Lavinia Apart & Hotel

The experience was very bad in this hotel. Firstly, the staff were very unwelcoming. We than went to our room which was obviously very hot, and we noticed there was only 1 AC in the whole apartment, we could not find the remote so we went to the reception for help and they stated we had to pay £60 for it. We payed for the remote and turned on the AC, which was in bad condition. Me and my family (4 people) had to sleep and sit in one room because it was the only one with air conditioning. Secondly, we found the bedsheets and the blankets to be dirty with holes in them. Thirdly, the hairdryer had a wire sticking out which was near the sink, which i find very unsafe. The insulator in the bathroom was not working and there was no windows, therefore it would get very stuffy after taking a shower. Lastly, 5 days after staying there they were discriminatory towards us. Me and my kids came back from outside and we were asked about our room number by the receptionist for no reason when waiting for the elevator, and I noticed that nobody else in the lobby had been asked this question other than us. He than proceeds to look us up in the system and states he is asking this question for 'security', and when we asked what kind of security he does not explain. We have been treated like this even though we respected all the hotels policy and did nothing wrong or suspicious. I took photos as evidence for the things I talked about. We were extremely unhappy with our stay in Lavinia Apart hotel.

We stay there one week. No cleaning, no wc-paper, no clean towels, no clean bed linens, no garbage disposal. It was promised on the tour operators website. It wasn't True. Terrible. Only hamam was good. Newer that place.

Me and my husband was there for one week. When we came they gave us a room where the Internet didnt work. Klima didnt work. And the most nasty of it all was that is was so extremely dirty!! Out towles and bed sheets wasnt clean. There was alot of insects like beard. The toilet altså was so nasty that i cant explaine it. And the worst of all, there was kockroaches daily in the bathroom. We talked with the staff alot of times, but he didnt even bother. Everything costed extra, aircondition, internett, and the list goes on. The internett didnt work at all on our room and they wouldnt ever pay us back for the internett. The liste is so long!! This is a very bad hotel and no good service.
