The service is excellent, and the food is wonderful! The hotel itself is beautiful with every amenity! But the best part of this hotel is the staff! They are extremely professional, thoughtful, and kind! They want their guests to feel welcomed and cared for! I would recommend this hotel to everyone!

Originally, we had planned to visit Chiang Dao, but due to road flooding, we had to change our schedule and booked this hotel unexpectedly

24 hours gym and 12 hours pool which made you want to stay in hotel when weather is super hot or not that stable. Staffs were so friendly and helpful

The location is perfect, with restaurants, convenience stores, dentists, and suit tailors all within easy walking distance. The restaurant and food here were also exceptional. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable

But my stay at The Chiang Mai Old Town hotel was fantastic! The team was extremely helpful and attentive to my extra requests, making sure everything was taken care of promptly

The hotel is a big property and certainly the highlight is the slide at the pool. The pool has a splash zone for kids less than 2 years which can keep them engaged for very long

The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is great and not expensive. The spa service is very enjoyable. The gym room has very comprehensive facilities. It is a very good resort hotel in Chiang Mai

The hotel also has kid zone with swings and small open playarea. We enjoyed a game of table tennis near the gym. Absolutely recommend this hotel for elderly, kids and vegetarians. Thank you for the hospitality

The power points in the room are at odd spots, difficult to reach. Some renovation work was going on one floor above my room. I was not told about it before my arrival

Quite an old fashioned hotel and looks a bit tired in places. Don't let that put you off though it's full of old fashioned fancy hotel charm. The lobby makes you think of the hotel from The Shining

Old hotel that has seen grand days in the past. The rooms were clean, big and well maintained. Two complimentary bottles of water every day. The food is simple and just okay. Loved the open view from the elevator

15 minutes walk to Nimman area, or another direction into the old town, very convenient ! absolutely good value for money. during the covid-19 off season, this huge property is literally empty

A little out of downtown so you get peace and quiet when wanted but close enough to still easily experience Chiang Mai life. Definitely would recommend to all

The main advantage of this hotel is that it's close to the railway station. If you have an early-morning train (like I did), it's practical because it's even walkable

As to the facilities, the swimming pool looks way better in the pictures than it actually is: it's very small and unappealing

In the room I especially liked the bathroom: it was so spacious! There was also a separation between the shower area and the rest of the bathroom (which is rare in Asia). The table was super small and it fidgeted

We a family of three adults stayed in Noble Place for three nights. The room was spacious and excellent WIFI connection in the room. Breakfast was more of Thai variety but bread, jam and butter was there for us

Decent budget hotel, room not quite clean there a lot of hairs in the room and bathroom, stained on the sheet. Mattress so hard but soft pillow. Free 3 bottles of water and coffee. Good location near the airport and mall

The bathrooms inside of the rooms are questionable are clean for the most part however they are dimly lit. I have stayed here about 5-6 times and they are ALWAYS NICE and KIND. I would certainly recommend this place

The price is cheap for a standard room, but you will get what you pay for. Not dirty, but not super clean. The room was large, but basically empty. There were two padded chairs and a low table, but no desk for working

Comfortable, surprisingly big, room. The furniture a bit 'well worn' but served its purpose. Friendly, helpful staff. A good position for getting to both the old town and Nimman - and for exploring Santitham.

They have more traditional (cheap) rooms on the 2nd floor, and nicer above. Amazing that at their low price it has a nice pool and a basic gym

Awesome hotel with super friendly staff. Nice little pool, perfect for a dip. We had the room right next to the pool. The bed is super comfortable, the shower is very spacious. Highly recommend 👍🏻

Good hotel for spending few days in Chiang Mai. Rooms are clean and comfortable, however due to only small window the interior feels a bit dark. Pool is small, but offers great way to cool down after hot days

Location of the hotel is in walking proximity from main temples, sights and restaurants. Recommended to stay for weekend and enjoy the Sunday market in Chiang Mai which is just 2 blocks away from the hotel!

