DoubleTree by Hilton Melaka

I stayed here for 13 days and the experience was very good. The rooms are big, clean and well equipped. The mattress and pillows are very comfortable. The infinity pool view is very nice and the water is clean, but it is very shallow ( 1.3m or so). The sauna and fitness area are well equipped and mostly not crowded on any day of the week. They also have a children's room with lots of toys and activities. The breakfast had a good variety. The stuff is above exceptional.

We were there in late March for 1 King & 1 twin sharing connecting rooms.
Check-in was a breeze with the lovely & cheerful Miss Anna helping us. Already made the start of our stay exciting & sweet with free cookies. 😉
Rooms were spacious, plenty of space for us to open our luggage & walking around.
Of couse, not forgetting their friendly & helpful staff. We had 2 senior citizens with us during our stay. Staff were attentive & make sure that they were comfortable & always greeted them or make small talks to them whenever they walk pass. We really appreciate the gesture as it makes the elderly happy 😊 ❤️
Will definitely be back again 🥰

1 of many newer 5stars Malacca hotel in close proximity to many food outlets, massage parlors n a shopping mall.

Booked 6 rooms. All enjoyed being spacious, clean with modern amenities. A group of over 4 buses

Reasonably priced breakfast came with western n local dishes, fruits n many types of bread with cheeses.

Due ample free parking spaces for staying guests, no need to worry about theft/vandalism.

Pay slightly more for convenience n security for family members.

The welcome cookie was delicious, and the staff were very friendly. They helped us with our luggage after we checked out. The infinity pool was amazing, and we could see the city view. We also enjoyed the sauna after swimming. The room was spacious, but we couldn’t see the sea. It was very suitable for a family trip, as they had a kids club. The breakfast had a variety of choices, but the taste was average.

Such a great hotel. Staff are lovely and go above and beyond to ensure you feel welcome. Rooms are really nice and spacious, with a nice rainfall shower, comfy bed, and great views. Definitely stay here if you would like a luxury stay. Pool is really beautiful. Everything was within a 10 minute drive away.

Simply wonderful hotel. The hotel overall is better than I expect. The hotel staff are very helpful, proactive and friendly. The room was really spacious and beyond comfortable- the bed and pillow were so comfortable. Hardworking and friendly housekeeping staff. The food are good and delicious. I go there with my sister. I love everything about our stay at there. Will come back again when I go back to Melaka!

Kids Friendly Hotel with Top Notch Customer Service
The hotel shares building with an abandon mall. As the saying "do not judge a book by its cover", the hotel speaks for itself with their top notch service provided by staff who are motivated in providing the best customer experience. We felt very much welcome. We stayed in the King Suite and it was huge and comfortable.
Staying in a hotel can be boring especially for kids, but not here because they have Kids Club that operates from 10am to 7pm. Our children really enjoyed their time, making art & crafts and playing games. The infinity pool is also pleasant for the kids.
Food is another plus point here. Buffet breakfast has wide selection of F&B, and everything tasted good. I had one of the best pancakes during breakfast. We also dine at the poolside cafe and the food was also delicious.
We are satisfied & happy with DoubleTree Melaka and will consider other DoubleTree hotels for our future trips.

The hotel is overall better than expected. The hotel staff were so very helpful and friendly. The room was really spacious and the bed and pillows were so comfortable. The gym was adequately equipped. The food in the restaurant was good though the selection was quite limited for me... So it was so good in the room...
