This is a lovely place and need the attention of people's. It is on a very nice location and everything is premium. The reason for 4 stars is the average feeling of the ambient, especially the staff. They was also nice and professional dressed but lake of positive vibe. I think this kind of Hotel/restaurant should have a bit more positive vibe. Otherwise it is a good place to spend some good time.

This is definitely a bare minimum 3-star hotel that brands itself as a 4 star

2. No complimentary water in the room
3. No iron in the room. You have to ho to a common area to iron
It looks like they just added some stuff such as sauna and mini bar fridge without covering the bare minimum requirements of a 3-star.
The rooms (and even the lobby) have bare minimum. No decor / paintings on the walls. Bed cushions smell.
It’s disgrace that this hotel brands itself as a 4-star because it’s definitely a trying 3-star. Maybe that’s the standard in their country.

The hotel is located perfectly, directly on promenade, and a few meters from Porto Montenegro, which is ideal for nice walks even with strollers. Rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, not so modern, tho. Breakfast is really good, with plenty of options and not the same every day (bonus points for that!).
Service is nice and friendly, customer oriented! We had a small problem with our bed and upgraded to the bigger apartment immediately, and they helped us to move our things to the new room.
Parking is available directly behind the hotel free of charge (3 parking spots), but it's a bit tricky to park.

Had a fabulous time here, everything was amazing from the welcome to goodbye. Great atmosphere,m lovely views, fab service. The breakfasts were to die for and just such a lovely way to enjoy and watch the world go by, sat out on the front people watching.

The hotel is situated in a perfect location, just in town of Tivat. Rooms are spacious and with all facilities you might need. I had a room at the back side with mountains view and big balcony. Breakfast was ok. They also have restaurant with all seats outdoors . Reception staff were very pleasant and helpful. To reach the hotel by taxi it takes only 7 minutes driving. Also you can join other activities, such as boat trip to Kotor or Herceg Novi and so on from just getting organized daily trip from in front of the hotel. The area is busy with tourists but at the same time quiet; perhaps because was still low season.

- our room had a magnificent view of the embankment and the bay;
- delicious breakfasts, as well as a good restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel;
- helpful staff;
- clean rooms.
Cons:
- we were traveling in winter and the air conditioner was not working in one of the rooms in our room;
- the furniture and furnishings of the hotel are no longer the freshest: the chair is loose, there are chips in many places of the furniture;
- the hotel is located on the embankment, in the pedestrian zone, from the free parking you will need to walk about 200-300 meters.

I served a meal at the restaurant of this hotel, the lasagna was old, it smelled spoiled and the waiter was trying to convince me that it was good. I also ordered strips from which my stomach hurt and I vomited.
