Chiang Mai, 108 Chang Klan Road, Tambol Chang Klan, Amphur Muang 🧭 Map
We loved this hotel! From the moment we were picked up at the airport and met Ton we were treated like royalty. Our room was upgraded to a high floor with the Mountain View. We were celebrating our engagement and the staff went above and beyond decorating the room. I’d go back to Chiang Mai just to stay at this hotel and hang with Ton.
We've been here 7x to eat at their different restaurants.. All excellent.. service, food, drinks & staff are very personable. A quite cool atmosphere to relax. We live in Chaing Mai so we didn't stay in the hotel but all Marriott's around the world is our Go-To place.
Great hotel, service, location. Right next to the night bazaar. Very hospitable, from when I entered until I exited. The rooms and amenities were nice. And the breakfast buffet was great too. Definitely a 5 star experience.
Recently stayed at the Marriott Hotel in Ching Mai and the overall experience was somewhat disappointing. First, the room was extremely small. Considering the space standards and price in Thailand, the room felt very cramped and there was hardly any space to open our luggage. This might be because the third floor has many conference rooms, which seem to take up most of the space, affecting our accommodation...
This hotel is definitely a 5 star establishment. They newly renovated their lobby and restaurants. The staff is amazing, friendly, helpful, and enthusiastic. The rooms are incredible. The pool and fitness facility is top notch. They also have locker rooms and a sauna at the fitness center. The breakfast buffet is worth staying in and relaxing before going out to explore the city. I will always stay...
We had dinner at this Chinese restaurant called Han The at the Marriott. It was an awesome experience! The food was made with care and looked amazing. The flavors were authentic and on point, and the service was top-notch. The staff was super attentive and friendly. We even started the night with some killer cocktails at the bar. Those drinks were not to be missed! I highly recommend getting there...

Chiang Mai, 44 Nimmanhaemin Road, Soi 12, Suthep, Muang 🧭 Map
It's a star hotel with spacious bedrooms in tourism area in Chiang Mai. I stayed here for a week. Pretty surprised to see the spacious bedroom with a bath tub, a pantry, a washing machine. The swimming pool has a sauna and a whirl pool.
Firstly, let's talk about the bottom line. This hotel is ideal for families with children who want to stay in a clean and tidy room with a good breakfast and go on day trips during their stay in Chiang Mai. However, it is located a little far from the night market and old city, about a 10 minute taxi ride. My personal experience with the hotel was excellent. I highly recommend it.
It's important to provide a proper space for cleaning staff to rest. Seeing them sitting in a cramped cleaning room was disheartening. They have the right to a fair and decent space to rest. Thanks to their efforts, I was able to enjoy a clean and comfortable hotel, but I believe their working conditions should be improved. All the staff were kind and friendly.
Came here for their breakfast buffet. Many variety of food to chose ( Thai , English ). The food taste good. Bacon is a little rubbery hope they fix this. Service is good too.
I received an excellent service from Kantary Hills! I once tried to stay elsewhere but always come back to Kantary Hills. Location is nearby airport and convenience to go to local shopping centers. So why move? When everything is here. For both personal and work wise, the banquet service provides an outstanding service Khun.Yui, Khun.Noom and the team gave a really good supportive everything literally...
Stayed here for 15 nights. Superb service given by the entire staff and they were so friendly. The rooms were quite comfortable. If you want to cook yourself, each and every room provides the necessary items for cooking. Wifi is super fast but sometimes it's lagging. Variety of foods items there for the meals.

