- No toiletries but it is kinda expected - it is a cheap aparthotel. Should really have 2 stars. Not nearly 3! The shower holder was broken.The ceiling in the bathroom was leaking water. No lightbulbs in the kitchen. No chairs in the kitchen. Towels and linen are worn out with holes. The floor was dirty

This is my second stay here. I'm very impressed with the staff. They are very friendly. The guy working nights has become a good friend.
The rooms are clean in surface area, could be a bit better in vents and corners, but feels overall good. You have to buy toiletpaper, but not to expensive. Very good food from a clean kitchen.
I will come back many times :)

Very good staff and cosy town hotel near beach and city center.

The cleaning personell is so sweet and they are doing a good job. The rooms are clean and the beds are quite good for the low standard they have generally. It is really more like a two star hotel, but the pool is very nice and seems clean. So that is more 3 or 4 stars. The employees doesn't speak english which can be a bit tricky. The negative is that we had an ant infestation in our room and they didn't seem to care about it. The employees are not very friendly. The tried to hassle us for a special deal on the breakfast for a week, AND THEY CHARGE EXTRA FOR EVERYTHING! Even though it says it was included in the brochure wi-fi, aircondition, safe deposit box and even toilet paper is extra. And not cheap either. That was really annoying!

The air conditioner was EXTREMELY NOISY and they refused to change my room for no reason, I ended up sleeping in my friend's room.
The hotel is not really clean, old and the guy in reception (night shift) was very RUDE and UNFRIENDLY, didn't smile, I felt like I am checking in prison not hotel

The rooms are poor, service in the reception is catastrophic. Did not have change when we paid cash, and the guy working did not know how to operate the cardmachine. Roomcleaning is not everyday. Did not get fresh towels when I used up mine.

I spent a week at Lavinia Apart Hotel and I got staff and very knowledgeable and service very and fast. The hotel was just the right size. ? Thanks.
