Chiang Mai, 184 Ratchamanka Road, Phra Singh, Muang Chiang Mai 🧭 Map
I was relocated to this hotel due to flooding at my previous one, and the experience was fantastic. The staff provided excellent service—polite, kind, efficient, and very accommodating
The location is perfect, with restaurants, convenience stores, dentists, and suit tailors all within easy walking distance. The restaurant and food here were also exceptional. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable
I did feel / be treated like a VIP, thanks to their super high standard of service. Wide choice of breakfast and great bar which were also big ticks of the whole experience
A great surprise and enjoymemt with this 5 stars hotel inside the flourish Old Town area in Chiang Mai. Room was great, sufficient amenities and great facilities
The checking in lobby was so well managed and friendly to people who are waiting for rooms, transportation or even got relax and having drinks, snacks there
24 hours gym and 12 hours pool which made you want to stay in hotel when weather is super hot or not that stable. Staffs were so friendly and helpful

Great large rooms , Need clean air condition filters , then will be ok, hotel have more than 30 years, was a great experience, large swimming pool,, Hope they turn on sauna again , since covid 19 is off ,, as many places in thailand ,,
Quite an old fashioned hotel and looks a bit tired in places. Don't let that put you off though it's full of old fashioned fancy hotel charm. The lobby makes you think of the hotel from The Shining
Big rooms with excellent showers and a big bath tub. Huge swimming pool and a decent buffet breakfast. Great location if you like bars and restaurants
Old hotel that has seen grand days in the past. The rooms were clean, big and well maintained. Two complimentary bottles of water every day. The food is simple and just okay. Loved the open view from the elevator
15 minutes walk to Nimman area, or another direction into the old town, very convenient ! absolutely good value for money. during the covid-19 off season, this huge property is literally empty
our team hotel every time we are in Chiangmai. very standard, nothing surprise, staff are friendly, rooms are relatively big (compared to others in the same tier), just a bit dated

The price is cheap for a standard room, but you will get what you pay for. Not dirty, but not super clean. The room was large, but basically empty. There were two padded chairs and a low table, but no desk for working
Comfortable, surprisingly big, room. The furniture a bit 'well worn' but served its purpose. Friendly, helpful staff. A good position for getting to both the old town and Nimman - and for exploring Santitham.
We recently stayed here for a month. The staff are brilliant, so so helpful and kind. Accommodation is very good value
If you're looking for quiet accommodation just outside of the old town, this could be a great option for you
BATHTUB. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The rooms are spacious. I live here, happily.
Amazing apartment and close to shopping

Friendly, smiling staff, who were always polite and professional. 5 star standard for a 3 star price! Thank you all for looking after me so well. I will most definitely stay with you again! JM
Extended stay as it was such a comfortable, calm, great value hotel. Very clean and any request accommodated. Nice pool and pool area, good for chilling in the evenings
Good place, with good prices. Prepare for a sudden turn off, if you go by car. Restaurant has great food, and are priced good.
Nice hotel. A pool area you actually can sunbathe at. Great service. Allways met with a smile at the restaurant.
Clean hotel. Restaurant on site. Front desk very helpful with booking all excursions. Pool on site.
Excellent quiet location, good clean rooms, tremendous value for money

Location of the hotel is in walking proximity from main temples, sights and restaurants. Recommended to stay for weekend and enjoy the Sunday market in Chiang Mai which is just 2 blocks away from the hotel!
Awesome hotel with super friendly staff. Nice little pool, perfect for a dip. We had the room right next to the pool. The bed is super comfortable, the shower is very spacious. Highly recommend 👍🏻
Good hotel for spending few days in Chiang Mai. Rooms are clean and comfortable, however due to only small window the interior feels a bit dark. Pool is small, but offers great way to cool down after hot days
That room has water tanks on its balcony basically. I asked to change room at they accommodated me straight away. I could still hear the tanks going but not so badly. Only three chairs available and one was broken
Pros: great and helpful staff who are always at your service! The hotel is in a convenient location in the old city square of Chiang Mai. Beds and pillows are very comfortable and spacious
I didn't notice anything when I got in as I was also a bit tired. But the next morning at 6am I started hearing a very loud noise. I thought the street outside was being cleaned

Chiang Mai, 3/3 Wangsingkam Rd., Changmoi, Muang 🧭 Map
This hotel is very good for families, and those who rent cars. I came with my family of 5 pax and we booked the family + friends room (fitting 6 pax). Hospitality of the staff working there was so commendable
They always try their very best to speak English and are always kind and welcoming. However, my time in We Briza had to be cut short due to the floods
Unfortunately, global warming was not too kind 😬 even so, the workers were steadfast in preparing rescue for us and evacuating us as best as they can. If you're in Chiang Mai with your family, please give them a try
You may not have breakfast, but you will have free toast, coffee, hot chocolate & tea in the morning. There's also an indoor swimming pool, too
Will definitely give them a chance again if we come back to Chiang Mai and when the weather in Northern Thailand clears up
Parking is ample, though if you come back late, you may have trouble finding parking. I wish this hotel all the best

