Chiang Mai, 57 Ratchaphakhinai Rd Phra Singh,Chiang Mai 🧭 Map
Good Hotel in the city. Good price around 600 THB without breakfast. Stuff at the reception is mostly concerned about the Chinese guests, this being a hotel for Chinese people. Front desk is also managed by Chinese people.
The first room we got was very poor. Fully destroyed toiled seat, next to it old urine stains. In general not very clean and made quite cheaply. The nightstand with an electric socket only on one side of the double bed. The air conditioning was super loud and we (easily) fixed it ourselves. The next room was much better but with a horrible smell in the bathroom.
Good: very clean and bright room as on the photos on the website, good location, Air conditioned, TV, strong wifi signal, big clean bathroom but without toilet brush, shampoo and body wash are in the room, very Good price for the room in chiang mai Bad: light blinks when using hot water - bad electricity but its rather funny, 2/3 people of staff speaks english just a little bit which is veryyy problematic...
Good location. The room was very nice however the front of the building could look better. There is no elevator so you have to carry your luggage up and down the stairs. There is no restaurant at the hotel but there is a lot of good options to eat around it.
Comfy room + bed after a 3-day jungle trek. Staff is friendly, WiFi good. But bathroom causes a terrible smell.

This hotel, like so many in this city, is a few years past its prime. It looks like they are trying to keep it up, with colorful paint and designs, but its old and fading fast. The price is cheap for a standard room, but you will get what you pay for. Not dirty, but not super clean. The room was large, but basically empty. There were two padded chairs and a low table, but no desk for working. No safe...
Comfortable, surprisingly big, room. The furniture a bit 'well worn' but served its purpose. Friendly, helpful staff. A good position for getting to both the old town and Nimman - and for exploring Santitham.
We recently stayed here for a month. The staff are brilliant, so so helpful and kind. Accommodation is very good value. The only 2 downsides were we found the WiFi to not be that great, fine if you've got a hotspot to use. And the beds are very firm, so we bought a mattress topper for ours. If you're looking for quiet accommodation just outside of the old town, this could be a great option for you
BATHTUB. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The rooms are spacious. I live here, happily.
Old but gold. Could be improved a bit...unless that it's a good hotel, clean, good attention and roomservice. If you want more tranquility make sure to take a room to the other side of the main road, from there you have a nice view.
old but clean , near 711 and local food shop

Extended stay as it was such a comfortable, calm, great value hotel. Very clean and any request accommodated. Good WiFi. Nice pool and pool area, good for chilling in the evenings. Friendly, smiling staff, who were always polite and professional. 5 star standard for a 3 star price! Thank you all for looking after me so well. I will most definitely stay with you again! JM
Excellent quiet location, good clean rooms, tremendous value for money
Clean hotel. Restaurant on site. Front desk very helpful with booking all excursions. Pool on site.
Nice hotel. A pool area you actually can sunbathe at. Great service. Allways met with a smile at the restaurant.
Good place, with good prices. Prepare for a sudden turn off, if you go by car. Restaurant has great food, and are priced good.
First stayed here in 2013 and thought I’d try it again - worth it. Very reasonably priced, good breakfast (included with some rooms, 90 baht otherwise). They have more traditional (cheap) rooms on the 2nd floor, and nicer above. All are clean. Amazing that at their low price it has a nice pool and a basic gym.

Awesome hotel with super friendly staff. Nice little pool, perfect for a dip. We had the room right next to the pool. The bed is super comfortable, the shower is very spacious. Highly recommend 👍🏻
Nice little hotel in a fantastic location, within walking distance to most of the places of interest in Chiangmai old town. Staff are very helpful and polite.
Pros: great and helpful staff who are always at your service! The hotel is in a convenient location in the old city square of Chiang Mai. Beds and pillows are very comfortable and spacious. Cons: room lock was a broken so it was hard to get fully comfortable. Also, the shower rain head in the bathroom was broken.
I was given room 204. I didn't notice anything when I got in as I was also a bit tired. But the next morning at 6am I started hearing a very loud noise. I thought the street outside was being cleaned. But no .... That room has water tanks on its balcony basically. I asked to change room at they accommodated me straight away. I could still hear the tanks going but not so badly. Pool is small but clean...
Good hotel for spending few days in Chiang Mai. Rooms are clean and comfortable, however due to only small window the interior feels a bit dark. Pool is small, but offers great way to cool down after hot days. Hotel staff is very helpful. Location of the hotel is in walking proximity from main temples, sights and restaurants. Recommended to stay for weekend and enjoy the Sunday market in Chiang Mai...
Softer bed than usual in Thailand, refilled glass bottles instead of plastic, excellent location but still quiet, very kind helpful staff, nice little balcony.

This hotel is very good for families, and those who rent cars. I came with my family of 5 pax and we booked the family + friends room (fitting 6 pax). Hospitality of the staff working there was so commendable. They always try their very best to speak English and are always kind and welcoming. However, my time in We Briza had to be cut short due to the floods. To all reading this: this was during...
i had a start on the wrong foot after the first night. however, with help of the hotel manager, khun Att, and her devoted staff (receptionists, housekeeping and engineers), i had my problems with the hot water in the shower fixed in less than 2 hours while i was out of the room anyway, and it was right before my planned checkout. then, i stayed for 12 more nights and had no problems ever since. each...
There are two workers at the front desk who are incredibly nice and their English is actually impressive compared to what I've heard around in Thailand. It's very clean, but the rooms (mainly the bathrooms) kind of lack. The shower drainage is outside the shower area, near the toilet, with only a 5cm high plastic "barrier" stoping the water from flowing through the bathroom floor. Mind you, the barrier...
Very friendly staff who were always helpful. The hotel offers a laundry service which costs about 70 bath per kg and is very good. The price-performance ratio is good. The breakfast is unfortunately a bit monotonous with toast and 3 jams as well as coffee and cocoa, but it is enough. The hotel has an elevator, the rooms were clean and had everything you needed.
Great location in relation to the US embassy and the staff are extremely helpful. After that you get what you pay for, the rooms are outdated, there never is warm water, I get eaten by mosquitoes both times I’ve stayed there. Beds will leave you wanting more, internet is spotty at best, can’t use the pool or excursus room because of COVID at both of my stays. Once in February and one time in June ...

