A great hotel with a super location and a very helpful staff.
We had one of the best stays here.
The best best part, unlimited snacks & drinks in our room, like WOW.
A 7/11 bang opposite to it.
If you walk a few metres to the right, there is a laundry room on the left.
And if you take left, then at junction take a right, you'll reach Indy Market, Sunday night market... Walk a little ahead, beautiful area of Phuket old town.
Very near to this mall named Limelight (great for food)

The stay started with a great gesture by the staff offering us the Suite room for all 3 nights instead of our booked Deluxe room for 2 nights and Suite room for our 3rd night. The staff were very warm and welcoming. This hotel is beautiful with old town charms and extremely well located. It is a 5 mins walking distance from the main old Town with 7/11 just opposite to it and lots of eating options. Hotel is very well maintained, few scope for improvement in the fitness centre (which has a great view of the town btw). Rooms offer water and soft drinks as well.
All in all a wonderful stay and I will 100 % recommend.

What an amazing hotel and such beautiful room. I never expected the room to be this good at such reasonable price. I was literally surprised and enjoyed my stay here. Highly recommended if you’re planning to stay in the old town.

Highly recommended if you are staying in city, the hotel is in the middle of the city, walkable distance for everything. The best part is complimentary mini bar, they fill up every day and it’s free of cost, the rooms are very good, very clean rooms. Must visit

We had a wonderful experience at Sino House Hotel! The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, and well-maintained with daily room service. A special highlight was the complimentary mini-bar, which was a lovely touch.
The housekeeping staff did an excellent job every day, ensuring everything was in perfect condition. I must particularly thank the hotel staff for their honesty and efficiency. My father-in-law accidentally left his gold ring in the room after we checked out, and the team went above and beyond to arrange its delivery to our next hotel in Bangkok promptly.
Such exceptional service and care are rare to find. I highly recommend Sino House Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable place to stay.

Very clean and good service all over. The staff are acting very professional and helpfull.

The nearby Raintree Spa is really worth visiting.

Nice hotel, with a decent size rooms, that have some style.
Advantages-
-location easy to walk around
-Free parking
-50 percent discount on regular raintree spa that make you stay for free if you ise it:) (90 minutes hot oil massage highly reccomended) spa clean and massaur professional.
- not bad breakfast (but don't expect something special)
Disadvantages:
- stuff speak not that good english especially housekeepers.
- aircon efficient , but extremely noisy , extremely even in earplugs could be heard like a combine:) also could not be adjusted on desirable way of work either too cold or warm.

Worth the money you paid. Big clean rooms. the welcome drink is at the nice glass house. free parking for hotel guess, free drinks in the room.friendly staffs. We enjoy our stay here .

very good big clean room and very close to city center. have car parking space , massage spa, and good breakfast. but cant really use hotel wifi when ever enter youtube. other than that its every good.
