Great large rooms , Need clean air condition filters , then will be ok, hotel have more than 30 years, was a great experience, large swimming pool,, Hope they turn on sauna again , since covid 19 is off ,, as many places in thailand ,,
Old hotel that has seen grand days in the past. It still has luster. The rooms were clean, big and well maintained. Two complimentary bottles of water every day. The food is simple and just okay. Staff was very helpful. Loved the open view from the elevator. The walking distance to the entrance of the old town is 12 minutes.
Quite an old fashioned hotel and looks a bit tired in places . Don't let that put you off though it's full of old fashioned fancy hotel charm . The lobby makes you think of the hotel from The Shining. Big rooms with excellent showers and a big bath tub. Huge swimming pool and a decent buffet breakfast. Staff were super friendly . Great location if you like bars and restaurants.
our team hotel every time we are in Chiangmai. very standard, nothing surprise, staff are friendly, rooms are relatively big (compared to others in the same tier), just a bit dated. 15 minutes walk to Nimman area, or another direction into the old town, very convenient ! absolutely good value for money. during the covid-19 off season, this huge property is literally empty. the lobby floor used to have...
great but a bit old
The hotel is old and doesn't seem to have been updated since it first opened. So you can say that the hotel has a lot of the "original charm". The rooms old and needs to be updated but is huge which was nice. The hotels breakfast is mediocre (doesn't look like anything in the pictures) and the wifi is not the most reliable (better than no wifi). I had to keep signing in which was annoying. The staff...

We a family of three adults stayed in Noble Place for three nights. The room was spacious and excellent WIFI connection in the room. Breakfast was more of Thai variety but bread, jam and butter was there for us. Located very near to airport and opposite a large shopping complex. We enjoyed the stay.
Very happy, had a shared room booked and they updgraded me to a private with large bed for no extra cost.
Decent budget hotel, room not quite clean there a lot of hairs in the room and bathroom, stained on the sheet. Mattress so hard but soft pillow. Free 3 bottles of water and coffee. Good location near the airport and mall. Take you 10 mins to Chiangmai's gate by public bus(yellow pick up bus) cost only 20 baht. Breakfast is delicious various Thai foods ,toast, fried eggs, sausages. We stayed for 3...
I enjoyed noble place. The rooms are JUST OK. However, the location is good. It is right in front of the Chiang Mai Night Bazaar which is a major attraction in Chiang Mai. This hotel is also near MANY restaurants...Burger King, McDonalds, The Dukes, local restaurants...etc. The bathrooms inside of the rooms are questionable are clean for the most part however they are dimly lit. The hotel staff is...
Good price, rooms are nice. Clean and nice decor. Good location beside bus stop. 5 minutes to tourist area and airport.
Definitely the type of hotel where you get what you pay for. If you are looking for a reasonably priced place to stay that is close to the airport and across the road from a major shopping centre then this is a good place to stay. Maybe not the place to stay if you want to spend time in the touristy "old town" part of Chiang Mai. Rooms are clean and tidy but nothing startling.

I loved the resort .. quite , enough space with beautiful nature.. swimming pool and tennis lawn adds wow… i enjoyed spending time there.. from nepal
Beautiful grounds and friendly, personable staff! They helped us with so much and were so kind and easy to work with!
My first stay was only supposed to be one month and before it was over, I signed up for a second month. Nothing short of a great place to stay. The entire staff is so friendly and welcoming and helpful. The facilities are well maintained, a little dated though. There's plenty to do if you like to keep busy. The location for me is perfect, a little bit north of the old city. Remote and Serene yet only...
Can't comment on the rooms because I didn't stay there, only here to feedback on the pool. While it's big and spacious, water seems clean, the decking needs extensive repair/replacement, as a lot of the wood are rotting, splintering, and have lots of rusty nail heads protruding. For an area where kids tend to run and adults walk around without footwear, it's a big safety hazard. Let's hope the management...
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! This place is well worth the travel. We travelled from Aus with a 2 year old. Communication through Facebook was great, we were greeted with a drink in hand and the management even went as far as surprising my husband and I with an anniversary cake and a birthday cake and gift for our son! This is an extremely family friendly resort as they have a high chair for dining, kids...

