Unfortunately they didn't mention the building work next door at the time of booking..and opposite is a dumping ground for the building work which is going on...
The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown
The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms (there was even a tv by the bedroom), and high quality service. Also, they are one of few hotels that allow people under 21 to book a reservation.
- the person in charge of the indoor pool and the food was unacceptable and rude. He turned off our lights while we were changing to leave the pool area. The rooms smelled bad.
The staff are always helpful and friendly the rooms always clean and the food very good.
Unfortunately this visit the temperature switch wasn’t working in are room
so by day the room was ok but in the evening and through the night we was very cold which spoilt are visit, I did report the problem to receptionist so hopefully the next guests in that room will not be freezing cold and we will return as this was a first
