Nobu Hotel Warsaw

A 3 star hotel with 5 star room rates. The rooms are nice, but there’s no attention to detail or expected level of service.
Service: upon checking in the front desk staff informed of the rate in zloty, when I, after 24 hours of traveling and being absolutely exhausted, asked how much is that in dollars the response was they do not know the current dollar rate and went to talk about how elevators work. I also ordered a package that was delivered to the hotel a few days before the check in. They said they had it, but couldn’t locate right away and will bring it to the room. Half an hour later my package is brought to me OPENED with merchandise visible. When I questioned them about it, they said that’s how it was delivered. Really? Even if the hotel staff didn’t open it, which I doubt, why was such a delivery accepted? What if they were sensitive or irreplaceable items?
Room: The first thing that stood out walking into the room - crinkled window curtains, immediately followed by paper printouts and catalogs so used that they look like they are from the doctor’s office. Shower wand would also not point straight and keep curling around which made it impossible to use, and the shower wand holder was moldy. You can also hear a fair amount of what is going on in the neighboring rooms.
I am disappointed I chose this hotel. There are better 4 star hotels in the city which I will be staying at next time.

I was really looking forward to our stay, but from the moment we called to ask about parking to the moment we left (a few hours after checking in), we were disappointed. I usually only write reviews if I like something, but from start to finish and on many levels we were deeply underwhelmed. Very tired decor and crazy weird energy in Room 425. There are much better places to stay in Warsaw!

I stayed here for 1 night. The service of the hotel is horrible. The staff are not friendly at all.
I had ordered pancakes for breakfast, the arrived to my room RAW. When I called the room service line, they didn’t pick up. The front desk asked them to call me back, they never did. I had to skip breakfast.

I then called the front desk for 10 minutes to get my bags downstairs for checkout, they didn’t pick up. I took my bags down myself and told them that the restaurant never called back about the pancakes. When I showed them the photo, they said “yes the restaurant is super busy” as if it’s normal to send raw food in a 5 star hotel. Horrible experience from the service side of things. They also still CHARGED ME for the room service.

Other than that, the room is modern and sleek. bed is very comfortable. There is also no water provided in the room which is weird to see.
