Chiang Mai, 184 Ratchamanka Road, Phra Singh, Muang Chiang Mai 🧭 Map
Originally, we had planned to visit Chiang Dao, but due to road flooding, we had to change our schedule and booked this hotel unexpectedly. But my stay at The Chiang Mai Old Town hotel was fantastic! The team was extremely helpful and attentive to my extra requests, making sure everything was taken care of promptly. Special thanks to Bam, Mind, and Namfon for their excellent service—they were friendly...
I was relocated to this hotel due to flooding at my previous one, and the experience was fantastic. The staff provided excellent service—polite, kind, efficient, and very accommodating. My room was immaculate, and even when I missed the usual cleaning hours, room service was prompt and attentive. The location is perfect, with restaurants, convenience stores, dentists, and suit tailors all within easy...
A great surprise and enjoymemt with this 5 stars hotel inside the flourish Old Town area in Chiang Mai. Room was great, sufficient amenities and great facilities. The checking in lobby was so well managed and friendly to people who are waiting for rooms, transportation or even got relax and having drinks, snacks there. What a thoughtful facility. 24 hours gym and 12 hours pool which made you want to...
If you can get a deal, it’s a great option. It’s a quieter area located in the south west corner of old town. If you’re up for it- it’s a 25 minute walk to the east gate and the night bazaar. Grounds are beautiful. The young hotel staff is very attentive/helpful. Partner and I stayed 3 nights and didn’t experience any noise (dogs) that others have mentioned and the staff even acknowledges in an in...
Worth of my 5 stars. Had a chance to stay here for 4 nights, was very pleasant experience for me. Its located at a very strategic area of old town. 5-10 minutes sunday night market and other markets. Staffs here are amazing. Definitely will stay here again when in Chiang Mai.
My wife and I loved our stay here! The staff is seriously phenomenal. Right when you arrive, they make you feel welcomed and continued to be such lovely people throughout our stay. Our room was really nice and clean. We got the breakfast included and it was really good with a variety of options. The outdoor bar was fantastic and fun and they make amazing coffee!

Great hotel. We really enjoyed our stay. Spotlessly clean. Well located. Wonderful service. We were with a child and an infant and got all sorts of helpful amenities - baby powder, bottle sterilizer, a toilet seat for a child and so forth.
Convenient location, 5-10mins walk to shopping and food. Service is excellent. Requested for a yoga mat in the room, and it's there when I checked in :) Room is spacious, but a little dated. The power points in the room are at odd spots, difficult to reach. Some renovation work was going on one floor above my room. I was not told about it before my arrival.
An absolutely peaceful and relaxed experience at the hotel. The staff is excellent , friendly and made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms are spacious and meticulously clean. The hotel is a big property and certainly the highlight is the slide at the pool . The pool has a splash zone for kids less than 2 years which can keep them engaged for very long. The hotel also has kid zone with swings...
The guest room is big. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is great and not expensive. The spa service is very enjoyable. The gym room has very comprehensive facilities. It is a very good resort hotel in Chiang Mai. Highly recommended!
Amazing hotel in Chiang Mai! The staff goes above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your stay and the room was amazing! We booked the Horizon Premier King room and it was definitely worth it! The view from the room was beautiful! Housekeeping kept the room very clean throughout our stay. The Horizon Lounge was also amazing! We were helped by employee Pat, she helped us book tours and made sure that...
Me and my husband re visit Chi Spa last Friday. We had scalp / back / shoulder / foot for total 90 mins each and I received a deep cleansing facial 60 mins from Therapist, May. The reception lady has pleasant smile, cheerful attitude and I feel so welcome at the Spa. Ms. May, again, with her skilled techniques, soft but right to spot pressure made me so comfortable and relaxed. In addition, I wasn...

Great large rooms , Need clean air condition filters , then will be ok, hotel have more than 30 years, was a great experience, large swimming pool,, Hope they turn on sauna again , since covid 19 is off ,, as many places in thailand ,,
Old hotel that has seen grand days in the past. It still has luster. The rooms were clean, big and well maintained. Two complimentary bottles of water every day. The food is simple and just okay. Staff was very helpful. Loved the open view from the elevator. The walking distance to the entrance of the old town is 12 minutes.
Quite an old fashioned hotel and looks a bit tired in places . Don't let that put you off though it's full of old fashioned fancy hotel charm . The lobby makes you think of the hotel from The Shining. Big rooms with excellent showers and a big bath tub. Huge swimming pool and a decent buffet breakfast. Staff were super friendly . Great location if you like bars and restaurants.
our team hotel every time we are in Chiangmai. very standard, nothing surprise, staff are friendly, rooms are relatively big (compared to others in the same tier), just a bit dated. 15 minutes walk to Nimman area, or another direction into the old town, very convenient ! absolutely good value for money. during the covid-19 off season, this huge property is literally empty. the lobby floor used to have...
great but a bit old
The hotel is old and doesn't seem to have been updated since it first opened. So you can say that the hotel has a lot of the "original charm". The rooms old and needs to be updated but is huge which was nice. The hotels breakfast is mediocre (doesn't look like anything in the pictures) and the wifi is not the most reliable (better than no wifi). I had to keep signing in which was annoying. The staff...

