We loved this hotel! From the moment we were picked up at the airport and met Ton we were treated like royalty. Our room was upgraded to a high floor with the Mountain View. We were celebrating our engagement and the staff went above and beyond decorating the room. I’d go back to Chiang Mai just to stay at this hotel and hang with Ton.

We've been here 7x to eat at their different restaurants.. All excellent.. service, food, drinks & staff are very personable. A quite cool atmosphere to relax. We live in Chaing Mai so we didn't stay in the hotel but all Marriott's around the world is our Go-To place.

It's a star hotel with spacious bedrooms in tourism area in Chiang Mai. I stayed here for a week. Pretty surprised to see the spacious bedroom with a bath tub, a pantry, a washing machine. The swimming pool has a sauna and a whirl pool.

Firstly, let's talk about the bottom line. This hotel is ideal for families with children who want to stay in a clean and tidy room with a good breakfast and go on day trips during their stay in Chiang Mai. It's important to provide a proper space for cleaning staff to rest. Seeing them sitting in a cramped cleaning room was disheartening. They have the right to a fair and decent space to rest. Stayed here for 15 nights. Superb service given by the entire staff and they were so friendly. The rooms were quite comfortable. If you want to cook yourself, each and every room provides the necessary items for cooking. Wifi is super fast but sometimes it's lagging. Variety of foods items there for the meals.

Dirty swimming pool, we got a room with access to pool right outside the room but the water is so dirty you don’t want to attempt trying to go in. Lots of construction, start from 9am in the morning so u can’t really enjoy the villa at all. Very noisy shower head too, hot water not hot. I would not recommend this hotel.

It’s a hotel that take 25 minutes from city centre, it’s good for you if you wish to just stay inside the hotel and enjoy the forest view. Recommended for Traveller who is not commute to anywhere.

Great beautiful hotel but a few things kept it from a five star experience. The room shower water pressure is weak in the room no.16 we stayed in. The shower room tile feels cheap and drain is uncomfortably loud. Staff are great and try their best to accommodate. Convenient location to explore the city. Breakfast tastes bland and choices are lacking.

Right next door to Cheevadee and it is beautiful. We were accommodated with no reservation on Valentine’s Day for dinner!! The scene was amazing. We stayed in the connecting family room and Art Mai was just a great place to stay with 2 children (1 and almost 4 year old). Initially the baby cot was not yet in the room, but this was quickly solved. Large bedrooms (even separately) and comfortable bathrooms. Swimming pool was nice, small gym.