Anantara Chiang Mai This place is so impressive, it feels so welcoming at the very first step we walk in..just like home. All staffs are very professional also they look so happy with their job. Always helpful and polite and very kind. They willingly help even sometime it is a bit off their way, so impressed by that! The food, restaurant and complimentary afternoon tea are absolutely one of top quality...
Stayed in Kasara Garden Suite for 3 nights during high season. It was very calm. Felt a little lack of privacy because of the characteristics of garden view rooms which surround the one same garden in the center. Quite surprised when people were just hanging around at the garden. But it was only one day. Needless to say room and other facilities' condition was very good. Restaurants and breakfast were...
First the staff are all super friendly. The location is great and very close to most of the markets and shopping areas. a few things that they could improve. We booked a suite and it needed some paint and few fixes. It did look a bit outdated. Also although our room was on the 3rd floor we could hear loud music nearly every night till midnight. Breakfast ends at 10:30am which for a resort is a bit...
Great looking hotel, staff and chain. As you would expect from Anantara. The location is pretty spot on as well and close to the key attractions in the city. Having said that, it can be pricey but you definitely get what you pay for. I would recommend it if you wanna experience the great service and luxury.
Couple, stayed 3 nights, on 2 occasions, in August. Worth a splurge since could not afford to stay at a similar place in North America or Europe. Gorgeous and quiet (standard) room, picture-perfect hotel, wonderful pool, impeccable service. Breakfast à la carte has great vegan options and the breakfast buffet is world class. Took a private river cruise on smaller boat (do not recommend eating on board...
First time in Chiang Mai and decided to choose Anantara and we’re so pleased with the decision. We stayed at ground floor right facing a lovely garden for 3 nights. Breakfast was always a delight to start the days. Exceptional spa and one of the best hotel gyms we’ve ever seen. There’s a fun night market within few minutes walk from the hotel.

We had an amazing 3 night stay at the chiang mai old town. It was beautiful & quiet - which is just what we needed after coming from three days in busy Bangkok. The rooms were spacious, clean and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was friendly and attentive. We loved the easy ordering via QR code wherever you are located in the hotel. Drinks and food were great - and happy hour daily is a nice...
This was the best hotel of our trip. We booked a deluxe king suite as a bit of a splurge for our wedding anniversary and the staff made it feel extra special. They left cake for us on our room. Beds were so comfortable! Lots of pillow options. The room was spacious and has a lot extra special touches eg good size fridge, plenty of water, plenty of drawers, block out blinds. Gym was good size. Didn...
Chiang Mai Old Town Hotel sits perfectly close to the old town of Chiang Mai. Walking distances to stores or restaurants. I like the peace and quiet, which is great for a good night's rest. The services are wonderful, and the staff are respectful and very welcoming. I love the fact that you can use their drop-off laundry service and come back neatly folded. I highly recommend this hotel. And lastly...
Beautiful hotel in a quieter part of Old Town. The rooms were really well decorated and included all of the amenities you might need. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The pool was really nice and clean. Enjoyed breakfast each morning and we had lunch and dinner at the restaurant a couple of times when we were too tired to go elsewhere, which was nice. The hotel also arranged car service for...
Originally, we had planned to visit Chiang Dao, but due to road flooding, we had to change our schedule and booked this hotel unexpectedly. But my stay at The Chiang Mai Old Town hotel was fantastic! I was relocated to this hotel due to flooding at my previous one, and the experience was fantastic. The staff provided excellent service—polite, kind, efficient, and very accommodating. Excellent location right beside One Nimman, and diagonally opposite Maya Shopping Mall. Welcome drink from room's bar fridge, one drink per person per day, choose from green tea, local beer, cola, etc. Room's are very clean, not old. Good hotel and easy car access. Average price but near many great spots in chiangmai. Cleanliness also.
Super. My room is big. Lots of parking spaces. All staffs are helpful. Breakfast is great, having many choices. The only con is its' location that is out of town but easy to go to the airport, though.
Wintree is a very cosy nook. Beautiful hospitality. Food is very good. Reception personnel really receive guests. So far the tariff goes it's a good choice.

Selected this lovely hotel based on my feelings from their advertised images and descriptions - and the experience did not disappoint. My room was spacious and nicely appointed. Quiet little village in a small alley, the center of the old town. The village has very beautiful Lanna architecture, lots of corners to relax and take photos. Room is clean and spacious. In the everage the hotel is good. It is well located, service is very helpful, rooms are spacious. I like the style of the hotel. But there are some cons: breakfast is very poor 3/5. Every morning at 6 AM staff started do some maintenance and you here everything. The hotel is quite old so there is no soundproof at all. You hear everything around.
A smaller boutique type hotel with a very courteous and efficient staff. Excellent bar service and restaurant close to temples and other attractions. Definitely my new go to hotel when staying in Chiang Mai
The accomadation was great and very clean. I can't say a lot about the restaurant as the service was poor and considering we only ordered basic meals from the menu it took around 45 min for one meal to arrive and another 20 min for my wife's meal. Recommend the rooms not the restaurant.

