Nice pool, pavilions for families. This hotel is very well refer to children

The TV remote was not exactly functioning well but that is minor, just thought housekeeping could be better. Other than that, toiletries are provided, housekeeping make up the room and provide fresh new towels

Very welcoming place, beds are very comfortable and soft , clean bathroom but sadly does not contain conditioner for hair. Swimming pool is very nice and is really close to the main attractions with a 5 min walk

It was nice that the check out was extended but the car park ticket given was not. The room was big with balcony and pool view; simple decor and furniture. Carpet was with patches of not so obvious stains

Room was nice and decently sized. Window faced hard rock hotel pool which was blasting music all day which can be heard if the doors are open. Room service was quick. Overall good stay

By the way, all suggest to go to the pool of a neighbouring hotel, I arranged for our it is much more modest in size but less crowded. On the weekends try to stay not to plan

The amenities, BBQ, pool, were first class. Right on top of a great shopping centre and easy access across the road to more market stores

This place was awesome to stay, so much better than any hotel. The staff were fantastic, and John at the front desk was very attentive to any needs. Highly recommend families staying here

Not the greatest venue for an Indie gig (a little devoid of rock n roll ambience) but a good expo non-the-less. The first handle on the left is the bidet, not the flush

Very bright mall with very good natural lighting. Most stores here are high end stores like Gucci and Chanel, mostly catered to tourist. Normal peasants won’t be able to afford anything here like me

The staffs here are very friendly and well trained, come here if you want to see how customer service should be. You can take a sampan here in their indoor Singapore river

The hotel, which you should visit at least once! Very polite and friendly staff, although there were comments about the coldness at check-in

This hotel is located in the MRT building only which is the positive point of this hotel. The rooms are small but they were neat and clean.  Breakfast buffet was good. Good value for money

The phone is useful - should tell guests about it prior to arrival so they can use it without buying a SIM card at the airport. Tell guests about the dryers and iron on level 3

I wanted to support our local economy and also do something for my family. Mandarin Orchard offers buffet meals and competitive room rates. We arrived at 12 noon, ate our food and went to our room

Breakfast was amazing! Best I have ever had, variety, efficiency of service, always topped up, always hot and fresh! I’d come back just for that!! Location great! Rooms fab but only for 2 people.

Swimming pool is basic but wouldn't matter much if you're not a pool person. Overall a great stay, would come back again!

And appreciate the lady who happened to come out from the room right in front of gym around 5:10 pm on 16/09/21 and she saw me and helped me when I needed help to take out room card which is stuck together with gym card which make me cannot tap into the gym

Mandarin Orchard is definitely one of the top tier luxury hotels. The quality of service and quality service definitely correspond to 5*. Kudos to Front Office and definitely a tradition worth preserving

Hotel staff were kind and service was amazing. Location is at the heart of orchard with easy access to many malls, Takashimaya, near mrt. Many different food options and shopping areas around

Lots of facilities at the hotel like a pool, clay and grass tennis courts which are pretty well maintained, and 2 restaurants where the morning breakfast is delicious and healthy with lots of options to choose from

They have good facilities too, such as pool and gym. I will certainly go back if I have a chance (and if there's promotion)

Birthday staycation, complete with complimentary cake delivered to the room. Service was impeccable from beginning to the end. The rooms were spacious and pleasant. Views were outstanding! Would definitely return

The price is still reasonable in my opinion. Location is very good, next to a mall and MRT station, and walking distance to many tourist attractions. The staffs are all helpful and work diligently for you

The proximity of this hotel to the mrt is great. Rooms were comfortable and a good size. Staff were accommodating and food for breakfast was great. Noodle chef always had a happy hello. Concierge service was helpful

Transport is good, groceries and restaurants are right next to hotel, rooms are clean and this hotel has everything we need. Staff are friendly and very helpful, housekeeping too very helpful and keeps room clean

Restaurants - I’ve not eaten here, but looks pretty great & is busy. Location You’re close to a crazy amount of shops if that is your thing, or the botanic gardens. Both of which are pretty remarkable

Had an absolutely fabulous stay in the tower wing with my two kids. SLS is a very family friendly hotel, with buds (its playroom) and splash (children's pool) being the highlights

The main pool was also excellent, plenty of spaces to relax too. Minutes from the city centre, this hotel is a unique place of its own, surrounded by vast trees and garden landscape

The kids absolutely loved it Upon arrival they gave each kid a bag with small gifts and they have a treasure chest in the room with gifts inside also u just have to solve the riddles to open the code foe the chest

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in, just simply amazing and excellent service. The breakfast was fantastic, great choice from western, Asian and through to Indian flavours too! The gym was excellent too…..

