Very good value for the price. The hotel is next to the beach, you don't even need to cross the road. The ~20 sunbed at pool area are free of charge, but they are occupied whole day, so be fast in the morning. The breakfast and the diner is OK. Upper levels of the building are better because of safety

The location is good and the view is very good if you get a room with sea view. Food is not that good and it’s not up to an average Turkish food. We lost the room key (card) one night and they charged us €5 for an alternative key! It is a city hotel and of course the territory is extremely small. But I think the beach is the best in Alania. The rooms are also small but very comfortable, though. Reception workers are helpful, and waiters are fast and smiling. Food is ok. Cleaning is very good. And they have shampoos and shower gels in the hotel🥰 when you pack light - it matters. It's a really nice hotel, the rooms are clean and nice, their family rooms, the big ones are very nice, and the staff is very helpful. There was a bit of a mix up with our rooms but we were impressed when the owner of the hotel got involved and got everything sorted especially when the air conditioning broke.

The rooms are comfortable. Bathroom facilities up to standard. Beach is just few steps away. The staff at reception speaks little English but that is due to majority of guests being German or Russian and in a long term it is not an issue. 100% worth the money. Silent, cheap place to sleep near the beach with conditioner. Cleanness is not on the top, but at least towels are changed every day. Breakfast is boring but standard.

Small family hotel with simple rooms, simple but nice Turkish food and pleasant service, near the centre of Alanya town and very nice beach Cleopatra.

There is a cafe nearby where people relax all night and sing songs loudly, making it impossible to sleep. The maid is simply making the bed. stones and sand in the room are removed only after you leave the room.

Its an average hotel,the food is inedible in my opinion. The afternoon snack is the left overs from breakfast but,they show pics off burger and chips which in the week we were there we never seen a chip. Its extremely greasy and the stray cats wouldnt eat the meat that they were serving us. I overheard an english group saying the food in jail was better. They dont hav any diet drinks which is ridiculous...

We stayed in this hotel for 12 nights . Hotel was clean enough, good food, 3 mins walk to the beach. Swimming pool was quite small with one waterslide . Big thanks to all enthusiastic staff who made stay really enjoyable,and relaxing .

The food and the location are fine for a 3* hotel, but the cleanliness of the room is horrible! The hotel employs only two cleaning workers and it shows: the bed sheets and towels were not changed regularly; the mirrors, the shower and the balcony were not cleaned at all!

Small but quite recently updated hotel. Unfortunately the bathroom in the room smelled of sewage the whole time, with the smell coming up from all the drains. My first experience with an all inclusive concept. Food should vary more, it's quite the same all the time, and there is a lot of old food where they add something to it and make it a new dish. Rooms are average and we had a room with an AC over the bed, you cannot sleep with it running. Not my choice again. The hotel has two parts. The main part is renovated and new. Our accommodation was in the non-renovated part. We had a problem with hot water, but it was solved quickly. The food is unpretentious. Warning! Please be careful when booking budget/economy room. This room is located at the stairs which is the smallest room I have ever experienced. It does not have a balcony and the room is so small that you have 40cm around the bed to walk. Opening large suitcase is not even possible. Ive been to this hotel twice but seriously they have improved a lot . First time was hell then they gave me a complementary stay and its like a new place, plus it is 100m away from the sea.
