Location: 40 km from airport in Phuket, 1 km from the centre of Patong beach (Patong beach entertainment centre), in the South of Patong Bay, in a private Tri Trang Bay.
Consists of a complex 3-storey buildings set around the swimming pools.

The hotel has 414 rooms.
Beach: private sandy beach on-site public beach in 30 m from hotel, the first coastal line. The length of the beach - 150 m, Umbrellas, sunbeds – no towels – free of charge.

I recently had the pleasure of staying with them, and I must say it was an outstanding experience. The hotel was perfect in every aspect, from the comfortable accommodations to the excellent amenities.

Stayed at this hotel for our 25th wedding anniversary! Where do I start, the hotel just could not do enough for us. They made every day special is so many ways including special. Gifts in our room to cake at breakfast. Whilst at the hotel, we renewed our vows on the hotels private beach at sunset, Nina and her team bent over backwards to accommodate our needs, with lights, candle and dinners it was magical! They even played our wedding song! See pic.
The rooms are amazing and the location is spot on, the hotel offers a free bus into Phuket.
The staff cannot be commended enough, they are polite and greet you with a hello and a smile! It’s impressive.
The food and entertainment are 5*, we loved the Italian restaurant but the Thai boxing and buffet was outstanding!!!

From the moment we stepped into the hotel and throughout every single moment afterward.
We were a couple with children aged 2 and 3.5, and we have never experienced such outstanding service! Every single member of the staff, without exception, went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable.
We chose the "all-inclusive" package, which was absolutely worth it!
Every meal and every drink we had was served with genuine care and at the highest standard.
We didn’t want to leave the hotel!

This is a really wonderful hotel. The staff are the best feature and they go out of their way to be kind, efficient and friendly. Rooms are always clean and the facilities are varied, fun and well maintained. Our breakfasts were amazing. Beautiful foods that covered a variety of cultures. Wouldn’t hesitate to return here.

This was such a beautiful and relaxing trip!
The food quality is one of the BEST I’ve ever had and we travel a lot! Service was top notch every once is so kind and caring. We really want to acknowledge Patty, she’s a server extraordinaire! We have 6 restaurants and she has the “eyes of an eagle”…sees everything within the whole restaurant while giving excellent service at the same time!
Move to California Patty and I will hire you!!!

Friends came to town and wanted to stay here. This was my first experience with an all-inclusive resort in Phuket. Amazing service during the entire stay and one of the best breakfast buffets I've had in Thailand. Cute private beach with a house reef for snorkeling or diving. Only wish is that one of the 3 pools was adults only.

The staffs are really so nice and friendly, Nina at beach grill restaurant served us patiently and took great care of my baby girl. Also, Alkin at the reception is passionate and considerate too. More than that, the room is comfortable while the food is delicious.

Super great service from all the staff especially from Nina! Highly recommend if you want a hotel that has great amenities and activities for the whole family. I would definitely come back again. There’s lots of restaurants to choose from at the property. Wonderful time here overall.

This place was incredible! I’d only recommend getting the all inclusive package though, otherwise it would be super expensive. If you have the all inclusive package then you can enjoy the whole resort and all its restaurants as much as you want without worrying about money. The pools are absolutely huge and there are THREE of them!!! Was such a beautiful place to stay, sunset at the rum shack was just beautiful, the lovely rooms and beautiful food.. the pool bar was fun. The kids just LOVED it (ages 8 & 10)…just amazing. I’d go back again without skipping a beat 💖
