Pullman Kuala Lumpur Bangsar

Had a very bad experience over here, I was mentioned the room number to the Chinese manager, but still need to mention quest name to confirm that I am the one who staying the hotel and to be qualify to enter the restaurant to have a breakfast? What’s wrong with you? Where is the hospitality suppose to be? This is the way you treat us as a five star hotel?

I stayed here alot in the past, but after a long time, i visited again and it was a horrible experience ! I had poor customer service, the room was so smelly, we had to change rooms.

Then we find the new room dusty, tv channels are not as stated, and everything is old. Water boiler is dirty, dust on BED and WALLS! Pealing here and there, water flows out of the bathroom into the room! This is 3 star quality.

Not worth the money, better stay elsewhere with similar budget.

But I also see staff are not happy. Prob due to change of owners soon.

Current guest as of writing. This is a long one so will be detailed.
Check in took an eternity. Staff seem untrained and woth the exception of one member of the buffet staff, completely indifferent to all guests.
Forgot parts of room service order.
Cheesecake order was awful, akin to eating a dry sponge.
Room service was incredibly slow, then impatient when at the door.
Bar is extremely sub standard. 2 beers on tap, and spirits are served by the bottle, the prices of which are absolutely exorbitant.
Rooms are dated, and 2.5 at best. Everything just is so obviously uncared for.
Lunch (buffet) room smelled of open sewage during lunch.
Will not be staying here again. Avoid

This is not a Pullman by any standard. From the entrance, the room to the restaurant, it's at most 2-star local hotel. Room amenities are at lowest standard, and everything looks outdated. Water heater isn't working properly, and you would be lucky to get some lukewarm water.
Restaurant is even worse. With only 3 tables of guest, food took an hour to be served. Then, the horror of all restaurants happened. There was a cockroach walking near my area. I called the staff over to show them, and she blatantly told me that "you can just step on it to kill it" while I was shocked at her response, she proceeded to step on it and said "here's how you do it" then walked away leaving the dead cockroach there unattended. I called the supervisor over to tell her what happened, she apologized then walked away without cleaning it up. I have no word left for this place already.
