Cheap and clean room. And this hotel has morning bufe that a lot of Asian foods! We can choose no spicy someones or spicy other ones. But it's better you can speak Thai little.

The rooms are quite big and the hotel is decorated nicely. The breakfast has vast variety of food. The only disadvantage was the view from the room which was car parking... It is right where the market is which is great! Just go outside and you are in the heart if the market and restauranta

Fine hotel but mostly for people who are willing to pay the price. We had 4 nights and nothing to complain about really (besides sand/ in the water the first night). Got upgraded to a suite and the staff was kind, helpful and always smiling. We however find the price too high so we will not necessarily return

Great location in the heart of the Night Bazaar, with easy access to everything in Chiang Mai. This is a rather tired hotel but still of a good standard. Lower your expectations from Western standards. Is is an economy hotel with minimal amenities. The good news it is ideally located in the downtown, tourist area of Chiang Mai. It is walking distance to many restaurants and coffee houses. Expect clean beds and warm water but nothing in the way of hair dryers or mints on your pillow. Great place to stay but found the room door doesn't lock when going out if you hold the handle in the open position for more that 5 seconds. I feel this is a serious security issue and there needs to be a notice in the room to check the room is locked when leaving it. . Other gripe is its impossible to get warm or hot fried eggs at breakfast time.

The cheapest hotel you can get that very near with McDonald's. Room is basic more like homestay. It got hot shower, aircon is really cold but quite noisy, environment is quiet, location is wonderful. Front desk is only one staff, she also the one who took us to the room. Lobby is cozy. Stay here is fine if your budget is limited. I also like the book store next to it, the collection is enormous.

They don't have the system that turns off the power when you leave the room so you can leave things charging when you go out. A very good price for the quality. Staff need to be more concern by the customers. The big problem is that if you arrive the morning even they have room available they ask you to wait until 2 pm. Very good location. It is right across one of the main squares and a lot of the tourist places are nearby. The breakfast was limited but it matches the price. The pool was being renovated during our stay. Room itself was just okay. The bathroom was cramped and needed some repairs. The bed felt harder than average.
