I booked the Double Superior Sea View room through their website which was cheaper than booking.com
Last min I messsages the hotel to sort a surprise for my sister because we landed the same day as her birthday, I got a message back and it was all sorted. The staff were amazing and everything went on well. Thank you so much to Hotel Palma for the hospitality and kindness.
The rooms where cleaned daily and fresh towels everyday.
The room was very clean and quiet. So a great night's sleep! Air con was good too.
The spa is lovely. Having the beach outside the front door was amazing. Food too was super. The staff were always there to help..I would go back tomorrow.
Top tip: You only get one towel per person for the beach, so do leave your towel on a sun lounger if you're going back again later in the day.
