It's 20 min from the airport but the beds are comfortable, and there are blackout curtains. We stayed twice as it was so good the first time and did not disappoint the second time

Totally appreciated getting a good 5-6 hours quality sleep after a 12 hr flight and before another 10 hr flight. The buffet breakfast is wonderful too

Service was great! The only surprise we had was the 2nd bottle of plain (distilled) water will be charged at S$8++. Just serve us tap water will be fine. Although there are dispenser for cold and hot water for free

Visited Orchard Cafe (within Orchard Hotel) for a business lunch buffet priced at about S$63 nett per head. There is a wide range of selection from Chinese, to Indian, Japanese & local delights

The decoration is conventional, and center piece in Orchard Hotel has been the "clock tower". It has been standing there for more than 2 decades

The location is great, very close to shopping malls and restaurants

The spaciousness of the apartment, the washing machine, the pool and the location (very close to mrt and busses and shopping area so very easy to find food)

Simple, clean, nice and convenient. It has all the basics and surrounded by shops, easily accessed. I can say it's also good for family, spacious hall, washing machine works well, stove and all you need to feel at home

Extremely spacious rooms, comfortable and well-ventilated (openable windows for fresh air) home away from home apartments with large kitchen, in a most convenient location steps away from the Somerset MRT station

Crazy shopping at OG during a sale. Queue up to go in then queue up for 2hr plus to pay. Haha.

This place has changed a lot since my last visit. The services have been downgraded. No more breakfast. Room cleaning only thrice a week. Obvious signs of cost cutting. The only plus point is the convenient location.

The amenities, BBQ, pool, were first class. Right on top of a great shopping centre and easy access across the road to more market stores

This place was awesome to stay, so much better than any hotel. The staff were fantastic, and John at the front desk was very attentive to any needs. Highly recommend families staying here

Very large apartment with good facilities. Ver convenient supermarket is in the building. Our apartment was very quiet as we did not face the busy road. I don't know how much more noisy it was on the other side

Connection to downtown was optimal, and MRT station is only 100 m away. Staff was very friendly and accommodating regarding a late checkout. I will definitely stay there again

There was entertainment from both ends of the decible, one end very measured, serious and anchored me to earth with news of matter-of-fact statistics of the successes of Covid-19 to snatch souls; and the other end, a tsunami of very pushy sound waves from other members testing their vocal chords, sometimes coaxing a smile from me

The only thing less romantic was I was at the club hours after the sunset for both the foaming hobs and a bite

Just went to Chinese rstnt : food was tasty and esp the Coffee Pork Ribs were not oo sweet and very tender and the Crispy Noodles presented with noodles twirled round chopsticks suspended in the air as if by some invisible hand ! Hotplate Tofu with Minced Meat and Prawns were also very good and so were the Crispy Squidlets served with sauteed Cucumber & Pineapple pieces

Service was very friendly and personable. If anyone is wheelchair bound, there's a cool contraption to bring you up/down the stairs but you might need to wait a bit for the staff who knows how to operate it

The location of the property was excellent 5 minute walk to the shops and train station, apartment was spacious and very clean, the staff were polite and helpful, stayed for 7 days, comfortable stay with everything we ever needed 🥰🥰

Place of stay at level 6 extremely quiet and comfortable. Will not hesitate to stay here again if I should ever need to. Would rate this service apartment as five stars with reasonable rates

Very bright mall with very good natural lighting. Most stores here are high end stores like Gucci and Chanel, mostly catered to tourist. Normal peasants won’t be able to afford anything here like me

The staffs here are very friendly and well trained, come here if you want to see how customer service should be. You can take a sampan here in their indoor Singapore river

This hotel is located in the MRT building only which is the positive point of this hotel. The rooms are small but they were neat and clean.  Breakfast buffet was good. Good value for money

The phone is useful - should tell guests about it prior to arrival so they can use it without buying a SIM card at the airport. Tell guests about the dryers and iron on level 3

We loved the rooftop garden, swimming pool with lounge beds (towels are available on the roof deck) and the views from up there! Breakfast is included for everyone and that was a good one! We arrived in the morning and were surprised that our room was already available

There are so many ‘entitled’ people with exaggerated expectations and reviews! If you want luxury accommodation and breakfast, then book yourselves into the Hilton or Marina Bay Sands… You get what you pay for and this is very good value for money, compared to other 3 star Holiday Inn Express hotels

All staff that we met were so friendly! As our flight departed around midnight we asked for a late check out

We ate at the Penang buffet at the restaurant on the ground floor. Food was good, we enjoyed the satay and most of the other foods offered. Only point to improve on would be the plates

Yes, at the reception don't forget to take the card for free travel on the monorail to Singapore! Inside the island (4 stops from end to end) travel completely free! And all the rides inside the island including the cable car, grab the bonus voucher for a few days - your choice on the rise of the MERLION, Tiger Sky Tower - an observation platform at the height of the sled, 4D movies, the butterfly...

The restaurant food is good, the selection is small, mostly Asian cuisine. But the Europeans will not go hungry: eggs, yogurt, cereals, fruit, juices, muffins. Very good pastry for extra cost

We had a little inconvenience on the night we arrived. The hotel duty manager Name Johnny who is very gentle and nice. He upgraded our room right away. We really appreciated his kind work

The room is decent and has what you need. We had to approach the receptionist to be served at check-in as no one actually offered to see us at the desk but this did not impact us much

Beautiful view of the pool and the skyscrapers. The pool is not big but you can swim. Of the minuses was no bath in the double room. And the main disadvantage of the room was OK, air conditioning not working in the heat

Near Bugis MRT from here, you can reach any part of Singapore. And to Marina Bay that's walking distance. The metro sorted out immediately. On arrival bought cards easy link. With them on the subway all a fairy tale

Restaurant is spacious and bright, but service (clearing tables during lunch buffet) can be a bit slow. Food was generally good, except for the crab. Wide variety of dishes that were constantly replenished

Corridors carpeting was a bit musty, not making the greatest impression. Also lifts werent very convenient to use. Ive been advised that both of these issues will be addressed in the coming year

Room 216 is large, 30 meters, with a balcony where it's hot, cool in the room. There is an iron, kettle, fridge in the room. Buffet breakfast with a small kitchen in the egg station

Bus stop about 10 metres and MRT within walking distance makes going around Singapore easy with savings on transport costs. We used EZ link transport Card to use the public transport

We walked from the hotel to Little India the first night no problem. It's very close by and worth checking out. The staff were very friendly and the restaurant/bar attached was great

Good hotel, a bit far from the MRT, but with a great local food court on the opposite side of road. Basic rooms, good restaurant in the lobby. Gym was small but comfortable for 1 person. Swimming pool on the top floor.

A good, but not quite perfect, hotel. It’s clean, has a nice lobby, helpful friendly staff and an excellent breakfast. The roof top pool also has a very nice view

About the cleaning service: one day, we only got 2 new towels for the 3 of us (they took the 3 towels from the day before), another day there was no cleaning at all, they didn't even empty the trash, and sometimes the towels were stained too

I have some mixed feelings about our stay at Hotel Traveltine. Overall it was a good experience as the hotel was nice, in a good location, the room was clean too, and the pool was amazing

Had a wonderful experience staying here. Peaceful ambience surrounded by nature with minimal car traffic, perfect for meditative retreats! The buffet is better than I expected, especially the pastries

No much food options around but discover at the changi beach club which is just next door I could get a cold beer and watch the sunset. Had a pleasant time away from people
