No, not the newest in the area however the rooms are super clean and staff are amazing.
Buffet breakfast is huge on choice.
For the money we paid to be here this is excellent value!!
Close to the beach and a small area of shops, massage etc.
The hotel has 4 swimming pools so it’s never crowded. If fact, it was mostly empty at the pool when we were there. Some people complained about their pool towel card policy but I think it’s very organized and efficient. This way no more sun bed occupying for the whole day! I saw their German manager everywhere talking to the customers (yes German customers). He’s trying to do his job and not just him, everyone is doing their job nicely at the hotel. Applause to that!
There are many restaurants near the hotel. We even ordered Grab delivery. I will definitely come back!
Just one small suggestion, please refill the toiletries (cotton buds, comb etc) if not everyday but at least once in two days. We only got it once on the first and the tooth brush and the comb’s quality is so bad.
The staff here is super friendly and attentive. When we arrived, we were greeted with a coconut drink and helped out promptly. There were some issues with our booking, which they helped us with. We were even provided with a room upgrade for the trouble.
2 of the 4 swimming pools have bars, which you can sit at from either in the pool or outside. Some pools have boxes with toys you can use. One of the pools even has a volleyball net and ball.
A very good hotel for what we paid. I would definitely recommend it.
The rooms are clean spacious and all have an excellent view of either one of the many pools or the sea.
From the doorman, receptionists to the cleaners and restaurant staff, all made you welcome and greeted you with a smile and traditional Thai greeting.
Some public parts of the had a few minor problems with leaks at the time but that was because we did go in the Monsoon season and the resourceful staff did their best to fix and alleviate the problems as soon as possible, whenever the heavens opened. After seeing the power of rain in the monsoon season I was surprised to see so few problems.
The hotel leads straight onto a lovely beach, which unfortunately probably due to the season had ‘No swimming’ flags up most of the time, but at least the local the surfers loved it.
There is a shuttle service twice a day to Patong beach just along the coast where the restaurant and bars and nightlife are on a much bigger and noisier level. Even the taxi charge there and back is cheap.
They have an excellent gym and regular Yoga, aerobics and zumba classes to keep the health conscious happy.
If you want a relaxing and scenic resort with easy access to a more hedonistic nightlife just a few miles away then this place comes highly recommended.
