My wife and I loved our stay here! The staff is seriously phenomenal. Right when you arrive, they make you feel welcomed and continued to be such lovely people throughout our stay. Our room was really nice and clean. We got the breakfast included and it was really good with a variety of options. The outdoor bar was fantastic and fun and they make amazing coffee!

The rooms are really nice, and breakfast is good. It's a 7-minute walk to the market. The walk to the market is not convenient—it's dark, and the sidewalks are in poor condition. The staff are absolutely wonderful! Rooms are lovely and the grounds are clean and well maintained. The only reason for a 4 star rating is the pigeons that take over the pool. They constantly drink from the pool leaving their waste behind which kind of removes the desire to go for a swim.

We loved this hotel! From the moment we were picked up at the airport and met Ton we were treated like royalty. Our room was upgraded to a high floor with the Mountain View. We went for the 2024 Chiang Mai Songkran. It's perfectly located for the festival. Parties are at the Maya Mall along with by Eastin hotel. Convenient if you want to join in on the Songkran fun! Decent stay at U Nimman. Room design is very strange, toilet is practically part of the room on not much privacy. Should have just created a private bathroom like a normal hotel room.
