We offer twin, double and family rooms for up to three people. All rooms contain a modern design with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, free Wifi and unlimited bottles of drinking water!

I enjoyed the conversations with your staff during breakfast, especially with KT. She is very polite and willing to help in every way. On the 3rd day of our stay, we couldn't sleep much due to the noises which we expressed our concern to KT at breakfast time. She is very understanding and think in the clients' shoes. She immediately offered to change the room which faced to the mountains and very quiet. I have wonderful sleep at night.
Pai and Nam also provided professional services and showed the hospitality of Chiang Mai.
I totally understand why BED has great ratings and good reputation on Google and I will recommend your hotel to all my friends.
The room was very clean and modern.
The hotel located in a walkable distance to Nimman area ( around 15 minutes)
Love an idea refill water with recycle bottles as I drink a lot of water but at the same time I try to travel more sustainably.

It's quiet, clean, and friendly
Be sure to bring earplugs because of the airplane noise
