Avista Grande Phuket Karon - MGallery

We LOVED our stay at the Avista Grande. The service was great, the rooms were very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was the best of our 4 stop trip throughout Thailand. The location is a little out of the way so you'll need hotel carts to get you to/from the beach & other areas (or taxis) but not a problem. My mom had the pool side room which was great because we could jump in from her balcony (recommended). Also loved the Pearl spa treatments, the swim up bar and the restaurant that served a great dinner whilst we dipped our toes in the water. Great stay, thanks so much!

Everything was perfect. The accommodations were beautiful and breakfast was superb. It couldn't been better. Great value hotel with friendly reception staff who are always willing to help ( Oil Kirill ). I would highly recommend it and, in my opinion, I would give it 10/10

Very close to Karon beach and a few restaurants to choose from nearby. Restaurant in the hotel is nice too but on the pricier side. Staff are helpful. The pool was a favourite and the swim up bar. Can recommend for anyone looking for a high quality place to stay. It is up a hill but it’s only a short walk and didn’t bother us

The service in this hotel is exceptional. I truly feel like the entire staff try their best to make your stay comfortable. The hotel is kid friendly and well maintained. We tried all the restaurants and they did not disappoint.

I stayed with my father(needs his own bed) and two kiddos, so even the large room was a bit tricky for us. Overall, it’s perfect for couples with kids who are all comfortable sharing a bed.

Will be back with my hubby next time.

From the moment of checking in, to checking out, my experience was amazing. The room was clean, had beautiful views and really quiet (I was at the back of the hotel with Mountain Views).
Everyday, even if I didn’t want my room cleaning, and the staff saw you coming in and out of your room, they would double check if you needed anything ie: more bottles of water or clean towel.
I didn’t eat at the restaurants in the hotel, but did order room service on occasions, which came really quick. One night I ordered the burger, and it was one of the nicest I’ve ever had.
Not only were all the staff friendly and helpful, but the location of the hotel is perfect. Literally a minutes walk to the beautiful Karon Beach, and load is restaurants, cafes and shops near too. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We have had the pleasure of staying at the MGallery in Karon several times over the years.  It is quickly becoming one of our favorite hotels in the area.

The hotel is set up as a very boutique-style resort, providing a unique and personalized experience for guests.

One of the standout features of the hotel is its location, which is just a short steep walk to Karon Beach. While the walk may not be suitable for everyone, it is well worth it for the stunning views and the peacefulness of the beach.

Another highlight of my stay was dining at the Portosino Restaurant, which quickly became one of my favorites. The breakfast spread was amazing, and I highly recommend booking with breakfast to make the most of your stay. What's more, they always had a good amount of vegetarian and vegan options, making it a great choice for those with dietary restrictions.

The pool setup at the hotel was also really nice, with plenty of loungers and shade for those wanting to relax and soak up the sun. The ambiance of the hotel was peaceful, making it the perfect place to unwind and enjoy a much-needed break.

Overall, highly recommend the MGallery Hotel Collection in Karon to anyone looking for a unique and personalized hotel experience. From the moment I stepped into this luxurious hotel, I was enveloped in an atmosphere of elegance and sophistication. The impeccable service provided by the staff, led by the outstanding manager Mr. Vansh, ensured that every aspect of my stay was nothing short of exceptional.

Waking up to the tantalizing aroma of freshly brewed coffee and a sumptuous breakfast spread that catered to every palate was an absolute delight. Each morning felt like a culinary adventure, thanks to the creative and skilled Chef Jatin who crafted each dish with precision and care.

And when it came time to indulge in a delectable steak dinner, I knew I was in for a treat. The hotel's steakhouse Chard grill surpassed all expectations, offering the finest cuts of meat expertly prepared to perfection. Every bite was a symphony of flavor, leaving me craving for more.

Overall, my experience at this hotel was nothing short of extraordinary. From the luxurious accommodations to the impeccable service and exceptional dining options, it truly exceeded all my expectations. The hotel is great, in a great location where the beach is great, less noisy and beautiful view from the 4th floor. The pool is open till late, the Kata walkway is really nice and the night markets are good with fresh fish, lots of massages and everything you need. The perfect way to go around is by motorbike.

We absolutely loved our stay at Avista Grande in Karon. Location was brilliant, across the road from the beach, and only a 10 minute walk into the hustle and bustle of shops, restaurants and cafes.
The hotel itself was wonderful to stay at. We have 2 children and it was a great setting for families. We spent 5 hours+ everyday by the pool, such a great vibe we didn't want to go anywhere else.
The gym facilities were really good, breakfast had so much variety and all the food was delicious.
You can't look past the kids club at this hotel. A safe fun area for children to play and make Friends. The facilities suited ages 2-12 with a sandpit, soft toys, train sets, arts and crafts, playstation , building blocks, even a quiet beanbag area to watch some TV and chill. My kids went for 2 hrs everyday and didn't want to leave. The carers Jackie and BB were so friendly and the kids warmed to them very quickly. It was lovely to have some 'child free' time to get a massage or do a session at the gym, knowing they were being well taken care of.
Our overall stay could not be faulted and we plan to return to Avista Grande again soon.

Our stay at the Avista Grande was pleasant. They greeted us with welcome tea and upgraded our room to a sea view room, which was a very nice surprise. The staff was helpful and made our stay comfortable.

There are multiple opportunities to elevate the experience to a true 5 star level. For instance, the self serving fresh juice bar could use some cleaning every now and then. The food in the buffet could be more fresh. This would be understandable if the breakfast was complementary, but we had to pay an additional $15 per person per day. The pool is wonderful, but it is very difficult to get a lounging seat. It would be nice if the staff enforced the 30 minute (unattended) window as most guests leave their towels on the chairs as early as sunrise. Lastly, the phone add on the tv in the elevator is tacky and not reflective of a 5 star experience.

This is a good value hotel that is perfect for a family vacation. I wouldn’t recommend this to a couple as the pool was very loud and full of kids splashing around. Not too relaxing.
