The location is good, near the buildings of historical Phuket. The service is also excellent.
We liked the pool, nice hotel.
Apparently we got there at the peak of the season and the price is too high for a 3-star hotel. All hotels are like this in January.
Cons: someone's old blood on the duvet cover.

Very clean hotel in the old town walking distance to everything you need. Get a taxi to Ao Yon beach it’s beautiful bring your own drinks etc. The staff are so polite rooms are big and beds are comfortable. We were here for 3 nights. 10 mins when no traffic to port to catch ferries for onward journey to Ao Nage a various islands.

Overall very cost effective. I only paid 60 USD a day.
Friendly staff.
Only downsides -
- hard bed.
- Aircon stops around 8am everyday so heat wakes me up everyday.
- there is some degree of noise because the noice isolation of the building isn't very good. But the place is overall quiet.

well located in town of phuket, friendly staffs very helpful people. 5 min walk from the touristic area. i recommend.

The beds are rock hard, and the rooms are very old, the AC is also very old and the room stinks of mold. The pool was not very inviting, there is no breakfast and the gym had zero weights, worst hotel I’ve visited for this crazy price range.
