Villa Sunflower Hotel - All Inclusive

Nice clean hotel Lots of lovely hotel cats who are friendly, sleep all day and come out at nighttime. They are well cared for. We stayed in a room in the other side of the road which is where the spa and where you exchange your towels and gym are located. There is a small bar that has soft drinks and beers and hot drinks but they are only open around 10-5. Unfortunately there was no food, snacks or cocktails there. You have to go through a tunnel with lots of steps to get to the main building or walk across the road which is easier. Cocktails were crap! No menu and certainly not frozen ones as in the pictures. They literally just mix something up for you. Bar closes at Ilpm otherwise you have to pay for your drinks after that time. You can only get cocktails from the bar above the pool. Food is ok, boring after a while as it seemed to be the same most nights with a twist. Thank god for dominoes for my boy who missed the occasion pizza which was only a short walk away. Twister icecreams served daily from 3.30-4.30 only which were fabulous. I visited the hammam which I would highly recommend well worth a visit. The staff again were lovely. We arrived at 3am after a 2 hour transfer from the airport and were greeted by 2 older gentlemen at reception which were so nice and helped us to our rooms. The staff over the other side of the building where we stayed were lovely too. Unfortunately not much to do for my nearly teenager and entertainment was ok when it was on. In a 7 day period I saw 4 shows. Pretty boring hotel in my opinion for kids, but perfect for a nice relaxing and chilled holiday.

When we checked in, they gave us a room in a different building. It still belongs to the hotel, but it seems like it was added later.
The hotel waiters are friendly and understanding, and the food is decent.

The pool isn't allowed after 7:00 PM.
When I returned the day I checked out and told them I forgot my charger, they weren't very attentive.
After I insisted, they called someone to ask and said it wasn't in my room.
So, don't trust the service staff.

You can rent the safe in your room for the day; otherwise, they don't take responsibility for lost items.
The hotel has a beach, but there's a charge for sun loungers and umbrellas.

Lovely hotel, very clean, staff very friendly, always managed to get a sun bed, food was also good, always managed to find something to eat, great location. Hussain was very welcoming and helpful. Beach and marina were a 20 minute walk away.

Our stay at Villa Sunflower was very pleasant and relaxing. The atmosphere was relaxed, the staff very friendly, and everything was clean and well organized. We felt completely at home – a very good hotel that we would happily recommend!

I was blown away with this hotel. Best vacation ever for such a normal price. The food quality is amazing and so many different options to choose from. Usually the desserts in all inclusive hotels only look good but they also tasted amazing. The hotel's cleanliness is top notch, they are always cleaning. Our room on the 6th floor had an amazing view to the mountains. The room was also very clean and comfortable. Service was amazing, all the people spoke good English. And the guests were mainly British, Scandinavian and German (a huge plus!). Location is very good, many shops nearby. And the cats! So many cats, which I really appreciated 🥹 They were so cute and friendly. And on top of everything - this hotel has the best gym I've ever seen in a hotel before. It had everything I needed for a good workout.

Excellent hotel in the city center, several swimming pools, there is a spa. You can go to the sauna and sauna. The rooms are large and clean. The hotel has mostly European guests. The food is delicious, the drinks are good. The service is excellent.