I came to JM because of the reviews, and I agree with them. Terrific massage, great service, and experienced therapists, especially the masseurs.
Really beautiful but kind of old hotel. I still felt exquisite staying here despite the paint peeling from many surfaces. It kind of gave it a certain charm. The Wi-Fi is spotty but does get the job done in a pinch. The pool is beautiful. The weight room is more than adequate for a traveler on holiday. The rooms were clean. The TV was not that great. There was no Netflix on this TV like many other...
I love this place I could imagine when it was built in the 80s. It was a fine five star hotel. Nothing has been done to the rooms of the hotel could say it needs renovation the beds and room are always clean. All works the gym the escalators and swimming Pool is good the staff are friendly and if you have a room on the top floor you get a great balcony and suite 👍👍👍great price I 💭 but it won’t be...
Stayed for a week The room service was great Rooms were so comfy and services were on time Manager was so friendly and all the other staff were so humble and friendly The food were so good. Very helpful staff. Everything necessary was close by
t is a beautiful and very comfortable hotel. I stayed in it for three days and the decor is beautiful and unique. Anyone who loves heritage places should visit this hotel. The employee Noparat was very helpful and dealt with me in a sophisticated manner and has high morals.
Great hotel. Big rooms, comfy beds, huge gym, sauna, pool, bar and a great location. The age of the hotel just adds to the charm for me.

