Santhiya Tree Koh Chang Resort

Beautiful hotel on the lovely island of Koh Chang. The hotel is built with traditional Thai hardwood carvings on top of a modern infrastructure, so very characterful but efficient. we had the standard room on the third floor of the main building but what a room! Private plunge pool with a view over the river and rain forest beyond. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The facilities were fab, dinner right next to the sea with the sun going down was picture perfect. Excellent breakfast buffet, huge choice and plenty of it. All in all, an amazing stay.

Amazing hotel, kindly people and delicious food. The hotel has private beach, for those who consider about the distance between hotel and main road - hotel provides free transfer (from hotel to main road and Back) according to schedule. Room with private pool has really nice view of the river.

Just had 4 night stay pool room absolutely fantastic rooms and facilities. Pool was exceptional and spa massage were amazing.staff were very helpful to a very high standard made our stay comfortable excellent management. Additionally gave us 1000 bhat credit per day to spend hotel facilities which is a first for me loved every minute can’t wait to get back.

One week there passed just like one miraculous fantastic day! Superb staff performance, outstanding breakfasts, breathtaking mountain view, and relaxing atmosphere! Many many thanks to the hotel crew for having provided us great services and having made our stay there unforgettable! Definitely the place to come back.

We have taken 4 nights at this fantastic hotel, even though it is low season, everything was top notch. Fantastic employees, smiling and welcoming, service minded and just high quality!🥇A fantastic hotel room with its own pool. A restaurant where the food is simply delicious and people care about it. 2 musicians who played good music, even though there were 2 of us left and it was a nice concert. Of all the hotels I have stayed at, which are many, I am amazed at the quality of this stay. Damn it's been good! just have to add that the breakfast was also top notch. See you again soon😊

Great stay at the Santhia Tree Resort. Located down a lonely and peaceful road. You'll need a scooter or car to explore the area. Not located near wild night life if you're looking for a crazy night out and stumbling back to your room.

Unforgettable experience. Beautifully decorated room with private pool. Aesthetics in everything.
Breakfast is excellent with good coffee.
There are 2 swimming pools on the territory, one of them is probably 50 meters long, the other is a lagoon with waterfalls.
Here is the best sea in all Thailand: gently sloping shore, mostly clear water, without of big waves, stones or jellyfish. During low tides, large expanses of beach with good sand are exposed. Opportunity to play, walk or run.

I would like to point out a couple of moments that can be improved.
1. We had the last room on the 3rd floor. And the water pump next to the pool was clearly broken because it was making quite loud noises.
2. One of the bed pillowcases seemed not fresh to me and smelled unpleasant.
3. And the waiter in the restaurant by the sea, which we visited at 5 o'clock and were the only customers, was not attentive enough. The girl was engrossed in her smartphone and was incompetent about bar’s details.

Everything else was truly a wonderful. All the personnel are extremely polite and friendly. The grounds are well maintained and the room is excellent. The terrace with a swimming pool, a bathtub and a sofa is very cool.

Absolutely stunning hotel. Incredible views. Nice breakfast. But what a poor service. Enjoyed every moment being there except when it were coming to services. They forgot my meals, drinks, room service. But hear me out guys, what an incredible gem this property are

Our stay at Santhiya Tree Resort was simply magical. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with outstanding service and professionalism in everything they did. The breakfast was top-notch, with an extensive selection to choose from. The rooms were beautifully decorated, providing an oasis of tranquility, although they were occasionally a bit noisy. But this minor inconvenience was more than compensated for by the stunning private pool, where we could relax and enjoy the serene surroundings. We are sure we will come back to this piece of paradise. I would like to thank the staff of Santhiya Tree Resort for their impeccable service during our stay. Not only did they take care of cleaning our rooms, but they even surprised us by neatly folding our clothes, which was a thoughtful gesture that made our experience even more special. Their dedication to providing excellent service deserves all the praise.❤️
