Hotel is newly build but the staff is not at all helpful and commercial hotel. Private beach staff was very good.

Hotel Palma is perfectly located close to the city centre and Porto Montenegro. The staff was very friendly and could not do enough to help. Breakfast was excellent, with varied, plentiful and fresh offerings. The room was small but sufficient and the shower was very good. The only thing I would change in the room is the mattress protector, which is made of plastic and made a noise everytime you turned in bed. It was a shame that the beach was being worked on and could not be used yet, but it is understandable because the high season had not started yet. The hotel is in a quiet location.

I stayed at Hotel Palma in Tivat, the most beautiful and clean hotel I have ever stayed at. The view from my room was magical. The food was amazing especially the breakfast.
Last min I messsages the hotel to sort a surprise for my sister because we landed the same day as her birthday, I got a message back and it was all sorted. The staff were amazing and everything went on well. Thank you so much to Hotel Palma for the hospitality and kindness.
The rooms where cleaned daily and fresh towels everyday.

Absolutely amazing hotel!
The room was very clean and quiet. So a great night's sleep! Air con was good too.
The spa is lovely. Having the beach outside the front door was amazing. Food too was super. The staff were always there to help..I would go back tomorrow.
Top tip: You only get one towel per person for the beach, so do leave your towel on a sun lounger if you're going back again later in the day.

The hotel environment is good, right by the sea, the room and bed are a bit small, the breakfast is good, the price is not very cost-effective

Hot food quality poor and bedrooms lacking basic details like coat hooks, wardrobe space, somewhere to put shower gel/soap when having a shower. Needed to be at least 7ft tall to access cupboards and towel rail, and unable to open both window shutters at same time, making bedroom quite dark. No sunbeds or towels and upstairs bar closed. Definitely not a 4* establishment.

The hotel has a pretty view and nice private beach, the reception clerk was friendly and helpful. The hotel was quite expensive for its value. Breakfast selection is good, the juices were disappointing. The swedish table (buffet) for dinner was weak, many foods were overcooked or fatty. Spa is small but good. We ended up eating out 2/3 nights.

Our stay at this hotel was truly delightful. The hotel is beautifully maintained, the rooms are spotless, and the view of the sea was pure magic – perfect for complete relaxation. The food at the hotel was exceptional; every meal was an absolute pleasure.
One of the highlights was the hotel’s a green oasis where we enjoyed peaceful moments surrounded by nature. The private beach, the only one in Tivat, is like something out of a fairy tale – clean, beautiful, and utterly enchanting.
I would like to especially commend the hotel staff. A special thanks to the housekeeper Violeta for keeping our room immaculate, bartender Anastasia, who makes the best Mojito cocktail we’ve ever had!
The overall experience exceeded our expectations, and we will definitely be returning!

I would like to thoroughly recommend the Hotel Palma. The staff are exceptionally kind, friendly and competent. The room is comfortable and there are simply stunning views across the bay.
I’m also grateful for personal touches that are rarely exercised these days. Not long after I arrived in the room, I was telephoned enquiring as to whether everything was satisfactory. I greatly appreciated this and it made an excellent impression and start to my stay.
The location is also first class for tranquil views and the facilities are also excellent. I would most certainly recommend without hesitation.
