable and the shower amazing. Breakfast had everything that you could wish for. 10/10

This hotel is beautiful. Felt very exclusive with so few rooms. Lovely small pool right outside your room door. The room was stunning and we loved the view of the ferry port. Booked last minute. Got in late and was served a wonderful meal in a nice little area outside. Room is large and completely remodeled. Service is grea!

This place definitely exceeded our expectations. Apartments are super nice and clean, balconies big with nice view. To the beach there is only 3 mins walk, and also there is a private beach for hotel guests. What really made an impression is how nice people the owner and staff are, always there to help and have a nice chat with you. But breakfast- it's out of this world! I've stayed in many hotels...

The hotel is very good and the price is very good. The only downside is that the location is not easy to find. At the entrance of the hotel, there is an alley, just turn in. The beach is right in front of the hotel, and the service attitude is very good. The room is big and has its own balcony.

We stayed here two nights. The apartments have functional kitchen and bedroom equipped with everything you need. Impeccably clean. Bathroom small but ok. Very nice and helpful owner. A stone's throw from the beach, the only flaw is that it is difficult to find an extra sign. It wouldn't be bad

My room was a bit dark but clean, with small kitchen, nicer bath, big balcony, decent internet but not really the international tv channels the site boasted. Most local and russian ones. Cleaning was fine. One longer power cut during the week. 80 meters to the beach.