Rooms are nice with reasonable prices. But there is some security issues. When I connect their wifi, show notification about sharing screen.
The main advantage of this hotel is that it's close to the railway station. If you have an early-morning train (like I did), it's practical because it's even walkable. In the room I especially liked the bathroom: it was so spacious! There was also a separation between the shower area and the rest of the bathroom (which is rare in Asia). The bed was comfy. The table was super small and it fidgeted....
Rooms are spacious and the bathroom is very nice. Fridge with a freeze compartment and the tv is next to a plug so you can use your fire stick if you have one. AC worked great. Only issue we had was that the toilet didn’t refill the water, every time we flushed we had to top up the tank with the bidet…
Ok for one night. AC super hard to get it to work...once we got it to work temperature would not go down. Also they ask you for 400 Baht for a key deposit. A bit much if you ask me. Ok budget hotel for one night stay. SUPER CLEAN.
Basic but clean and quiet. The owners are extremely helpful and polite. The atmosphere is like a loving family. There are three very friendly dogs. Love it here. It is close to everything.
A hot shower! That was the most wonderful part after being in this country for a month with only cold showers. The air conditioning also works way better than the other places I've stayed. The staff was lovely & very helpful. I'll be back when I return to this city!

We a family of three adults stayed in Noble Place for three nights. The room was spacious and excellent WIFI connection in the room. Breakfast was more of Thai variety but bread, jam and butter was there for us. Located very near to airport and opposite a large shopping complex. We enjoyed the stay.
Very happy, had a shared room booked and they updgraded me to a private with large bed for no extra cost.
Decent budget hotel, room not quite clean there a lot of hairs in the room and bathroom, stained on the sheet. Mattress so hard but soft pillow. Free 3 bottles of water and coffee. Good location near the airport and mall. Take you 10 mins to Chiangmai's gate by public bus(yellow pick up bus) cost only 20 baht. Breakfast is delicious various Thai foods ,toast, fried eggs, sausages. We stayed for 3...
I enjoyed noble place. The rooms are JUST OK. However, the location is good. It is right in front of the Chiang Mai Night Bazaar which is a major attraction in Chiang Mai. This hotel is also near MANY restaurants...Burger King, McDonalds, The Dukes, local restaurants...etc. The bathrooms inside of the rooms are questionable are clean for the most part however they are dimly lit. The hotel staff is...
Good price, rooms are nice. Clean and nice decor. Good location beside bus stop. 5 minutes to tourist area and airport.
Definitely the type of hotel where you get what you pay for. If you are looking for a reasonably priced place to stay that is close to the airport and across the road from a major shopping centre then this is a good place to stay. Maybe not the place to stay if you want to spend time in the touristy "old town" part of Chiang Mai. Rooms are clean and tidy but nothing startling.

This hotel, like so many in this city, is a few years past its prime. It looks like they are trying to keep it up, with colorful paint and designs, but its old and fading fast. The price is cheap for a standard room, but you will get what you pay for. Not dirty, but not super clean. The room was large, but basically empty. There were two padded chairs and a low table, but no desk for working. No safe...
Comfortable, surprisingly big, room. The furniture a bit 'well worn' but served its purpose. Friendly, helpful staff. A good position for getting to both the old town and Nimman - and for exploring Santitham.
We recently stayed here for a month. The staff are brilliant, so so helpful and kind. Accommodation is very good value. The only 2 downsides were we found the WiFi to not be that great, fine if you've got a hotspot to use. And the beds are very firm, so we bought a mattress topper for ours. If you're looking for quiet accommodation just outside of the old town, this could be a great option for you
BATHTUB. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The rooms are spacious. I live here, happily.
Old but gold. Could be improved a bit...unless that it's a good hotel, clean, good attention and roomservice. If you want more tranquility make sure to take a room to the other side of the main road, from there you have a nice view.
old but clean , near 711 and local food shop

Extended stay as it was such a comfortable, calm, great value hotel. Very clean and any request accommodated. Good WiFi. Nice pool and pool area, good for chilling in the evenings. Friendly, smiling staff, who were always polite and professional. 5 star standard for a 3 star price! Thank you all for looking after me so well. I will most definitely stay with you again! JM
Excellent quiet location, good clean rooms, tremendous value for money
Clean hotel. Restaurant on site. Front desk very helpful with booking all excursions. Pool on site.
Nice hotel. A pool area you actually can sunbathe at. Great service. Allways met with a smile at the restaurant.
Good place, with good prices. Prepare for a sudden turn off, if you go by car. Restaurant has great food, and are priced good.
First stayed here in 2013 and thought I’d try it again - worth it. Very reasonably priced, good breakfast (included with some rooms, 90 baht otherwise). They have more traditional (cheap) rooms on the 2nd floor, and nicer above. All are clean. Amazing that at their low price it has a nice pool and a basic gym.

