Its an average hotel,the food is inedible in my opinion. The afternoon snack is the left overs from breakfast but,they show pics off burger and chips which in the week we were there we never seen a chip. The rooms are comfortable. Bathroom facilities up to standard. Beach is just few steps away. The staff at reception speaks little English but that is due to majority of guests being German or Russian and in a long term it is not an issue. We love this place. The most caring staff ever. Animation programme was wonderful. Cuisine is delicious. The only thing which is problem is the entrance to the sea. But You can use the pier. Be prepared that there is a depth so it is not best choice for children. This hotel has so many pluses that is it is definitely worth to visit.

İ have a holiday in this hotel in July 2017. The hotel is super! The location is convenient, near the center, cafes, disco. The food is very good, there is no big choice in food, nobody will be hungry. The rooms are just WOW. Larger and spacious. Very nice and polite staff. I hope, I will return to this hotel. Out of 10 I put 9 points. 1 point is taken because of bad Internet in the hotel.

Small family hotel with simple rooms, simple but nice Turkish food and pleasant service, near the centre of Alanya town and very nice beach Cleopatra.

There is a cafe nearby where people relax all night and sing songs loudly, making it impossible to sleep. The maid is simply making the bed. stones and sand in the room are removed only after you leave the room.

Nice hotel few meters from beach just cross the road. Great selection of breakfast with amazing croasants. Free coffe and team Fruit like plum, apple pear and anothers provided every day. Cleaning of room, towels and water is provided every day. Location is great, lot of groceries, restaurants and another shops around.

The food and the location are fine for a 3* hotel, but the cleanliness of the room is horrible! The hotel employs only two cleaning workers and it shows: the bed sheets and towels were not changed regularly; the mirrors, the shower and the balcony were not cleaned at all!

Nice beach and pool. Our room had a big crack by the door, and they forgot to clean it one day. It was also quite loud from the hotel next door. So overral not such a good experience. The food at the restaurant was pretty good, but there was a spider in my food the first day.

Warning! Please be careful when booking budget/economy room. This room is located at the stairs which is the smallest room I have ever experienced. It does not have a balcony and the room is so small that you have 40cm around the bed to walk. Opening large suitcase is not even possible.
