Location: 360 km from Bangkok airport, 48 km from the airport of Trat, on the Western coast of the island, Klong Prao beach, between the sea and lagoon.
Deluxe Building consists of four 2-storey buildings, Standard Building C – two 2-storey buildings, Standard Building D – one 1-storey building, Standard Building G – 1 one-storey buildings and twenty 1-storey villas.
Beach: own sandy beach, 10 m from the hotel, the first coastal line. Between the hotel and the beach road runs. Umbrellas, mattresses, towels - free of charge.
Total area: 28, 500m2.

I highly recommend this hotel and the deluxe rooms, which are my favorites. It has a great location right next to the beach and a beautiful view. They serve a high-quality breakfast buffet in the morning. Everything is very clean and well-organized. There's a small bridge where the other rooms and beautiful villas are located. It has direct access to the beach, one of the largest and most beautiful, and it's truly excellent. You can walk along the shore and go to other places directly from the hotel, since it's right on the beach. The rooms are good for an island; they're within the expected parameters... remember, this is a jungle island, not Dubai. And this resort, compared to others, is quite good. There are other high-quality resorts too, but they're farther away from this beautiful beach. Without a doubt, for me, this is the best location and beach. The best way to get around the island is by motorbike or car. This hotel has a pool, bar, restaurant, and children's area, and every day at 7 pm they have a fire show. I RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL 1000%%% the staff is friendly and helpful.

-Very huge resorts , a bit dated but some parts are renovated , overall satisfactory for the price I paid.
-Truely beachfront with pristine beach but the sea is quite rough and choppy .( Refer video attached)
-Spacious room but do expect some ants or insects as this is an island and surrounded with trees.
-Only one mimart here for simple groceries , one gym and beachfront massage for thb280 only , only one male therapist No.2 and his skill is amazing.
-Good spread of buffet breakfast.
-Taxi ie Songtheaw can be arranged by reception , a short 5km can be Thb100 to Thb150 per pax , most drivers have whatsapp no pasted on car.
-Virtually no entertainment at night.
-Staff very friendly and attentive.
- A short walk to the main road can find bigger minimart and massage services , herbal steam mostly done by female therapists.

It was very clean. We were very close to the beach and to a swimming pool even though it was rain season we could go to the pool instead of the beach. There was a mini supermarket where you could buy things the same price as 711 the breakfast was very delicious and had many options. The stuff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean. I really liked that they had a balcony and that you could reach everything easily.

The breakfast was excellent – a wide variety with daily changing dishes and live cooking stations. One thing that could really improve the experience would be a few extra fans in the breakfast area. It gets quite hot, and some cooling would make a big difference. It would also be helpful to have a QR code or some kind of information sheet showing what’s available at breakfast and what to expect in the coming days.
The hotel’s location is fantastic – right on a clean beach. The sunbeds were comfortable, and the pool was great. You can tell that a lot of thought went into the outdoor design – the trees and plants are placed smartly for both shade and visual appeal. Big compliments for the landscaping!
The hotel restaurant was also very good. Yes, it’s on the expensive side, and the portions were a bit small for my taste, but the quality was definitely there.
The staff throughout the hotel were incredibly friendly. During my two-week stay, I only came across one person who seemed to be in a bad mood – which is quite remarkable. Everyone else was consistently kind and cheerful. That kind of atmosphere is rare and deserves 5 out of 5 stars. I really hope the staff are treated and paid well – they’re doing an amazing job.
The on-site supermarket is very convenient – perfect for quickly grabbing a drink or some ice cream.
The room itself was totally fine. I would have appreciated more power outlets, though. Overall, the placement of outlets and light switches wasn’t very well thought out and not easy to reach. Still, since I was mostly just sleeping there, it wasn’t a big issue.
One downside was the bathroom. As a European, I’m used to a different standard of cleanliness – especially in the shower. I was staying in a villa, not just a regular room, so I had slightly higher expectations. A bi-weekly deep clean, especially focusing on grout and fixtures, would really help bring the bathroom up to standard.
Regarding the laundry service: I’d like to pass on that the laundry service unfortunately wasn’t good. Two items of clothing went missing – one of them was just a shirt, which wasn’t a big deal, but the other was a designer swimsuit that I had bought on sale and was quite expensive. I found it really disappointing that it went missing.

Had a pleasant few days here.
Pros:

One of the vest resort in koh chang island. The rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast buffets are great, and staff are friendly. Rooms are literally just next to the beach. Resorts have private beach...

The resort is located on a very nice beach, but, unfortunately there is where the good review ends.
The rooms are old wooden furniture style and need urgent update. The resort is not well maintained. Shower is dirty, air condition is old and not well maintained (we needed 3 times visits to fix it). Breakfast is ok, but if you come one hour after it started - you will find dirt and food on the floor and filthy table maps.
On the beach there are not enough chairs, and guests usually put there towel or something else to keep there place for hours in early morning before they eat breakfast…

This hotel is older however the location is right on the beach. The rooms we stayed in surrounded a fresh water lagoon filled with fish and in part of this area fishing is allowed. The rooms were spacious, nice although not luxurious. The air conditioning kept the room well cooled. A few pluses were a small store within the resort for market priced beers, snacks, wine, fruit juices, etc. The breakfast was the best on our stay so far with an egg station and a soup station as well as a wide range of foods. Although we didn’t miss it, I would suggest that management should add a latte machine to ensure the entire experience is at the highest level.
