The room was ok, water, bathroom, air conditioner and fridge worked well.
Everything inside is noticeably worn out. Lots of hairs were everywhere in the room, even on the bad. Lots of warning notices says your goods can be stolen in the room.
Breakfast is veeeeery poor, horrible experience. Location is bad. Swimming pool… somebody used it, it exists.
Nice view and roti shop nearby.

best hotel to stay

The hotel rooms are decent and bed is comfortable, the pool is super cold as the building block out most of the daylight. With limited sun loungers the restaurant is the only place to relax. Although this is next to the pool it is missing that Thailand holiday feel. Breakfast is Average at best but the A La carte menus is better. Hotel staff are friendly and welcoming. The local area is pretty basic but Phuket old town is 20-25 minutes away and I would recommend renting a scooter (hotel staff can help).

hotel look new from the outside but the inside is average only, shower head is the fixed one, so you can’t take it out, kinda inconvenient.

It's not a terrible location, but there are residential houses all around the hotel and it is not a destination resort.
The service is above par for Asia, but don't expect a server to walk to your beach chair around the pool and ask you if you need anything. You will have to initiate all interactions with staff. They have not come to me and checked if I needed anything. However, they are very responsive once you tell them you need something.
The breakfast was mediocre. I don't eat processed meats, so I stuck with the fruit and some traditionally Thai dinner options that I found delightful for breakfast. Phad See Ew Gai for instance. 😋
The pool is great and I enjoyed it immensely.
I can definitely see myself coming back here again for a nice relaxing weekend. Like all places here in thailand, once they start getting to know you they will relax a little bit more and you should get more traditional western hotel service.
They have a conference center here and I noticed two separate little conferences going on while I was here.

You get what you pay for. The cleanliness was ok but that’s about it. Staff completely uninterested when it comes to anything asides from their phones. Breakfast well sub-par; many things missing at 8:30 am but even though lots of staff present no one seemed to have the time to check. Restaurant slow and open when they feel like it. So called fitness room is a treadmill in a non-aircon office.