A Great Hotel! A Very friendly and professional staff. Clean rooms and a fabulous pool. VERY quiet and close to everything important. Breakfast was Great too. Absolutely the best value for money. Stayed there for six nights and I will stay there in the future. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️/5
It is a lovely hotel where the staff are so very helpful and friendly. Breakfast in the Somwang restaurant is a great experience and offers both cooked food and a buffet.
This hotel was fantastic. The staff were very friendly and accommodating to everything needed. They had free water in the lobby and helped give recommendations for food and massages. The location is great as it is in the walled city with food, drinks, and shops right around it, and it is also close to the night market outside the walled city. Overall a great stay for a great value.
A wonderful hotel in a great location. Can get to most of the main attractions in Chiang Mai in about 10 minutes by scooter. One of our favourites of all the places we stayed during a month in Thailand. Rooms and common spaces were always kept clean. Breakfast was good.
We spend a day here to enjoy the Songkran festival around the area. I like the authentic vibe of the room's interior design. The price is reasonable. The service is excellent. The staff are pleasant, approachable and accommodating. There are variety of yummy foods and drinks to choose from. You can even ask staff for additional orders. Great location, also GPS systems show it accurately so no issues with grab. Staff friendly, breakfast not bad, clean, there are washing machines (one load 30baht), and the pool! Plus it's calm and beautifully decorated, staff speak good English and are very helpful in every situation. Prices more than reasonable as well. Can't wait to come back!

This place left a great first impression when we first arrived - close to the airport (10 min drive), close to attractions in the old town but still quaint and tucked away from the loud bar streets. Our stay at Cozytel was value for money: simple but clean hotel, centrally located and a small swimming pool that really helped us cool down after hot days. Laundry next to the hotel was very convenient. There are for sure more luxury...
Exactly as advertised. Clean rooms in a great location. The pool is nice too when you want to cool down. On our first day, we were heading out for a walk and the staff at the front desk ran after us with an umbrella. The staff is wonderful. Our room was very spacious and had a nice balcony. The pool and lounge area were clean. Near many cafes, restaurants, and the Three Kings Monument, which is where many tours start. Had our laundry done using the hotel laundry service and they did a good job. Dropped off the laundry in the morning and picked up in the evening. Highly recommend.
Pleasant hotel. Room was good and clean. Didn't use the pool but it was cleaned every day. Staff were friendly and helpful
Really comfortable and cozy rooms with Poolside view and weather was really good. Definitely recommend for a short 2-3 day trip. Friendly staff and quite neighbourhood. Sunday night bazaar was at walkable distance. Many good restaurants within walking distance.

Nice little hotel in the old city of Chiang Mai. Stayed here for a few nights whilst we did various activities around the city and jungle. Overpriced and the WiFi is basically useless. It’s worked perhaps one third of the time we’ve been here over the past two days. Otherwise there’s no connection at all. Don’t use the internet? Meow is welcoming, friendly and goes above and beyond to help out in any way she can. My partner and I had a lovely stay at B house, set off to Chiang Rai for a couple days and returned to the same room while they also minded some of our luggage. I'll be recommending this place to anyone looking to travel to Chiang Mai in future. Bryce, 24 Melbourne, Australia
Located close to many restaurants and bar, but far enough the street is very quiet. Staffs are very helpful. Building is very quiet. Comfortable bed with a great night sleep. Breakfast is bit plain. Could improve. I choice B house for it's great price.
Friendly host but it was very hard to lift my luggage up tp 4th floor without elevator.
Everything is beautiful, even the staff! ❤️ Meaw has been very helpful. It’s my first time in Chiang Mai and I’m SO happy that I chose B House as my first accommodation here. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! 🥰🥰🥰

The main advantage of this hotel is that it's close to the railway station. If you have an early-morning train (like I did), it's practical because it's even walkable. In the room I especially liked the bathroom: it was so spacious! There was also a separation between the shower area and the rest of the bathroom (which is rare in Asia). The bed was comfy. The table was super small and it fidgeted....
Rooms are spacious and the bathroom is very nice. Fridge with a freeze compartment and the tv is next to a plug so you can use your fire stick if you have one. AC worked great. Only issue we had was that the toilet didn’t refill the water, every time we flushed we had to top up the tank with the bidet…
Ok for one night. AC super hard to get it to work...once we got it to work temperature would not go down. Also they ask you for 400 Baht for a key deposit. A bit much if you ask me. Ok budget hotel for one night stay. SUPER CLEAN.
Basic but clean and quiet. The owners are extremely helpful and polite. The atmosphere is like a loving family. There are three very friendly dogs. Love it here. It is close to everything.
A hot shower! That was the most wonderful part after being in this country for a month with only cold showers. The air conditioning also works way better than the other places I've stayed. The staff was lovely & very helpful. I'll be back when I return to this city!

They were so kind and helpful, and went above and beyond to be accommodating numerous times throughout my stay. This place is a gem!
At first I got a smaller room than I booked. After complaining I got the option to upgrade my room at a reduced cost.
