I served a meal at the restaurant of this hotel, the lasagna was old, it smelled spoiled and the waiter was trying to convince me that it was good. I also ordered strips from which my stomach hurt and I vomited.

Rooms: we had issues with the door every day, the same was with our neighbors.
Towel dryer didn't work, next day it was switched on and it was so hot in the bathroom as in sauna. Gym and saina is a joke. Everything packed in one tiny room, weight don't work, only 50kg for bench press, the bench is tilted to a side.
On the bright side beds are comfortable, room maids keep everything clean. Breakfast was good.
Location, if your window faces embarkment you will have to listen to loud music, if the window is facing the parking lot, car noises.
The embarrassment is nice.
Receptionists were very helpful and professional.

Had to cancel our Stay. Very understanding and good service. Was reimbursed for the full Stay without questions and issues.

They changed the restaurant decor and its so refreshing and calm. But the staff is as same, kind and with positive attitude. There are new items on the menu too, 'fried lasagna balls' from starters are AMAZING

Very nice hotel. the restaurant has very decent food. And it is very hard to beat location.

The hotel is amazing, fast service and check-in. The breakfast was delicious and varied. Free parking for the guests, amazing sea view. Only one comment that it was hard to find the hotel for the first time, and difficult to park the car outside (there is no place to park temporarily till you get the free parking information) and enter the luggage as there is no entrance directly to the front door, but you need to walk for 100m which is a bit challenging. Otherwise everything was perfect!

I have my super nice balcony room at top floor with the incredible views the location is super easy to get everything and the service in reception they are all very pretty helpful lady really appreciate all there good service!👍👍👍👍👍

We had a very good time while having dinner here. Lovely view, nice and friendly waiter, the food was tasty and the cheesecake was delicious.

Terrible service, terrible cocktals and terrible waitress.
The waitress was increadibly rude from the second we entered and kept his rude attidute for the rest of the night. He was yelling at us and probably swearing. I ask for if the wifi password was all small letters and he yelled ‘’Don’t you understand?!’’Not recommended. Never.Ever.
