The location of this hotel is good. Nice pool. The room was old and the bathroom was terrible. The window and toilet was broken. The staff was not friendly. They was arrogant and not helpful at all. The pool restaurant served okay food, but the restaurant in the evening was terrible. The staff who served around the pool was very helpful and friendly.

Rooms are okay, wish the blankets would be more comfortable, and more outlets to charge phones. The shower looked old and disgusting. Quiet, Relaxing, Simple with large very clean swimming pool. Air con not so great. Could not cool whole apartment in summer. No dishwashiing liquid to clean your dishes. Very high bath tub sides to climb into for a shower. Not good if you are short. About a 7 minute walk to main boulevard.

The rooms are not very dirty, they put daily necessities (towels, pillows, kitchen utensils, etc.) I can't say that the pool is clean, the internet only works in the lobby, the beds are comfortable but unfortunately there is no hot water in the bathroom

This is my second stay here. I'm very impressed with the staff. They are very friendly. The guy working nights has become a good friend. The rooms are clean in surface area, could be a bit better in vents and corners, but feels overall good. You have to buy toiletpaper, but not to expensive. Very good food from a clean kitchen. I will come back many times :)

No toiletries but it is kinda expected - it is a cheap aparthotel. Should really have 2 stars. Not nearly 3! The shower holder was broken.The ceiling in the bathroom was leaking water. We stayed at hma hotel and suites in June, for our sons 18th birthdays. The rooms were immaculately clean. Loved how each room had separate balconies, so even though we were sharing rooms with our boys it felt like we weren't so it was lovely to have our own space. HMA otel was an absolute gem. Its location was fantastic, centrally situated close to both the beach and the city's attractions. I love this hotel, and have used it 2-3 times a year, for 6 years now. A small hotel, with perfect location and alanya’s best view. On one side, you can see castle. And on the other, you see the I love alanya sign. What’s not to love? The staff is super helpful, and the rooms are exactly like the pictures. I am very pleased, and can’t wait to be back 2 months later.

October 2022: check-in was easy. Got a studio from streetside. A little of traffic noise,but actually was better than a view to the sea. Happened to be so warm/hot that temperature was quite good. Friendly and helpful staff. Bathrooms could use a bit more cleaning. Also one small (and very slow) elevator for such a big hotel can be a problem sometimes for older people. We didn’t have a problem using staircase for 6th floor, but we did see some mothers having to go with the trolly by staircase when the elevator was stuck

Very nice apartment Hotel in a close distance to Cleopatra beach. Rooms said all facilities in the hotel are very clean. How tall is a cheap and we made a reservation at booking.com.

Really nice hotel. It's new, has a nice design, everything is fresh. Staff is super friendly (really, rockstars, have never seen friendlier!), good and tasty breakfast. We've stayed here for 1.5 weeks for a remote work, and it's a bit sad to leave. Good soundproof. Definitely recommend this place. One small minus - pillow is a bit uncomfortable, but it's really minor one.

Hotel is a brand new and perfectly clean. The room had everything for a comfort stay. 3 minutes walk to the beach, a perfect own restaurant. The staff is friendly and helpful.

That’s awesome new hotel. Walking to the Kleopatra beach takes 5 or less minutes. There are nearly several mini-markets and one big migross. The staff is friendly and helpful. In august 2021 the bar was closed but I think after opening it will be more comfortable.

Amazing apart hotel and place to stay. It's all new inside, just recently renovated with a style and quality. Contrary to many hotels, here rooms are quiet and comfortable. It's very well located, just 2 minutes walk to the beach and 10mins to city center, and everything you need is just around. Highly recommend.

This is the second time we have stayed in this hotel. What a friendly staff here. You have everything in walking distance, which is a few meters on the beach. You are in the middle of the centre restaurant area completely full. Absolutely must for anyone with a family or a couple. Hygiene is number 1 here.

We had a lovely stay. Employee were kind and they always help us. I had one problem with guest and Ulaş and Samet (employee) did everything to solved it. The room was nice and clean. Food was delicious. We like Ahmed. He was offering tattoes and he was really friendly. If you have some problem he will also help you. Probably, we will come back next year.

My sister and I stayed here ..... basic lovely clean apartments, stayed 8 nights and cleaners came in 3 times during our stay . All staff friendly and helpful . Excellent location for all amenities beach over the road supermarket nearby, shops and bars 5 mins away .....fabulous food at 'one love reggae bar' just around the corner

The hotel is very good for the money. Rooms are nice and clean. The beach is enjoyable but quite small. Several thing could be improved, though. First, WiFi is free only in the hotel lobby, and there is a daily fee to use it in the room. Second, the restaurant could use some experienced waiters and more variety in meals would certainly be great.

Great place! The rooms were large, clean and fresh and the pool area, although small, was kept clean and nice. Staff was really friendly and helpful. The walk down to the beach only takes five minutes, and there are lots of shops, cafés and restaurants in the area. If we ever go back to Alanya we would stay here again.

the hotel is clean, the staff is ok, though some seem to make the job boring. Good food but a little tasteless. Food repeats from day to day with very little change, but quite good. Swimming pool, among others. a water slide. Overall, the hotel can be recommended.

Ok hotel. Needs a few no smoking tables. People smoke everywhere and both kids and non smoking adults have to sit in the smoke both when eating and when sitting at pool. Kind staff, rooms are ok. Food is really nice!
