Little outside the main city but also away from noise. Beautiful hotel, we even got a free upgrade. Pool is little small but still doable for a quick swim. Shuttle service to night bazaar is a great gesture

The swimming pool is okay, but I have been to better pools at other hotels. They do have a bar at the pool and you can order drinks and some finger foods

Friendly and very helpful lady at IHG check-in, complimentary upgrade, impressive lobby area, huge clean suite with nice view, very comfortable bed, big bathroom with strong water pressure, good breakfast and dinner buffet

A very nice hotel with great staff. Everyone was do friendly and always said good morning or afternoon. The rooms are nice and a nice lounge / bar of the side of the lobby

The hotel is not that far from the airport and a cheap taxi fare to the d part of the city. Would definitely stay at this hotel again if I was back in Chiang Mai

Very few electric points in the room and none around the bed to charge your mobile. Buffet breakfast spread is limited and just about makes the mark. Very courteous staff and always willing to help

However, Saturday was heaving, staff seemed to struggle with the numbers, we had to wait in a queue and our coffee and drinks order took 20mins to arrive, by that time we had eaten and ready to go

It's a star hotel with spacious bedrooms in tourism area in Chiang Mai. Pretty surprised to see the spacious bedroom with a bath tub, a pantry, a washing machine. The swimming pool has a sauna and a whirl pool

It's important to provide a proper space for cleaning staff to rest. Seeing them sitting in a cramped cleaning room was disheartening. They have the right to a fair and decent space to rest

Very well located with lots of night markets and food choices within walking distance. Do bring your own toiletries though as the hotel’s provision of these were lacking. Great value for the price overall.

Cheap and clean room. And this hotel has morning bufe that a lot of Asian foods! We can choose no spicy someones or spicy other ones. But it's better you can speak Thai little.

If you want to be in the nimman area, this hotel is for you, rooms are clean, staff are accommodating, short walk like 5 mins to maya mall, nimman one restaurants and shops, breakfast was ok, no need to add to your booking since there are a lot of places to eat nearby

We got a superior room with two bed. The bed is so huge that two person can sleep in one bed. Closed to all the shopping centers. Yes , building is a bit old but price is worth

Stayed in Kasara Garden Suite for 3 nights during high season. Felt a little lack of privacy because of the characteristics of garden view rooms which surround the one same garden in the center

Hope there are more options for desserts and Thai food. Also you should make a call for room service. Staffs and their services are on top! More than I expected based on experiences from other 5 stars hotels

One of the best breakfast buffet in Thailand. Good size gym with well stocked workout equipment, pool, kids pool and play area, rooftop bar and overall great amenities. You all are doing good, keep it up

This could include any cup noodle or a good granola bar for guests especially the ones arriving late at night and just want a bite. You can still charge for extra amenities like the beer or other snack

5 star hotels like Maladee did good for me and many others like the Taj in India do a phenomenal job at welcoming guests. A few complimentary snacks, tea and coffee would be great in the room

The main rooftop was closed during my visit, hope to experience it during my next trip. Areas of improvement: Could work on greeting guests upon arrival

Good location just located beside One Ninman and Maya Mall but 5-7mins walked to the nearest 711 However the hotel soundproofing soso especially you are facing One Ninman which liveband everyday until 2am but if you facing main road the noisy level only for bike which no issue for me and hotel located nearby airport so will keep heard of airplane sound

I was given upgrade to Premium King suite. It was excellent room; spacious and elegantly furnished. Room is also clean and well maintained every day. Breakfast spread/variety is good

However, I find their shower is not so enjoyable, pressure is good, but water temperature is not easily control, the provided shower and hair gel is only acceptable, no hair dryer, Good lightning up of the room when needed, but air-conditioning cannot be control except fan, you may find it super cold at times especially if you are at the air throw (for my room, the writing desk)

Close to the airport, but still quite quiet. There is also a swimming pool. There is a buffet for breakfast at 100 baht per person. There is also an elevator so you don't have to carry your bags upstairs.

I stayed at Nimseeseng Hotel for 20 days. I chose this hotel because they have a swimming pool and it was close to the airport and the thai massage school I enrolled to

The accommodation is comfortable, close to the city, very suitable for relaxation. There are 2 pillows in the room. There is also a pool and sauna.

The bathroom is not very good, not well maintained. The pool schedule opens late and closes early, so we can't use it in the morning. Often, there are classes, so we can't use the pool

Let's just say it's not for hotel customers and we don't need to include the pool issue when booking. But because the room is not expensive and it's okay to stay

But all the amenities are complete in front of the hotel. Hair salon, 7-11, coffee shop, massage shop, restaurant. You can walk to Tha Phae Gate and Night Plaza Market comfortably, not far away

If you compare everything with the price, it is considered reasonable

In Shower its impossible to adjust temp, either cold or very warm. Pool need new filtration system, milky waters. I will probably use it another time

Great location, it was right next to Maya Mall, across the street from One Nimman, within walking distance to many cafes and 7elevens. Service is amazing, staff were very polite and very efficient

The hotel, lobby, and my room were all very clean, and cleaned well daily. No complains at all! The TV is a smart TV, can use Netflix, Disney+, Youtube and a few other apps
