Excellent hotel, new. The staff is friendly, very few vacationers. Blessings!

We stayed at Avista Grande Phuket Karon for our honeymoon. We chose one of their Deluxe pool access rooms with Sea view, and it was amazing. The room was very spacious and very very clean. It had two beds - one large king bed and a smaller one which we didn't really use (I assume the room is technically meant for a family). The room had a cute little terrace with two sun loungers and direct access to the pool - we never even used the main pool downstairs as this one was more than enough plus we didn't have to share it with all other guests. The views were simply magnificent - being there at sunrise and sunset, and just being there out in the terrace during the day with a book or swimming in our little pool - all of it was marvelous. Now, the food at this hotel - this is the real gem. It was so so tasty and the choices were incredible. I saw a couple of reviews complaining about breakfast - I am not sure what those people have for breakfast in their own houses, but for me it was just endless bliss - Thai food, Indian cuisine, hot breakfast, continental, jam, honey, lots of pastry, good fresh coffee and juice - you name it, it's all available and it's all delicious! We booked their floating breakfast for one of the mornings, and it was divine too, and looked absolutely gorgeous! Oh yes, do check out their steak restaurant too - the steak was simply fantastic, so so juicy and incredibly tasty. The fire show was awesome too. The atmosphere in general was really cool. Same goes for the rooftop bar - lovely music, amazing views, good cocktails.
The only negative I'd like to mention is that when we checked in, on the first day there was a very humid/'wet' smell in the room, but it went away overnight and never returned. I can only assume it's directly connected to how humid it is outside, as the humidity was indeed at its highest on our arrival day, and then it decreased one day later.

We had a rest in Avista in early November. There weren't many people at this time, so there were plenty of places around the pool and at breakfast for everyone.
The hotel is very beautiful, the service is excellent. I was impressed by the grill restaurant on the water, it is unrealistically delicious!
Among the bonuses in the room: a Nespresso coffee machine (capsule), beach towels, flip-flops and a wicker beach bag. It's clean, they bring water every day and do the cleaning.
The staff is helpful and nice. We paid for a late check-out, it costs 3000 baht.
The breakfasts are wonderful, delicious, lots of different food, and the products are really high quality!
The prices at the hotel are expensive, but there are many alternatives for every purse.
It is a 5-minute walk to the beach, back to the hill.
Of the cons: the rooms smell damp, the smell is like in the country ... gradually all things are soaked with this smell. But it seems that this is not only the case here (

Our stay at Avista Grande Phuket Karon was fantastic! The hotel blends modern luxury with traditional Thai design beautifully. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and had a lovely balcony with a garden view. The pool area was a highlight, and the rooftop bar offered stunning views of Karon Beach – perfect for sunset drinks.

The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is great too – just a short walk to Karon Beach, with plenty of dining and shopping nearby. Overall, it’s a perfect spot for a relaxing, luxurious getaway!

Loved staying at this hotel. The staff are all super nice and helpful. The pool area is heaven, with a nice swim up bar. We got upgraded to a room with a pool and it was the nicest room I’ve stayed at. Also, very good breakfast with gluten free options clearly marked. I always appreciate when I don’t have to ask for them to bring me gluten free bread. Would recommend! The only thing is I wish this was an adult only resort.

We LOVED our stay at the Avista Grande. The service was great, the rooms were very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was the best of our 4 stop trip throughout Thailand. The location is a little out of the way so you'll need hotel carts to get you to/from the beach & other areas (or taxis) but not a problem. My mom had the pool side room which was great because we could jump in from her balcony (recommended). Also loved the Pearl spa treatments, the swim up bar and the restaurant that served a great dinner whilst we dipped our toes in the water. Great stay, thanks so much!

Everything was perfect. The accommodations were beautiful and breakfast was superb. It couldn't been better. Great value hotel with friendly reception staff who are always willing to help ( Oil Kirill ). I would highly recommend it and, in my opinion, I would give it 10/10

Very close to Karon beach and a few restaurants to choose from nearby. Restaurant in the hotel is nice too but on the pricier side. Staff are helpful. The pool was a favourite and the swim up bar. Can recommend for anyone looking for a high quality place to stay. It is up a hill but it’s only a short walk and didn’t bother us

The service in this hotel is exceptional. I truly feel like the entire staff try their best to make your stay comfortable. The hotel is kid friendly and well maintained. We tried all the restaurants and they did not disappoint.

I stayed with my father(needs his own bed) and two kiddos, so even the large room was a bit tricky for us. Overall, it’s perfect for couples with kids who are all comfortable sharing a bed.

Will be back with my hubby next time.
