PURO Warszawa Centrum

A really great hotel. Great location right in the centre, great design throughout the hotel and rooms and very comfortable beds. It is also very quiet at night. Breakfast is worth booking as you also have very tasty freshly prepared options on the menu. But this is exactly the reason for my devaluation of the service. When I went to breakfast for the first time, I was not told about the breakfast menu :( I only found out about it by chance at the end. But by then I was already finished and full. In addition, my dirty crockery was not cleared away at all at breakfast so that it piled up and then when I just got something and was gone for a moment, everything was almost cleared away. Otherwise the service was very friendly and nice. Only this stood out negatively in contrast.

Location was great (very central, yet in a calm sidestreet), the staff was lovely and always very helpful, the rooms are perfectly clean and the overall design of the hotel is modern, stylish and comfortable.
As a nice bonus there‘s a coffee machine in the lobby for you to get a hot (and decent!) beverage at any time. On Saturdays on 11am you can get a free guided tour, which is recommendable too.

We’ve been to Warszawa many times and this by far has been the best accommodation we’ve ever had. Staff are lovely, patient and very helpful. Rooms are well designed, environmentally friendly and extremely clean. The entire hotel is designed and decorated beautifully and on top of everything, it is located in the heart of the Centrum. You will hardly need any transportation as everything is a few minutes away on foot.

This hotel is outstanding, situated in an amazing location close to all the great sights and restaurants in Warsaw. The facilities of the hotel are fantastic, including a really good breakfast, complimentary coffee in the lobby, a nice SPA area, and a rooftop bar. We spent a lot of our time at the hotel because it provided such a pleasant experience. If I ever return to Warsaw, I will definitely choose to stay at PURO again. Thank you.

We stayed here for a long weekend and we were really glad we chose this hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was stylish and comfortable, with everything conveniently controlled from a tablet. The hotel breakfast offered a very good selection of delicious food. The spa was reasonably priced and the treatments were done well. The hotel is in an ideal location. Overall, we would definitely recommend the hotel and we’ll be returning here again!

I liked this hotel from the very beginning! Nice and stylish - not too stylish - rooms. Everything accessible via tablet in the room. Speedy WiFi. Nice staff, excellent breakfast, perfectly located. Who could ask for more?! I can’t. See you soon!

Stunning interior design. It's the most beautiful hotel I have ever been to, not only of Puro Hotels but of all the hotels I visited worldwide.
I can't possibly imagine a better location, too! It's right there in the city center. Hundreds of restaurants, cafes, and offices are within walking distance.

Great hotel with fresh and modern design in the center of Warsaw. I stayed here for one night and service was very good. Checkin and checkout was done within few minutes. I was offered a cup of coffee to go on checkout. There is good Italian restaurant on a ground floor. The only thing that I’ve noticed was an absence of toothpaste. I forgot mine and had to go to buy it. I think it would make it perfect presence of a toothpaste in a cosmetic box.
