The room smelt dusty and damp. But they have good breakfast choices and they have a gym and pool.

Location was good, lots of restaurants and cafe around the vicinity. Service is great, loft concept is something new for me. The only missing star is the lack of a better breakfast spread.

The room is 2 floor where u go up is your room and downstairs is like your guest relax place. Really like this kind of room design. Very near to all drinking places and easily access to public transport too.

"Well-worn" hotel which is pretty used. Room amenities are worn out and cleaniness can be much improved for the toilet/wash basin and room furniture. Tiny toilet and shower for the loft units, reminiscent of Tokyo hotels. Soundproofing can definitely be improved. I can hear the party and laughter from the other rooms. Saving grace would have been the prompt, friendly staff and pretty efficient room...

This was our second time doing staycation in Studio M. Room is not very spacious but we like the two storeys design. It looks modern but in fact it's a little bit tedious if you are frequent washroom user. Hotel is clean and tidy, reception is welcoming and smiling all the time. Location wise it's near to the Singapore river which is good for a evening walk. Room is quiet and clean too.

Rented a three bedroom apartment to sleep a family of 5. Fantastic room layout and size. The kids pool is good for young ones up to about 9 and the included breakfast is above average (not awesome but awesome for included buffet). Bit dated but otherwise really good

The staff were well trained and helpful. The apartments had a nice residential feel. We liked the location and the free shuttle to Orchard Rd. Access to the hotel's facilities was also great. The apartments however need to be refurbished. The sofa and two armchairs in unit 03-04 need to be re-sprung. The bathroom was also small and dated. The kitchen was well equipped. The location is amazing, right in the heart of Orchard Road. The staff and generous and courteous. Its also definitely wry good value for money. Would highly recommend it.

Our stay at ShangriLa-La Apertments was very pleasant and extremely conveniently. It combines the convenience of a hotel with the freedom of an apartment. Very comfortable and high quality apartments. They are older but still very nice. Kitchen has everything you need, use of the laundry was most helpful and the pool area fantastic. We are currently staying at Oasia Residence Singapore right opposite the West Coast Park and cannot be any happier with the place. The apartment is very a good size, very modern and clean, not to forget the gorgeous pool / spa pools. The staff at Oasia were all warm, friendly, helpful. They are going out of their ways to make us feel home. They are pet friendly too and our cat is enjoying the views...

A comfortable condominium suitable for long term stay. Breakfast provided. Condo equipped with gym and 2 swimming pools. One of the swimming pool is shared with a neighbour condo. Sauna is under maintenance as of Oct 2017.

Parkroyal was nice but i expected more. Dated and smelt old. I got it at a good price. I have to say i proberly not stay here again myself.

Updated rooms and lobby. Big swimming pool, the gym is also well equipped and maintained. The exterior is a little tired but the property is well located with Arab Street, Bugis Street and the Raffles Hotel within walking distance. Arab Street and it's vicinity was an Arab /Muslim enclave area that was originally set up by colonial British.

Rooms were nice and cozy. Great option if you have friends or relatives visiting.

We spent 4 nights at this hotel. The biggest bed in the world!! Nice room, I doubt many rooms have "amazing views". Lovely breakfast and friendly staff. There were some works here for renovations which started at 10am, the hotel let us know about this before we checked in.

Room is clean and spacious. Good kitchen set up. Shower is on rail that does not go high enough, as it is gets the floor wet.

Scuff marks on hallway walls, very little care in cleaning the hallways. Been here 3 weeks and the hallway hasn't been vacuumed once. I have had 2 maintenance issues with the A/C. When I notified the front desk a technician responded to my apartment in a very reasonable amount of time (about 30 minutes). Adequate.

This is a great alternative to a hotel. It's about 5-6 min walk away from Clarke Quay and a couple of malls. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. I was based here for a month and picked the location because it was close to the MRT, Quay and Orchard Road and all without being too close. ;) is also very close to Fort Canning Park for those that like to jog, or walk in the greenery. The apartments are very good, clean, functional. Staff 24x7 always great with a smile. I had some initial issues with the Internet which I need high bandwidth...

Excelent conditions. Welcoming and friendly host. They gave us a mobile phone to have around for our stay with Internet included. It was more or less of a life saviour. It was the first time that happened to us so you can realize our surprise. Not expensive and with great facilities.

It's a service apartment catering to short and long stay guests, location is fantastic, plenty of restaurants and cheap food stalls around. The MRT Station Bencoolen is just in front of the building. Breakfast spread was adequate. The rooms look old. Reception is not 24 hours but they do have staff manning the front desk after reception hours. Gym and pool facilities in the building.

great for value, was staying in one bedroom executive room. Having washing machine, small kitchen with simple kitchenette in the room gives so much convenience to business travelers who need to stay long in Singapore. One little shortfall - Not close to any MRT station.

Fantastic apartments with everything you could need. The hosts are super lovely and helpful. There are laundry options, a mobile with data that you can take out and about with you and the place is super clean. The location is great right next to the raffles hotel and plenty of mrt stations around.