It's such a tragedy that this place has closed. Once a very amazing five star resort. Every time I come here it's astonishing even when it's closed.
A beautiful resort with large area. The compound of the resort itself is enough for a day visit. near by to airport.
The most luxurious cafe and restaurant in town. Various macarons are superb. I and my friends really like them. Cakes and sweets are also great along with coffees and smoothies. Good atmosphere indeed. Actually there are two places in the area, one for All-You-Can-Eat and another for Ala-Carte. Nearby is a hotel, really nice to be there during sunset. So much beautiful.

The hotel room and environment were great. We loved that they use 2 queen beds for twin room (suit for family with little kids like us). A beautiful hotel which is calming and proud of its Thai culture. Stunning flower and art displays are thoughtfully positioned throughout the hotel. Delicious food and drinks. Good location, great service/people, clean, free bikes, included breakfast and tea time snacks. Not too good: smell in the bathroom, tiny sink not easy to use, pigeons in the pool area, small high windows in room
Very charming hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Location is great, central but very quiet. Free snacks and drinks replenished daily. My only complaints would be that there was no elevator (my room was up 3 flights of stairs), having to take shoes off before entering, and there was a window above the bed which would shine light directly into my eyes in the morning, even with the curtains closed
What is good: - the location - the friendly staff - free water and snacks What is not good: - horrible equipment in the room, very small windows, sink is A4 paper size, you can't fit in the toilet or the shower if you're taller than 1m70, no hot water, light switch in all the wrong places, bad pillows, AC stops when you leave the room - weird strong and sweet smell in the room - they write down your...
Great location, people were really nice and helpful, I had a great time. The bathroom had a weird smell but nothing crazy. Thank you for everything ! Amazing experience and close to everything ❤️
I loved this hotel, it has such a relaxing atmosphere, beautiful rooms, and friendly staff. It is very small but has a gym and a pool, and free snacks and water. The cleaning was excellent too. I asked the front desk to organise a driver for visiting temples at a short notice and they arranged it perfectly.
Permanent bad smell in the bathroom due to the drain of the building. Most stupid sink of all time in the bathroom. Small faucet not easy to use. Pressure is weak for shower. Little bit hot water. Mosquitos in the room. Pillow are extremely hard. Only Positif point: Staffs at the reception are very friendly and helpful.

There's very little to complain about this hotel. I would definitely stay here again. I loved the great location, cute and cozy room, a comfortable bed, close to everything, friendly staffs. Areas of improvements: The breakfast is very basic, and the hot water sometimes doesn't work well in the afternoon (needed to wait for several minutes). The gym was very basic (dumbbells and running machines
We stayed in the connecting family room and Art Mai was just a great place to stay with 2 children (1 and almost 4 year old). Initially the baby cot was not yet in the room, but this was quickly solved. Large bedrooms (even separately) and comfortable bathrooms. Swimming pool was nice, small gym. The staff were absolutely the best. Proactive and helpful.
The hotel is excellent: service, conservation, smell, room, everything impeccable. The location is great if you expect to stay in a more modern area of Chaing Mai, with lots of bars and restaurants. I just don't give 5 stars here because the bathroom had a small problem of water running out of the shower stall that made the bathroom very wet.
Reminds me of citizen m hotels. Great location, this hotel is all about being in the new town for a reasonable price. Didn’t use the rooftop pool, in my opinion looks a lot better in the photos. It’s very small, but I didn’t come for that so not disappointed
The place looks super designed and beautiful. As a guest you notice that the towels are not so soft ... Turn of use... The pool was under renovation but they assured us there is another pool to use for free in a next by hotel. Bottom line pretty for Instagram but there are less photogenic hotels with more value
Small room, but decorate with drawing pictures by owner and artist. Breakfast's good quality and waitress's Thai and Chinese people.

what we felt a bit strange about, was first, that we spent the night before in a hotel for half the price, but had a much bigger room, much more amenities in the room (tooth brush -and paste, etc.). our deluxe pool acces room also didnt deserve it's name. yes there was access to the pool, but only via steep slippery staircase, without any handrail. really dangerous for not so young people. addiotionally...
