I have stayed between 22-25 September. Breakfast was really weak in terms of variety. But moreover, they served boiled eggs on 23rd but no boiling eggs served on 24-25. How come they dont serve boiled eggs on a breakfast buffet?
Single room’s bed and headboard position is extremely strange. I am not complaining about size since it has to be single but you cannot out your head on headboard and lie down. You feel like you are on a couch rather then a bed.
Staff is not friendly. No good welcome at check-in or breakfast. They even don’t smile or say good morning. Guest are more kind to them to say good morning, hi, good evening etc…
Hotel is very clean overall. New hotel with nice architecture. Proximity to airport is also good with easy access to city,

The bad review goes to the restaurant. LOT Airlines should not waste money for voucher to passengers in this hotel.
The restaurant was a disaster, close at 9, breakfast only from6.30 am. Not ok for an airport hotel and for guests who are tired and got flight delayed until late night and have to catch early flight the next morning.
The voucher from LOT only allows us to chose 2 dishes out of the menu. 1 waitress doesn’t understand English. The waitress who understands English took the order to my room. I highlighted to only bring food in 40-50‘ because my kids need to sleep. She brought food in 20‘ and said she was very busy.
No apology , service like they gave it for free. 0 star and will never stay here or recommend anyone to stay here if you want to use the restaurant.

Driving from Spain to Latvia we couldn't choose a hotel for a long time. The choice in Warsaw is very large. We chose a new hotel and didn't go wrong. The rooms in the Art Nouveau style look attractive, clean. The bathroom is gloomy, reminded me of a hospital in the 80s, the finishing of the cafe and lighting was not thought out. But! The service is great, especially the restaurant. The breakfast is simply DIVINE, freshly baked omelette and pancakes are something. In addition, the choice is huge, different food and it looks very beautiful and tasty! The staff is great, they clear the dishes right away. We drove all over Europe, this is the best!

Excellent hotel, and incredibly delicious breakfasts. The mattress is comfortable and I slept very sweetly on it)

I stayed here with the voucher of the airline when the flight got cancelled. It is just a typical hotel but all very clean and modern. The staff was very friendly even when I arrived and left at weird times. There is water kettle in the room. It is not super close to the airport but takes less than 10 minutes with taxi (and the airline gives a voucher for it too, just be careful to use the right company).

I expected more from a 4-star hotel, but my stay at the Arche Hotel was decent. The room and everything else were clean, and I appreciated the early check-in. However, the bed could have been more comfortable, and the blanket a bit lighter. The breakfast was good, with a variety of options. While the hotel is somewhat far from the city center, the nearby tram station makes it easy to get there quickly.

I visited because the airline gave me a voucher.
The room was way more comfortable and nicer than the Four Seasons right in front of Warsaw Airport.

Hotel Arche failed to impress, not to mention live up to its claim of 4 stars. In all fairness to it, it offers full breakfast, spacious lobby & a nicely equipped gym, and it is located within minutes from the airport. However, the bed in the room is a joke. I'm guessing the designer aimed for a minimalistic or spartan look & feel, but the outcome is a short, narrow, all too firm upgrade of a garden roll-away bed. The pillow - one per bed - is uncomfortable as if made of old rags.
But having spent one night at this hotel, I quickly realized that its clientele is not concerned with the quality of the beds. This seems to be a party hotel where resting & sleeping is only optional. In my first room, I could hear & feel every beat of a loud party that was taking place four floors below. When the happy birthday song at midnight indicated to me that the party was only starting, I asked the reception for a quieter room. I was moved to the top floor, where I could no longer hear the birthday party from the lobby. Instead, I good hear what seemed to be a college kids party just two doors down from my room.
