The location of this hotel is good. Nice pool. The room was old and the bathroom was terrible. The window and toilet was broken.
The staff was not friendly. They was arrogant and not helpful at all. The pool restaurant served okay food, but the restaurant in the evening was terrible. The staff who served around the pool was very helpful and friendly.

Not nice staff at the reception. I was given rude response regarding visiting my parents who stayed at this hotel.

I would totally recommend Club Sidar.
Nice appartments and they clean it everyday.
They have 2 pools.
1 medium to big size with warm water and 1 small to medium size with cold water.
Its a little bit out of the centrum of Alanya but there is a taxi stop right outside.
Lots of shops , restaurants and supermarkets around te corner.
The beach is around 5 till 10 minutes in walking distance.
We are definitely coming back!

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The staff charged extra for bed sheets and towels, as well as for air conditioning and WiFi. The washroom was broken, the window wouldn't close properly, and the kitchen tools were in awful condition. This place is not suitable for families. I do not recommend it.

Rooms are okay, wish the blankets would be more comfortable, and more outlets to charge phones. The shower looked old and disgusting. And the water makes your skin feel kind of sticky
Pretty good view from our room, but the traffic is loud and there's a school right next to the hotel that plays music every once in a while.
There isn't a lot of food options for breakfast.
The pools are nice and in good condition.
The staff/janitors were SMOKING on a NON SMOKING FLOOR causing our whole room and the Hallway to smell really bad!!
Update: got food poisoning, had to go to the hospital, I suspect it's from the hotel restaurant since I heard other guests also got sick the same day.