Cozy and comfort. Although a little bit old but amenities are well-offered. Gyms, Pools, Bars. Nice staffs and bell services. Right next to Central Kad Suan Kaew and right across 12 Huay Kaew
I came to JM because of the reviews, and I agree with them. Terrific massage, great service, and experienced therapists, especially the masseurs.
Really beautiful but kind of old hotel. I still felt exquisite staying here despite the paint peeling from many surfaces. It kind of gave it a certain charm. The Wi-Fi is spotty but does get the job done in a pinch
All works the gym the escalators and swimming Pool is good the staff are friendly and if you have a room on the top floor you get a great balcony and suite 👍👍👍great price I 💭 but it won’t be for everyone that’s for sure
I love this place I could imagine when it was built in the 80s. It was a fine five star hotel. Nothing has been done to the rooms of the hotel could say it needs renovation the beds and room are always clean
Stayed for a week The room service was great Rooms were so comfy and services were on time Manager was so friendly and all the other staff were so humble and friendly The food were so good

I really liked the view and the sky outside the window. We liked the clean breakfast buffet. Overall, the hotel was quiet and comfortable
We had a comfortable stay here, nice beds and linen which made for a good night’s sleep. Location is great! Right in the middle and close to whatever you may need. The Sunday walking market is just down the road as well
Wow! This property blew me away. A charming hotel in old town Chiang Mai. While the small street could be busy at times, also with some street work going on, once you step in the doors it's like an oasis of calm
The one thing that makes staying here interesting is the middle school across the street. I'm an early riser, so the 7:30 singing by the children is not an issue and actually quite pleasant to hear
The staff were all friendly and helpful. At the first level they have a very good quaint coffee shop. The rooms are the right size, very clean, and furnishings modern comfortable
You may enjoy modern conveniences Japanese-style restrooms, superior air conditioning, and fast WiFi. But there is a small pool and restricted breakfast choices might be ignored

Beautiful hotel, nice and quiet. Overall had a great atmosphere and attention to detail all around. Not a large hotel, but has some garden areas, loft and balcony area for reading or relaxing
Had a lovely 5-night stay at Makka. Check-in and overall hospitality were wonderful. Clean and comfortable rooms located in the heart of the Old City were perfect for our stay in Chiang Mai
The location allowed us to easily walk anywhere within or nearby the Old City or to readily order a car or other transport to places further afield
We stayed at the Makka Hotel for 4 nights in March 2024. The hotel is centrally located to all attractions in Chiang Mai. Many temples are in walking distance as well as the Sunday night market is just steps away
Communal areas are wonderful including relaxing library and the breakfast is served in the courtyard area. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Ground floor rooms are beautifully simple although on the small side
Everything is perfect from location, the staffs to the hotel design itself. The place delivers a peaceful vibe where every wall was written with meditational quotes. The whole hotel structure is made by wood

We stayed in the connecting family room and Art Mai was just a great place to stay with 2 children (1 and almost 4 year old). Initially the baby cot was not yet in the room, but this was quickly solved
The Art Mai Gallery Hotel is a great choice, clean rooms great staff and the Jared restaurant has premium Thai food and a great collection of wine! yes wine!! Breakfast is superior, try the cappuccino
There's very little to complain about this hotel. I would definitely stay here again. I loved the great location, cute and cozy room, a comfortable bed, close to everything, friendly staffs
Great, clean hotel, friendly staff. Be sure to check out the area immediately around the hotel. The hotel is located in a cool trendy part of town. Getting into old town was pretty easy using - usually about 60 bhat.
Areas of improvements: The breakfast is very basic, and the hot water sometimes doesn't work well in the afternoon (needed to wait for several minutes). The gym was very basic (dumbbells and running machines)
Reminds me of citizen m hotels. Great location, this hotel is all about being in the new town for a reasonable price. Didn’t use the rooftop pool, in my opinion looks a lot better in the photos