I didn't stay there as a hotel guest but was there with my kids at the Buds play ground. Kids loved it and the play area hosts were all friendly, patient and great with the kids

Everyone was super helpful, friendly and chatty. My only advice would be to improve your sandwich menu. It's just a personal preference really because I love sandwiches. Other than that, keep up the good work!

Amazing service 24x7 especially in room dining and housekeeping was always available on the calls. Buffet was just average however no major complaints. A 4 star hotel with 5 star services and rooms

Modern, clean & comfortable hotel. Checking in & out was easy and staff were helpful in breaking currency into smaller denominations. Room was a good size with all amenities, clean and the bed was comfortable

The selection of food they had was really really good, ranging from fresh seafood such as live shucked oysters, to a cheese plate. I highly recommend the seafood as well as the roast lamb

Customer service is 10/10 best location in the city you can go anywhere from there without any issue. If you forgot to change currency they have a machine that will do it for you

Nice hotel with a great location near the metro. There are many places to eat nearby, a 7/11 store. On the 3rd floor there is a 1. 2m swimming pool and a green area. The pool is cold, towels are provided

Good place to stay with a service to match, location is pretty decent as well considering how close it is to the city when traveling by train (about 15-25 mins walk for the more adventurous)

However, there is currently construction of a new train station infront of the hotel. Edit: construction is done, road is now open making the hotel a lot more accessible

Great location and very functional place. No power points near the bedside and non friendly staff are the only two downsides otherwise a great place to stay

This was, absolutely honestly, the best hotel I have ever been a guest at! Architecturally one of a kind, it is a pleasure to swim in the pool that blends pefectly into the green framework of the building

Perfect location, next to metro, Chinatown and malls. The room is nice, new and clean. The only thing that was bit bothered me was they do not have a drinking water within the room except the tap drinking water

What's to like? Friendly, helpful staff; clean, well equipped rooms, amazing views, the roof garden pool and bar makes it stand out from the rest and, did I mention the location? What's not to like? Not a lot to be honest

Our only issues were that it was a little difficult to find at first. It's kind of within the shopping centre, but also not so it took us a while to find the right spot. Additionally the bathroom is kind of open plan

The room was really modern and spacious, the location was great with a train station and bus stops right next door to get pretty much anywhere, and the staff were really nice

Absolutely loved our stay at JEN Orchard Gateway! My wife and I stayed there for our honeymoon and really enjoyed it

We went there on a package with Luxury Escapes, the package had a number of bonus extras (like a room upgrade) that were included 'subject to availability' We were a little miffed that none of them happened to be available when we got there

TOP TIP: If you're here as a tourist then the tourist transport pass has to be one of your first purchases. Singapore has one one of the best subway systems in world and it makes it a breeze to get around

Beautiful hotel in a great spot. Easily fitted in a couple of cots. Pool looked amazing - if only we were there for longer. Best thing us that it is in the airport

Raymond, the manager of the club lounge, was so friendly and warm and the range of food and drink that was offered was excellent. Our club room was also extremely cosy while being spacious

Easy to get in from our flight - accommodated an early check in. And easy to get out the next day onto another flight. You do have to clear security

Only drawback of the hotel is that it is a bit difficult to get out from due to its relative inaccessibility to cars

Not that one really feels like getting out of the hotel considering that it really feels like home away from home

Did our quarantine here & service was fantastic. Food was mediocre standard but your wishes will be granted for any extras. Ample space for exercise, view is breathtaking. Highly recommended for staycation

Great hotel, great service and great location. This is going to be my go to hotel whilst in Singapore. Everything within a short walking distance to the mall for local cuisine and shopping.

Everything was perfect but housekeeping although very sweet 🥰a bit overwhelming at times, particularly when you raise a flag and ask not to be disturbed they still knock and ring and call to check whether you indeed want no service 😅

Stayed in the Fairmont King suite, enjoyed the stay a lot! Great service! Two big pools including one for kids! Even provided free extra beds for children under 12! Breakfast was also nice, have healthier choices! Location is great, many shops in the mall and places to go around the city hall area!