The hotel is great for a work conference. Big rooms, big bathroom and nice features. Location is a little far from old city and night market to walk but there is a 7 Eleven across the road and a few restaruants next door. Breakfast buffet and lunch buffet if high quality.
Situated on the river bank a bit off location hotel. Bit dark inside due to the choice of colours. Rooms are large and spacious but need renovation. Haven't been done up in a long time. Very few electric points in the room and none around the bed to charge your mobile. Buffet breakfast spread is limited and just about makes the mark. Very courteous staff and always willing to help. On the plus side...
Little outside the main city but also away from noise. Beautiful hotel, we even got a free upgrade. Pool is little small but still doable for a quick swim. Shuttle service to night bazaar is a great gesture. Easy to get cabs using grab. Overall a great experience.
A very nice hotel with great staff. Everyone was do friendly and always said good morning or afternoon. The rooms are nice and a nice lounge / bar of the side of the lobby. The swimming pool is okay, but I have been to better pools at other hotels. They do have a bar at the pool and you can order drinks and some finger foods. The hotel is not that far from the airport and a cheap taxi fare to the...
Friendly and very helpful lady at IHG check-in, complimentary upgrade, impressive lobby area, huge clean suite with nice view, very comfortable bed, big bathroom with strong water pressure, good breakfast and dinner buffet. It was a hotel with an elevator and a swimming pool. The pool was small, but there were few people using it, so it was comfortable. The hotel bed was clean and comfortable. I really liked the view and the sky outside the window. We liked the clean breakfast buffet. Overall, the hotel was quiet and comfortable.
With rooms that are large, well-organized, and spotless, the Jomkitti Boutique Hotel in Chiang Mai is highly regarded for its great location and outstanding customer service. Sightseeing is a breeze from the hotel because of its prime location, close to popular landmarks like the temples and Sunday night market. You may enjoy modern conveniences Japanese-style restrooms, superior air conditioning,...
The staff of this hotel are really accommodating, friendly and helpful. Ten, the manager is a nice fella and loves to share about Thai culture and Chiang Mai. Wow! This property blew me away. A charming hotel in old town Chiang Mai. While the small street could be busy at times, also with some street work going on, once you step in the doors it's like an oasis of calm. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Had a lovely 5-night stay at Makka. Check-in and overall hospitality were wonderful. Clean and comfortable rooms located in the heart of the Old City were perfect for our stay in Chiang Mai. The main lobby staff were always very accommodating and the hotel...
We stayed at the Makka Hotel for 4 nights in March 2024. The hotel is centrally located to all attractions in Chiang Mai. Many temples are in walking distance as well as the Sunday night market is just steps away. Lots of restaurants also in walking distance. We had an upstairs room which was quiet, but I can see that other rooms can be noisier. Internet works fine. Breakfast was good. We enjoyed our...
Everything is perfect from location, the staffs to the hotel design itself. The place delivers a peaceful vibe where every wall was written with meditational quotes. The whole hotel structure is made by wood. However, I don’t think the place is suitable for big families with kids or elders since there is no elevator and the room is small.
The hotel is beautiful. Communal areas are wonderful including relaxing library and the breakfast is served in the courtyard area. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Service was excellent. Ground floor rooms are beautifully simple although on the small side. Beds are comfortable and the pillows are great. Location is in the quiet spot set back from the main road. The place was clean, cozy, and the service was excellent. The hotel is located near many temples and night markets. The staff was always welcoming and friendly. Very nice rooms. Large size and good views. Very good air con. Hotel staff very friendly. Very nice pool area but water quite dirty. Very disappointed with pricing policy. Stayed for 5 nights and wanted to extend stay by 2 days. 1 extra night was full rate. They don't do any deal with you to keep you extra nights, despite not having many guests. So I paid for one more night, now staying in another...
Like a goast-hotel, nearly empty because of no tourist due to covid-19, normally fully packed with Chinese. Hotel needs some maintaining too old inside.
Hotel is pretty good and although some areas are dated, it looked like they were making improvements. Breakfast is ok. Rooms were clean and well kept. Our biggest issue was with our reservation, they seem (admittedly) to have issues between themselves and third party booking websites. After 30 minutes on the phone and trying to figure out who was to blame, the hotel finally made it right. It has some...
Fantastic location for bars and markets however it's all very dated and in need of refurbishment. The pool is amazing though and they have a very good gym, it's got its own membership so is quite busy with non hotel guests throughout the day. This is a really good hotel in a really good location that just needs some tlc
Great location. Very close to Night Bazaar and you can walk to the centre of Chiang Mai in about 10 - 15 mins. There was also lots of vendors around so lots of places to eat! Hotel was huge and a little dated but don't let that deter you! It was easy to find from the airport as well and very reasonable.
Confusion at first. If you have your own car, you have to park in the parking area before you check in. You can't pull up to the front door, check in, then go park. The hotel location is good in relation to the night bazaar. There is an 7-11 right across the street and a Mexican restaurant next to the hotel. The breakfast buffet was wonderful and a surprise. The reception area is stunning and gives the impression that you've arrived at a beautiful hotel but that's as far as the luxury goes. We arrived at about 2pm and were told our room would be ready in 20 minutes as they wanted to provide us with a nice view. An hour later we had to chase up our room and were eventually given our key card. No explanation about where breakfast is served or at what time...
The best thing about Dusit Princess is the location and the main reason I stay here again. The hotel itself is a bit old but the staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are average, nothing special and the bathroom quite small. Buffet breakfast is good though. Overall I would say a good 3 stars hotel
We had high hopes of this hotel when arriving in the lobby as it is very grand however its seems that it's just the lobby where money has been spent. The bed was absolutely rock hard and was like sleeping on a floor mat (actually hurt our backs towards the end of the stay). The walls are fairly thin and you do get a fair amount of noise at night and in the bathroom the shower could do with an upgrade...
Nice hotel overall with nice and welcoming staffs. Room is big with plenty of storage places. Hair dryer is available and iron and ironing table on request. Wall is thin so not advisable for the light sleepers. There's a bathtub instead of a shower which in my room was dirty! It had a yellow tint which u get in all tubs when it's not properly brushed!! Swimming pool is pretty cool from 1.45 metres...
The reason I gave 5 stars is the excellent service we received from the hotel staff. It is true that this is not the most modern hotel and some of the rooms are a little bit old but the staff are very kind and answer every request at top speed. I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The staff at the reception deserves high praise for their warm welcome and politeness, especially considering the chaos caused by a large Korean group tour checking in. They handled it with grace. clean room with very comfortable bed, rain shower was warm and relaxing. 10 min walk to Maya Mall & Niman area but best to hire a car or rent a bike to make moving around more accessible.
Huge new modern clean room, close by shopping center and night market.
Nice room. Nice staff
Branded as Novotel yet it's in the Journeyhub Group.... it's more of a ibis with steroids trying very hard to be novotel. Room is compact and clean no doubt. Just because they put a pity pool on roof top doesn't make it a novotel unfortunately.

Booked the Icon Park Hotel Chiang Mai very last minute for 2 nights and it cost us THB 2,650 (£68). The hotel is very spacious and the staff are very friendly. A top hotel with great dining and entertainment. We were looked after in a very friendly manner by all staff, with surprising entertainment during dinner. I give this place 25 stars out of 5.
Our group had the buffet lunch on our last day in Chiang Mai before heading home. Great mix of Thai and western food. The creme caramel is a favorite of ours. As is the waffle and ice cream stand area. We'll be back
