The Leela Resort & Spa in Pattaya

Not a bad hotel, the room was very big but could do with a refurb. There is no joiner fee if you bring a lady back which is good as soi 6 is only round the corner, it’s also on a baht bus route so it’s easy to get to and from walking street or any other part of Pattaya.

They are cleaned every day, so it’s unknown why they change bed linen and towels every day, if you care about the environment, you can ask not to change anything, but to do only cleaning. every day they give 2 bottles of water, 600 ml each
There is only one Russian channel on TV (channel 1)
breakfast is the same every day: a choice of scrambled eggs or rice with chicken, sometimes they give you extra watermelon or bananas, there is coffee, bread that can be baked in the toaster, salted butter, jam.
at the reception they don’t speak English at all, communication is only through an interpreter and it’s not a fact that they will understand you, the employees, to put it mildly, don’t care about the guests, Wi-Fi is only at the reception
Beach towels are provided
the pool is normal - 2 meters deep (on the 1st floor where the reception is)
It’s noisy at night (especially if you live on the lower floors, but this is Pattaya, this is definitely not the place for silence)
there are a lot of shops nearby, including 7eleven, terminal 21 shopping center
8 minutes walk to the sea in a straight line (don’t expect white sand and clear water, this is Pattaya)))
hot water flows from the shower, and cold water from the bottom tap, so it’s difficult to wash, especially if you wash your hair
