The hotel corresponds to its 5 stars. The location is undoubtedly one of the best, next to the Stalinist Empire style. Parking around is paid, on weekends you can find a couple of free ones around. An inconvenience associated with covid-19 - no more than 35 people can be in the spa at a time. I advise you to ask in advance to call you when a place is available. By the way, the spa has very tasty shampoo and shower gel in the shower :) Breakfasts are on point!

Amazing view from the window! The rooms are clean and tidy. The staff is friendly and ready to help you at any time of the day or night. On the top floor there is a cool swimming pool with a panoramic view of Warsaw! It is especially beautiful to get into the pool in the evening!

Wow. My stay in this hotel was absolutely phenomenal from the moment I checked in til the moment I checked out. We were greeted at reception check by the lovely Paulina who was the most friendly and helpful. I noticed she had a trainee badge and if she is this amazing early on in the job I can imagine how much better she will get, she is an asset to this hotel. We were kindly upgraded to a room on the club floor. The room exceeded any expectation I had, it was huge, super clean and the attention to detail in the decor was incredible. Bath and shower was a bonus as most hotels offer one or the other. Cute toiletry sets were also provided which is a super cute touch. The concierge service was impeccable as any time I rang (for an adapter or bath robe for the spa) they were attentive and quick to deliver to the room with a smile. The view from the room was spectacular (specifically at night time) and the bed was super cozy. The wellness centre was spotless , with beautiful views of the city from the jacuzzi or loungers. Absolutely amazing stay. I would be happy to return again to stay in this room

Me and my fiancé had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. We got upgraded for the room without any charge. Service is very good and staff are very helpful. ⭐️❤️ Rooms are amazing and very comfortable. We had access to the spa. They have a jacuzzi, swimming pool and 2 different saunas. 😁 🧖🏾‍♀️ 🧖‍♂️ So relaxing 😎. The spa is at the top of the hotel where you can have a view of whole Warsaw 🥰 thank you for having us and this place was perfect to end our trip in Poland 🇵🇱❤️💫

Great location, the best self-service breakfast I've seen.
On the other hand, the service was not the nicest and despite asking me what drinks I wanted at the breakfast, she never brought my coffee and orange juice.
The rooms are OK, big and clean but outdated.

Just checked in this afternoon with less impressive experience.
While the front desk staff was courteous, she just could not give us a room at the standard check-in time at 15:00. After three attempts to get a room key released, and nearly full hour of waiting, we were told a room was made ready.
Well see how the rest of our stay (till 24 Sept) unfolds.

Update: the rest of the stay was actually quite pleasant. The guest room was nice and tidy, with picturesque view of the city at high floor. The swimming pool would be a must to try out. The service stewards were attentive and professional. Enjoyed our stay despite the initial not-so-smooth check-in process.

One of the best points redemptions I've ever made. Superb hotel with excellent staff and amenities. Very close to the city center and we'll connected in terms of transit. The view from the pool was nice, but the water was far too warm.

Best of the best. I would recommend to all, very luxury and stylish. The best part is the location, food and the spa. The view of the spa is incredible and it is a very good spa offering everything possible. The location is in Warsaw city center many restaurants and one amazing shopping mall near by and the hotel also has a great restaurant. The breakfast is very tasty and offers a great variety of foods and cuisines. From miso soups to Ratatouille. The options are incredible. The rooms are also great, even the smallest ones. The beds are the best and the bathroom is amazing no words to describe it. It has a bath and shower and the shower being very large. They offer free shampoos and other beauty and hygiene essentials. The service there is also great, the people are all so warm hearted, kind and welcoming and they everything that is possible to make your stay the best. It's the best hotel in Warsaw.

Staff was amazing, very caring and helpful. Room was beyond expectation and had a great view. Parking rate is high but its completely safe to leave the car there. Pool and gym are a great plus and work perfectly! Do recommend and will return.
