pleasant stay at pan pacific serviced suites! very clean and accessible location

Second time staying here for a weekend, very clean, comfortable with many amenities. Bed was extremely lovely, TV had a good casting feature. The area around isn't very welcoming due to heavy construction work, especially if it rains. Unfortunately also caught a cockroach in the room, concierge did/said nothing to apologize after reporting it to them.

Lovely hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel is within 10 mins walk to bugis MRT/bugis junction. If you know the way, it is quite convenient. There are also a lot famous food shops nearby. If you dont mind walking Suntec and Marina Bay Sands are also walking distance. The fact that the room has kitchen and laudary devices as well as a pool with terrific view is another plus for us. Good customer service. Clean rooms and nice amenities. However, the water pressure is rather small and breakfast is not worth having as it does not have much varieties. The lounge is good as it comes with massage chairs. Location is very near to haji lane but not near the MRT.

Great location attached to a shopping mall and MRT making it easy to get around the city. The pool amenities were amazing and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at Great World Residence service apartments while in Singapore. The unit was very spacious with a full kitchen, washer-dry, and ironing room. Andy Lim was very helpful in making the arrangements and in adding 2 more nights to our stay.

The room is big enough, with complete facilities and hygienic environment, but the breakfast is average. The front desk service was slow and the communication took too long when checking in, especially on the tenth day when the water pipe suddenly broke and leaked a lot. I asked to change the room, but the front desk kept shirking and said that they needed to evaluate before changing. How could I continue...

For other people who might book this place ,just remember there are no houseskeeping on the weekends so if you stay during the weekends,in my case, there are 4days no complementary available. Location: The hotel is in a great location! It is very close to several major shopping malls on Orchard Road. Downstairs you can directly access the subway station and 313 shopping mall, various restaurants and supermarkets. There are 5 of us, and if we live with our kids, we would choose a hotel in the downtown area, with convenient transportation and two bedrooms. The breakfast is simple, but acceptable and sufficient.

During the booking process, I provided details about the occupants: three adults and one child. Despite this, I was only advised to reserve a one-bedroom suite. Upon arriving at the serviced suites, we discovered that the booked suite could only accommodate three people. This meant our child would have to sleep on the king-size bed with the parents for the next eight nights. I raised this concern...

Service is awesome and the staff there are very helpful and considerate. Location is very nice as it is near a lot of good food places. Went to have the Porridge buffet and it was well worth the price. Food was delicious and fresh. The 2 cook station of laksa and poppiah was great too. Will highly recommend for family gatherings with kids and elders .

Tried the lotus restaurant ( vegetarian buffet). Price is reasonable and food is OK. Especially like the tea. Quiet place, and shld be able to find seats during week days.

Such a spacious and quiet place. The staff at reception are very friendly and helpful. We had a minor issue and they immediately helped. We have stayed here 3x now and will continue to stay here whenever we visit Singapore. Great location, great space and great people.

We had a spacious apartment. Wonderful views from 10th floor. Staff friendly and helpful. Enjoyed our time here. Kitchen has microwave, stove top, refrigerator, toaster and coffee/tea facilities. We have a two double rooms, kitchen, dining lounge areas, two toilets and showers. There are air-conditioner in each room.

The place is nice for long stay, new building and room, big bathroom, the only input it the Internet is slow in the evening and the hot water is very unstable.

Stayed here for a month. Good service overall. The location are conviniently close to convenience store, hospital, and mall. It's also pretty close to local mosque, if you need one. Also loved the amount of the amenities!

Small service apartment. $300nett per night, not worth for the $$$. Pan pacific suit at beach road give a more homy and hotel feel, cheaper price and slightly bigger size then oakwood. Oakwood is not generous with toilette and most items will not replenished. Pan pacific suits will not had this problem.

Good for the price, better than i expected, Rooms also come with microwave and washing machine, Free wifi.

We were somewhat worried by what we would find after reading the reviews. But for what we paid it was certainly better than we expected and better than we had paid more for elsewhere. It was clean enough and large space. Everything worked (except one power point). Included kitchenette, bathroom and separate bedroom. Aircon. Fridge. Cooking and TV. Yes TV was basic viewing only but we did not book room...

Acceptable for that price. Basically just a bed to sleep in and a place to shower. If you don't really care about things being messy and half broken you might very well stay here.

The place is simple but clean. It is close to the malls and mrt. Do not expect too much. But the internet is very good.
