Location is perfect: right in front of the beach and only 10 minutes to town. Food is exceptional good: different recipes for every lunch and dinner. Lovely hotel and lovely resort. Shame the food wasn't particularly good and the manner of service in the restaurant was something we've never had before. The hotel allowed the guests to put towels on sunbeds at 5.30am. Hotel is nice, near beach. Rooms are not wow, issues with air conditioner and a lot of things are broken. Staff is super friendly willing to help you and assist. Their English is not so good when you compare it with their Russian. Food is okay, usually the same every day with nice terrace to eat. I do not like elevators in this hotel but roof bar is pretty amazing.

Absolutely fantastic place to stay at. The staff is super nice, the food is amazing, it's very close to the beach (and it has a proper beach side, not one of those wooden/metal ones with a ladder leading into the sea). Always got served cold refreshments at the beach bar, which cannot be said about all the hotels in Alanya, all in all a great experience.

We've had a lovely time at Kaila beech hotel in Alanya. The food is lovely, rooms are very modern and clean. The staff are excellent. We had an all inclusive package and have really enjoyed staying at the Hotel and Alanya. We felt safe and the covid measures are great here.