Staff was extremely amiable and courteous. Check-in was seamless and amenities (pool and gym) were excellent. The room was spacious and very clean

Also, one night, I asked for some ice cubes to be delivered to my room but had no tip to provide with. oh my!!! I got a lesson in return but still received my ice cubes :))) Thank you, ALL, I enjoyed my stay!!!!!!💝

Holding my wedding at Grand Copthorne Waterfront, with Serene as my wedding coordinator. Couldn't ask for a better person to help oversee the whole process in such great detail

Rooms are dated, though they did their best to touch it up with modern electronic amenities incl the Handy mobile (fast becoming a must for hotels!) Breakfast spread was good, though not extensive but sufficient and still offering a variety of dishes

I have yet called for room services therefore I have no opinions on this section. Attended my sibling's wedding lunch here in the grand ballroom, the experience has been great. The hotel has great decors to go with it

Location is well known but far, therefore getting here via Cab or driving is still a preferred mode of transport. Rooms are neat and clean and has all the basic necessities a person need to stayover

Nice hotel however it is not on the river front so the name is deceptive. Lovely pool area and restaurant along with cakes and coffee selection. The room we had had an excellent shower and comfortable bed

Hotel is also chosen by airlines for their cabin staff stay. 15 minute walk to Clarke Quay. Swimming pool water is chilly and because it is between two towers the sun is often blocked

The amenities look amazingly fancy! The hotel also have an option for express check out where you can pay your bill at the time of check-in and just drop your key card in a box at the reception during checkout

Enjoyed the Indonesian buffet at the Indonesian restaurant. Food quality was good and with the DBS card discount, it was a really great deal. I really enjoyed the satay and and the prawns

It's 20 min from the airport but the beds are comfortable, and there are blackout curtains. We stayed twice as it was so good the first time and did not disappoint the second time

Totally appreciated getting a good 5-6 hours quality sleep after a 12 hr flight and before another 10 hr flight. The buffet breakfast is wonderful too

Service was great! The only surprise we had was the 2nd bottle of plain (distilled) water will be charged at S$8++. Just serve us tap water will be fine. Although there are dispenser for cold and hot water for free

Visited Orchard Cafe (within Orchard Hotel) for a business lunch buffet priced at about S$63 nett per head. There is a wide range of selection from Chinese, to Indian, Japanese & local delights

Physical building and hardware are a little oldish as the hotel has been around for many years. Swimming pool is a little small too. But rooms are maintained okay and the service is still excellent and worth a mention

Lots of shopping nearby and restaurants if you don’t want to eat in-house. First 2 floors are high-end shops. Rooftop pool is awesome and staff are very focused on customer service which is a nice change

I like how the room were cleaned and sealed before we use it. Just one thing though, it would be nice if the swimming pool is bigger. But it wasn't crowded when we are using it

Lovely location with comfortable, clean rooms and decent size pool. Bedrooms were spacious with comfortable pillows and mattress.

It is brilliant to have 2 toilet rolls instead of 1. This minus the hassle of having to keep asking for one more roll. Your restaurant was very busy everyday but this did not compromise your staff's service and the food

To my delight, they brought out a piece of cake at the end to surprise my husband. It was very thoughtful and definitely a nice way to end the meal. Thank you for a very positive experience! We will definitely be back

The downside is the price, at $45 per person you need to be hungry. The pool is great with excellent views, but there is no seating at the pool

Cons, no coffee maker in the room, but there is a kettle if you want a cup of tea. Location is sub-optimal but it's not a deal breaker. The elevators are busy and the mood lighting makes locating your floor tricky

The outdoor lap pool on the 3rd floor is pretty stunning: you get views of the downtown skyline in an open-air setting that is frankly breathtaking

Pros, beautiful rooms with a large bathroom and a super comfy bed and there is no noise from adjoining rooms. Staff are excellent and getting a taxi either from the doorman or via Grab was super easy

What an experience! More than you could ever imagine. Bath was heavenly and much needed after not making our flights. We arrived at midnight and the staffs service was outstanding and they were so welcoming