Pool is nice, but filled with local members as well. During Covid and with a discounted price, for sure worth it. Not sure if I’d pay full price for this place or not
Like a goast-hotel, nearly empty because of no tourist due to covid-19, normally fully packed with Chinese. Hotel needs some maintaining too old inside.
After 30 minutes on the phone and trying to figure out who was to blame, the hotel finally made it right. It has some nice amenities but the jacuzzi/ hot tub needs desperate upkeep
The pool is amazing though and they have a very good gym, it's got its own membership so is quite busy with non hotel guests throughout the day
Our biggest issue was with our reservation, they seem (admittedly) to have issues between themselves and third party booking websites
Hotel is pretty good and although some areas are dated, it looked like they were making improvements. Rooms were clean and well kept

Then, the other guests return to their rooms and insist on standing in the corridors to have lengthy and loud conversations - honestly, I have never experienced this at any other hotel we have stayed at
The room was very shabby, although very clean, and the 'view' was of the next door building's rooftop! Only 2 sachets of coffee and 2 sachets of coffee mate were provided
The best thing about Dusit Princess is the location and the main reason I stay here again. The hotel itself is a bit old but the staff is friendly and helpful
No explanation about where breakfast is served or at what time - we had to go hunting for the restaurant which turned out to be on the 1st floor
The rooms are average, nothing special and the bathroom quite small. Buffet breakfast is good though. Overall I would say a good 3 stars hotel
There's a good choice of breakfast and all the staff are lovely and incredibly helpful and these are the reasons I went as high as 3 stars

A wonderful hotel in a great location. Can get to most of the main attractions in Chiang Mai in about 10 minutes by scooter. One of our favourites of all the places we stayed during a month in Thailand
Staff friendly, breakfast not bad, clean, there are washing machines (one load 30baht), and the pool! Plus it's calm and beautifully decorated, staff speak good English and are very helpful in every situation
The location is great as it is in the walled city with food, drinks, and shops right around it, and it is also close to the night market outside the walled city. Overall a great stay for a great value
There are variety of yummy foods and drinks to choose from. You can even ask staff for additional orders. Our rooms is in front of the swimming floor and my two daughters really love it
We spend a day here to enjoy the Songkran festival around the area. I like the authentic vibe of the room's interior design. The staff are pleasant, approachable and accommodating
It is a lovely hotel where the staff are so very helpful and friendly. Breakfast in the Somwang restaurant is a great experience and offers both cooked food and a buffet.

A smaller boutique type hotel with a very courteous and efficient staff. Excellent bar service and restaurant close to temples and other attractions. Definitely my new go to hotel when staying in Chiang Mai
Superb in every respect I almost never post reviews, but this hotel is an exception. The service was flawless the rooms were spacious, beautifully furnished with small thoughtful touches that exude excellent hospitality
The courtyard is a pleasant place to enjoy their generous breakfast. I can't say enough good things about this gem
I can't say a lot about the restaurant as the service was poor and considering we only ordered basic meals from the menu it took around 45 min for one meal to arrive and another 20 min for my wife's meal
I choose to stay here 4 times in the past 3 months. Very good and quiet location for resting. Bed and pillows are very comfortable. Recommend the hotel to sell pillows in there sourvenior shop
In the everage the hotel is good. It is well located, service is very helpful, rooms are spacious. I like the style of the hotel. But there are some cons: breakfast is very poor 3/5

It was quiet when we visited because it was in March (COVID was making a huge impact on tourism) so I’m not sure how much that affected our experience per a “normal” experience at this hotel but I’d like to believe this is standard service and cleanliness for them
I believe that this property is up and coming in Chiang Mai. It is certainly one of the nicer hotels. I appreciated the use of the Fitness Thailand gym, which is just next store in the tower
My friend and I LOVED our stay here. This is my favorite hotel experience by far! The employees were very attentive and helpful
We were provided with a map and other information that made our experience in Chiang Mai so much more pleasant. We were able to walk to plenty of food, shopping, and activities
The experience was top notch, and I’m certain that any small issues with this property will be overcome by the property manager’s both immediate and in the future
And I thank Katie Ng for her assistance during my stay. I will return to Icon Park for future stays in Chiang Mai

I love pancakes and oats, it was quite yummy. If you a are looking for wholesome, large breakfast, you might not be satisfied. But all in all, I think it is good and quite a light and sufficient meal to start the day
Review from non- vegan person! The place is nice, clean and elelgant. a bed! Ta dam) soft and comfy it gonna bring you to the world of sweet dreams. take your soulmate and stay there for a night, you gonna like it😉
I love the hotel ambience and decoration, it wasn’t so big but everything is provided. Room has very nice, antique but modern vibes to it. All in all, a very good place with affordable price per stay
Good location, easy access to anywhere, just 5-min walk to Thapae gate and Changmoi street. Thing that I love the most is the exceptional service from staffs. I would go back again without a doubt
Great location and great room compared to room rates. Nice and friendly staff. Great vegetarian breakfast!
