Balihai Bay Pattaya

Highly recommended, walkable distance to walking distance. Beach is in 500 mtrs.
Ocean view room is awesome. Wide range of food menu at affordable pricing.
Little drawback found there was inappropriate electric socket points.
Altogether it was a good stay.
Will visit again.

Loved this hotel, the price was 3500 baht a night including breakfast, deluxe suite with sea views, the staff were very helpful and friendly, our stay was very enjoyable and will be booking again for next year.
You are close to everything, walking street, the pier to koh larn, 7/11 etc.

Almost everything was perfect but they don’t acept cards! Is unbelievable, a nice and moder hotel like this and they only work with cash.

Negative points:
- Bed sheets, foam, and towels are a bit old
- Some staff doesn't speak good English and one man was not friendly at the lobby
- Old TV, no connection to internet to watch YouTube nor other apps.
- Internet is not stable, it stopped while working
- The wifi is not discovered more than 20%  inside the room. Once I open the door it is better, then if I close the door, and after a while no more wifi. So I used my 4G during my 3 nights staying
- I heared daily sharp sounds from nearby rooms, and upper rooms like from bathrooms and balcony and that had awaken me while sleeping
- No fitness area

Positive points:
- Good location
- Generally quite area
- Good view to a little mountain or to the sea, however to the sea is more expensive, and upgrade at hotel is $15, but you may get it cheaper at booking time
- Big room with classic design
- Good breakfast but not so exotic
- Great swimming pool and you can enjoy watching doves that came to drink from it in the morning
- They offer buy 1 get 1 free drink for about $6 till around 5 pm
- Two floors parking
