Room was good. Breakfast options are ok ok.. reception staff were pathetic. They stops us for 15 minutes just for hair dryer “pouch”.. We explained them that we have not seen the hairdryer in pouch. We were getting late for airport but they were not ready to listen after talking to their room service staff they came to know that mistake was from there end.. But NO SORRY frm their end .. very RUDE and CARELESS behaviour of Hotel Staff.. never recommend this Hotel ..

Beds are not soft, not properly cleaned and very hard and when you asked for king size bed, they provide twin beds adjoining.

Staff are very arrogant and not good behaviour with anyone

I have been given Room with twin beds adjoining on 3rd floor, though I have given special request before 1 month about King size bed with Top floor.
On arrival, staff at reception rudely behave with me in this regards

Not a comfortable place, very bad location no transport options far off from everything for walking. The rooms are smelling, AC takes time to cool, urine smell around the property. Beds are not soft very hard, shower water is never hot it's like warm only. Staff behaviour is bad, they have very few guests & still don't respond on time. Their restaurant is closed by 8 PM which is very odd as that's normally dinner time. They don't understand English very hard to explain. They send a dish they understand & don't listen to our request. Better to call them and show them on the menu card which might take 30 to 40 mins just to order.

My recent stay in the hotel was uneventful. What I found extremely strange about the hotel is that it doesn't have a functional kitchen throughout the day for all days of the week. During my stay in the hotel in July,,I had submitted a written suggestion stating that if the hotel wants itself to be labelled as a good hotel, the minimum action which it should take immediately is that it should have a functional kitchen 24/7 to cater to the food needs of its guests. Just imagine,if a couple with small children arrives in the hotel in late evening after a long journey and is told that the kitchen has closed down for the day and that they need to go down in the ' walking street '.or'7/11 to buy food, what impression will they have of this hotel. It's actually beyond belief that a hotel can't provide food in all hours of the day and night. It's actually shameful.

During my visit in Aug,I didn't find any reactions to my suggestions submitted in July. The hotel completely ignored the suggestion.

Worst stay of all.
Terrible service, substandard rooms, poor location, disappointing staff service.
We booked our stay for 3 days but highly unsatisfactory as everything in this hotel is just pure disappointment from staff at reception to staff in restaurant to room quality. Dont waste your vacations by staying in this hotel, much hotels are available at better locations.

Rooms not bad big space we got a sea view but hallway smells terrible ! smells like cigarettes even its not smoking room. Quite hot in the lobby and elevator. We come back late at night and we are hungry They don't serve food no room service and if u want to order drinks they ask u to come down in the lobby they don't serve in the room. But I do like the location it's walking distance to night street and restaurant and beach.

Highly recommended, walkable distance to walking distance. Beach is in 500 mtrs.
Ocean view room is awesome. Wide range of food menu at affordable pricing.
Little drawback found there was inappropriate electric socket points.
Altogether it was a good stay.
Will visit again.

Loved this hotel, the price was 3500 baht a night including breakfast, deluxe suite with sea views, the staff were very helpful and friendly, our stay was very enjoyable and will be booking again for next year.
You are close to everything, walking street, the pier to koh larn, 7/11 etc.

Very poor hotel. They provided us a different room (downgraded) with 2 single beds and joined it. This caused sever pain in back. The room which we booked was not provided on 1st day citing reason that rooms are occupied. We booked room 1 month back. it's not a guest friendly hotel. They hardly understand English or maybe they are not willing to understand it.

Disappointing stay despite the hotel's convenient location near Bali Hai pier. Astonishingly, this is the first hotel I've encountered without a bedside outlet, with overall impractical socket placement. The room's air conditioning was excessively loud at 75 decibels, making sleep difficult. Encountered a musty smell and cleanliness issues upon arrival. The 'great mountain view' room, advertised as 80 square meters on Agoda, felt no larger than 60 square meters. Overall, not recommended due to the significant disparity between expectation and reality.