Awesome hotel with super friendly staff. Nice little pool, perfect for a dip. We had the room right next to the pool. The bed is super comfortable, the shower is very spacious. Highly recommend 👍🏻
Nice little hotel in a fantastic location, within walking distance to most of the places of interest in Chiangmai old town. Staff are very helpful and polite.
Pros: great and helpful staff who are always at your service! The hotel is in a convenient location in the old city square of Chiang Mai. Beds and pillows are very comfortable and spacious. Cons: room lock was a broken so it was hard to get fully comfortable. Also, the shower rain head in the bathroom was broken.
I was given room 204. I didn't notice anything when I got in as I was also a bit tired. But the next morning at 6am I started hearing a very loud noise. I thought the street outside was being cleaned. But no .... That room has water tanks on its balcony basically. I asked to change room at they accommodated me straight away. I could still hear the tanks going but not so badly. Pool is small but clean...
Good hotel for spending few days in Chiang Mai. Rooms are clean and comfortable, however due to only small window the interior feels a bit dark. Pool is small, but offers great way to cool down after hot days. Hotel staff is very helpful. Location of the hotel is in walking proximity from main temples, sights and restaurants. Recommended to stay for weekend and enjoy the Sunday market in Chiang Mai...

This hotel is very good for families, and those who rent cars. I came with my family of 5 pax and we booked the family + friends room (fitting 6 pax). Hospitality of the staff working there was so commendable. They always try their very best to speak English and are always kind and welcoming. However, my time in We Briza had to be cut short due to the floods. To all reading this: this was during...
i had a start on the wrong foot after the first night. however, with help of the hotel manager, khun Att, and her devoted staff (receptionists, housekeeping and engineers), i had my problems with the hot water in the shower fixed in less than 2 hours while i was out of the room anyway, and it was right before my planned checkout. then, i stayed for 12 more nights and had no problems ever since. each...
There are two workers at the front desk who are incredibly nice and their English is actually impressive compared to what I've heard around in Thailand. It's very clean, but the rooms (mainly the bathrooms) kind of lack. The shower drainage is outside the shower area, near the toilet, with only a 5cm high plastic "barrier" stoping the water from flowing through the bathroom floor. Mind you, the barrier...
Very friendly staff who were always helpful. The hotel offers a laundry service which costs about 70 bath per kg and is very good. The price-performance ratio is good. The breakfast is unfortunately a bit monotonous with toast and 3 jams as well as coffee and cocoa, but it is enough. The hotel has an elevator, the rooms were clean and had everything you needed.
Great location in relation to the US embassy and the staff are extremely helpful. After that you get what you pay for, the rooms are outdated, there never is warm water, I get eaten by mosquitoes both times I’ve stayed there. Beds will leave you wanting more, internet is spotty at best, can’t use the pool or excursus room because of COVID at both of my stays. Once in February and one time in June ...

Not a bad place to stay at but there are definitely better options around the neighborhood and cheaper too. I must have to say the breakfast was pretty good. It was a hot breakfast with a good variety of food.
Nice rooms, a little pricey for what they are but good that they allow monthly rentals. Staff were helpful and friendly but didn’t speak much English. On the downside the room wasn’t clean at all and there were lots of ants as well as some spiders and a cockroach!
Good WiFi, clean rooms, and the bestmotorbike rental place in town located in the parking lot. Rates are super reasonable as well, if you don't want to bein tourist central I'd definitely suggest this place.

My first stay was only supposed to be one month and before it was over, I signed up for a second month. Nothing short of a great place to stay. Can't comment on the rooms because I didn't stay there, only here to feedback on the pool. While it's big and spacious, water seems clean, the decking needs extensive repair/replacement, as a lot of the wood are rotting, splintering, and have lots of rusty nail heads protruding. For an area where kids tend to run and adults walk around without footwear, it's a big safety hazard. Let's hope the management...

Really beautiful but kind of old hotel. I still felt exquisite staying here despite the paint peeling from many surfaces. It kind of gave it a certain charm.
