I absolutely love the location of this hotel—it's so close to all the must-see spots in KL! I even had an amazing view of the three major KL towers from the hotel, which was such a treat. The room was super nice and comfy.

Big shoutout to the awesome team who decorated my room for my birthday and even surprised me with a cake in the minibar. I was so touched by their effort—it made my birthday unforgettable.

The hospitality here is top-notch. Every staff member I met was incredibly helpful, always smiling, and super friendly. They really made me feel at home. If you're looking for a place with great service and a personal touch, this is the spot!

One of the best hotel we visited. The room are and the facilities are excellent clean. The staff are friendly and helpful and prompt service. Their breakfast are good too. Many malls and shopping centres nearby and transport are very convenient

The room was comfortable. The complimentary snacks, drinks and the water station are fantastic. Very nice pool.
I booked specifically for the availability of the gym, the equipment really needs to be serviced, the treadmill sounded like it would fall apart.
The staff were mostly helpful and polite, check in was gruff and the staff and service at breakfast variable- some staff friendly and the stations set up and labelled well, other catering staff seemed unhappy to be there, unhappy to be serving and resentful of being asked questions when food items weren’t labelled.

We enjoyed our stay. Clean, comfortable, spacious room and bathroom. Staff are friendly/helpful. Location is superb, surrounded by numerous restaurants, eateries, convenience stores and a very short walk to 2 big malls. Easy and cheap access to everywhere with Grab app. The pool looks inviting although a bit small but with lovely KL city views at night. Buffet breakfast is delicious, lots of choices and food varies everyday. Starbucks at lobby. Good value for money. Highly recommend.

I would rate this hotel as value for money and one of the priority choices in Kuala Lumpur.

Rooms : Clean and comfy. Value for money. Breakfast spread is fairly good but taste really normal.

Service : Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Good service. Quite surprised there is a Starbucks counter selling coffee in the hotel.

Parking : Plenty of parking on the designated floor of the building for hotel guest. Safety in the parking is my concern as the parking is so quiet and can be easily access from floor below.

Location : Good location but I would say when only you are driving. Lots of nice local food nearby. 10 minutes walk to Lalaport.

Surrounding: This is where I rate the location as three stars. Personal safety while on foot in this area is in question. Even outside the entrance of the hotel is with a warning sign, beware of snatch thief. My personal experience during my stay is when I am smoking at the smoking area in front of the hotel, a "seem to be drug addict" come asking for money. When I refused, this guy got mad and started making noise mocking.

Its a wonderful hotel to stay in with the value they provided. Hotel were properly maintained and clean. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was satisfactory as well with no large queues despite going during the super peak season.

The only consideration is location wise if you love to walk or take the public transport becuase it might require you to jaywalk the busy street as well as uneven/blocked/non-existent pavements. So most of the time we just used e-hailing to go any where.

Friendly staff, strategic location, nicely decorated room and lobby area, have comfortable praying room for Muslims. Have special set for kids for breakfast. Real comfort for queen size bed. Overall 5 star from me and my family ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Surprising a nice hotel to stay at. The room price was a steal. So glad me and my friends chose this hotel to stay in. I will definitely return again. The hotel staff are friendly and make you feel as though you are at home. I love it!
