I was blown away with this hotel. Best vacation ever for such a normal price. The food quality is amazing and so many different options to choose from. Usually the desserts in all inclusive hotels only look good but they also tasted amazing. The hotel's cleanliness is top notch, they are always cleaning. Our room on the 6th floor had an amazing view to the mountains. The room was also very clean and comfortable. Service was amazing, all the people spoke good English. And the guests were mainly British, Scandinavian and German (a huge plus!). Location is very good, many shops nearby. And the cats! So many cats, which I really appreciated 🥹 They were so cute and friendly. And on top of everything - this hotel has the best gym I've ever seen in a hotel before. It had everything I needed for a good workout.

Just come back from a week staying in this hotel and it is very basic.
The food is sub-par but what you'd expect from an all inclusive..
Staff aren't very welcoming when approached.
I injured myself on day 2 of my holiday to which I asked for the first aid kit from reception, I was met with a blank expression and an almost reluctance to help me despite bleeding badly from my foot.
The room was not clean as shown in pictures,
Curtains were all marked and ripped,
Bathroom smelt funny,
Balcony doors were open when returning to the room despite closing them prior.
Entertainment wasn't to my liking but that's personal preference..
A few live dancers with music that was way too loud
The town of Alanya is lovely, cheap to eat out (I recommend Good Vibes Restaurant) but unfortunately this hotel did disappoint.
I was supposed to be put in a superior room but this was clearly not the case and as such, I would not recommend staying at this hotel if you value your holiday experiences
From my perspective and the treatment received- I would pursue some form of refund as this was really poor from the initial start of the checking in process.

Visited some family staying at this hotel. Firstly, I was unable to access the hotel due to the very high kerbs outside with my wheelchair. The ramps in the hotel were steep, so I was unable to use them without assistance. I was told the rooms and service were acceptable to the food moderate. The hotel was very busy and noisy as it was on the school holidays. Personally, I would not stop here as it is a little way to Alaya centre and in the middle of what seams a rough residential area.

I really liked how the hotel workers communicated with us and shared information. The hotel workers always smiled and we had no problems. I liked that you could eat several times a day and the There was also a good view of the city from the room window. was very tasty. The room was a good size for two people and there was air conditioning. There was also a good view of the city from the room window. My favourite hotel worker was Mert.

The reception man who is name Mert he is positive and friendly. The hotel is in center of Alanya we like this hotel because if this we are here second time ,the all stuff are nice. Food and drink , cleaning are good. Thanks all of you, thanks also Freda ,:)

Arrived at 23.30 , Asked behind desk for possibly some food and something to drink and was told Finished ! Didn’t even point us in right Direction. Not a good start !
6 days into or 10 day stay 9 out of ten of us got food poisoning from what we don’t know it was the fact that a friend of ours went to the reception desk early hours too get water and was given 200ml and he said that was it no more he explained that both of them was ill and still didn’t give them more !!
Bar staff were incredibly Rude as a group of ten ten drinks at a time we did explain this but he swore at us we presume ! In Turkish . The food didn’t cater for our liking breakfast was random I would say they cater for Germans and Russians more than the English tbh
The little market is fantastic and the man who runs it is polite and welcoming..
I wouldn’t return too this hotel as we had a very bad experience beware !

We had a lovely stay. Employee were kind and they always help us. I had one problem with guest and Ulaş and Samet (employee) did everything to solved it. The room was nice and clean. Food was delicious. We like Ahmed. He was offering tattoes and he was really friendly. If you have some problem he will also help you. Probably, we will come back next year.

Great service! The team is very friendly and kind. We certainly enjoyed all the delicious food prepared by executive chef Deniz Ünal. The entertainment at the evening was outstanding. What a great experencience. We will certainly come back. Thanks for all the hospitality and service!

The hotel is very "domestic", the staff is helpful and positive, very friendly to the children. The food is amazing, you can find everything you want: the healthy food and the tasty food😊 Big thanks to the Chef and his team - the guys know what to do👍
