Venue Hotel

We are from Vietnam and stayed at Venue Hotel Singapore for 4 days and 3 nights, and everything was just perfect! The location is very convenient, making it easy to travel around Singapore and explore different attractions.

The staff provided excellent and fast service throughout our stay. We met several different front desk staff members, and all of them were professional, friendly, and always ready to help. They solved any problem quickly and made us feel very welcome.

Our room (210) was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a pleasant stay.

We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend Venue Hotel to anyone visiting Singapore!

The hotel is very convenient for local food and commuting. Reasonable price. Can’t complain. The best part of the hotel experience is being greeted cheerfully each morning by Davin at the reception. He is helpful and gives good recommendations too.

Had a great stay at Venue Hotel. Room was clean. Not big (probably pretty standard for Singapore) but had everything I needed. Reception was friendly and helpful. Love the location - right in the heart of Joo Chiat area, lots of interesting shops, cafes, restaurants, coffee shops and drinking establishments!

It was my first stay at Venue Hotel and tbh the service were great. Very friendly and welcoming. Our room was pretty clean, the room size was suitable for two people. Amenities available was sufficient for a short stay however, my room’s toilet door that connects to the room does not close properly. Other than that it was good. Surrounded by lots of food options around the hotel. It was okay getting to the hotel if you don’t mind walking for like 2-3 minutes from the bus stop.

I booked this hotel for my last three days and loved it much. There's a department store next to the hotel and many restaurants and cafe along the street. The airport is only 19mins from the hotel.

Comfortable, clean and great location!

Location: right in the center of the colourful & vibrant scene of Joo Chiat Road in Katong District - a residential conservation area with a wonderful fusion of modern day houses & UNESCO heritage charming nyonya architecture.

Room: it’s clean and orderly as advertised. It does serve you the essential needs of brushing your teeth, shower & toilet. Bed was decently comfy but just that the bed was a bit shorter than my height despite claiming as queen sized. No roaches, good water pressure for shower, clean drinking water from tap.

Lobby: there are 2 macintosh computers for browsing. There are 2 books in the trendy looking quiet lobby (1 was a good read for me). Staff are attentive and helpful.

The jewel is the hotel’s JooChiat st location. I’d stay here again if visiting Singapore. I loved the coffee and bread at Olsen bakery next door too the barista was uniquely polite and friendly, all stars.

The hotel is very clean and the hotel's water filter is great,hotel is cheap and nice.The customer service there is very friendly and the also give free apples.
