My wife and I loved our stay here! The staff is seriously phenomenal. Right when you arrive, they make you feel welcomed and continued to be such lovely people throughout our stay. We had dinner at this Chinese restaurant called Han The at the Marriott. It was an awesome experience! The food was made with care and looked amazing. It's a star hotel with spacious bedrooms in tourism area in Chiang Mai. I stayed here for a week. Pretty surprised to see the spacious bedroom with a bath tub, a pantry, a washing machine. The swimming pool has a sauna and a whirl pool.

Firstly, let's talk about the bottom line. This hotel is ideal for families with children who want to stay in a clean and tidy room with a good breakfast and go on day trips during their stay in Chiang Mai. We went for the 2024 Chiang Mai Songkran. It's perfectly located for the festival. Parties are at the Maya Mall along with by Eastin hotel. Convenient if you want to join in on the Songkran fun! We stayed in the connecting family room and Art Mai was just a great place to stay with 2 children (1 and almost 4 year old). Great beautiful hotel but a few things kept it from a five star experience. The room shower water pressure is weak in the room no.16 we stayed in. The shower room tile feels cheap and drain is uncomfortably loud. Staff are great and try their best to accommodate. Convenient location to explore the city. Breakfast tastes bland and choices are lacking.

Right next door to Cheevadee and it is beautiful. We were accommodated with no reservation on Valentine’s Day for dinner!! The scene was amazing. Had my fiancé not proposed the week before pretty sure this would have been the spot. Candle light, string ensemble playing in the background, food was really delicious with a special treat at the end. Overall just awesome!

In the everage the hotel is good. It is well located, service is very helpful, rooms are spacious. I like the style of the hotel. But there are some cons: breakfast is very poor 3/5. Every morning at 6 AM staff started do some maintenance and you here everything. The hotel is quite old so there is no soundproof at all. You hear everything around.

The accomadation was great and very clean. I can't say a lot about the restaurant as the service was poor and considering we only ordered basic meals from the menu it took around 45 min for one meal to arrive and another 20 min for my wife's meal. Recommend the rooms not the restaurant.

I choose to stay here 4 times in the past 3 months. Very good and quiet location for resting. Service is good. Bed and pillows are very comfortable. Recommend the hotel to sell pillows in there sourvenior shop. One small disturbing thing for me is the scent of soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion. The scent are too floral sweet.