That room has water tanks on its balcony basically. I asked to change room at they accommodated me straight away. I could still hear the tanks going but not so badly. Only three chairs available and one was broken

Pros: great and helpful staff who are always at your service! The hotel is in a convenient location in the old city square of Chiang Mai. Beds and pillows are very comfortable and spacious

This hotel is very good for families, and those who rent cars. I came with my family of 5 pax and we booked the family + friends room (fitting 6 pax). Hospitality of the staff working there was so commendable

They always try their very best to speak English and are always kind and welcoming. However, my time in We Briza had to be cut short due to the floods

You may not have breakfast, but you will have free toast, coffee, hot chocolate & tea in the morning. There's also an indoor swimming pool, too

Unfortunately, global warming was not too kind 😬 even so, the workers were steadfast in preparing rescue for us and evacuating us as best as they can. If you're in Chiang Mai with your family, please give them a try

Will definitely give them a chance again if we come back to Chiang Mai and when the weather in Northern Thailand clears up

Parking is ample, though if you come back late, you may have trouble finding parking. I wish this hotel all the best

Pool unfortunately couldn't use it as it was dirty first day and rest of days sun was shinning on the other side of hotel. Staff absolutely amazing, tried to help us with any enquiries although their english very poor

Good WiFi, clean rooms, and the bestmotorbike rental place in town located in the parking lot. Rates are super reasonable as well, if you don't want to bein tourist central I'd definitely suggest this place.

Nice rooms, a little pricey for what they are but good that they allow monthly rentals. Staff were helpful and friendly but didn’t speak much English

On the downside the room wasn’t clean at all and there were lots of ants as well as some spiders and a cockroach!

Not a bad place to stay at but there are definitely better options around the neighborhood and cheaper too. I must have to say the breakfast was pretty good. It was a hot breakfast with a good variety of food.

Communication through Facebook was great, we were greeted with a drink in hand and the management even went as far as surprising my husband and I with an anniversary cake and a birthday cake and gift for our son! This is an extremely family friendly resort as they have a high chair for dining, kids pool, built in gates at the top of duplex room stairs and a big play area for kids

I loved the resort .. quite , enough space with beautiful nature.. swimming pool and tennis lawn adds wow… i enjoyed spending time there.. from nepal

My first stay was only supposed to be one month and before it was over, I signed up for a second month. Nothing short of a great place to stay. The entire staff is so friendly and welcoming and helpful

We have everything to have a good time. We love the quiet and lush environment. Some people complain about the remote location, but we love the quiet and lush environment and friendly, local people

We stayed at the Imperial without car or scooter, we often used Grab and it worked just fine and never had to wait a long time before finding a Grab driver (from and to Chiang Mai city vice versa)

Cozy and comfort. Although a little bit old but amenities are well-offered. Gyms, Pools, Bars. Nice staffs and bell services. Right next to Central Kad Suan Kaew and right across 12 Huay Kaew

I came to JM because of the reviews, and I agree with them. Terrific massage, great service, and experienced therapists, especially the masseurs.

Really beautiful but kind of old hotel. I still felt exquisite staying here despite the paint peeling from many surfaces. It kind of gave it a certain charm. The Wi-Fi is spotty but does get the job done in a pinch

I shouldn't be worrying about watching TV on holiday, but at the end of the night sometimes that's what makes it feel a little bit like home. All in all , isn't a bad place to start in Chiang Mai

Little outside the main city but also away from noise. Beautiful hotel, we even got a free upgrade. Pool is little small but still doable for a quick swim. Shuttle service to night bazaar is a great gesture

The swimming pool is okay, but I have been to better pools at other hotels. They do have a bar at the pool and you can order drinks and some finger foods

The hotel is not that far from the airport and a cheap taxi fare to the d part of the city. Would definitely stay at this hotel again if I was back in Chiang Mai

Very few electric points in the room and none around the bed to charge your mobile. Buffet breakfast spread is limited and just about makes the mark. Very courteous staff and always willing to help

It was a hotel with an elevator and a swimming pool. The pool was small, but there were few people using it, so it was comfortable. The hotel bed was clean and comfortable

We had a comfortable stay here, nice beds and linen which made for a good night’s sleep. Location is great! Right in the middle and close to whatever you may need. The Sunday walking market is just down the road as well

Yes, there is a school in front but remember that where you are staying, a local community exists. I personally found it sweet to see the happy little kids outside when school finishes
