Lovely hotel. Very friendly and polite staff. And the location is amazing. We spent 2 nights here as a family and will definitely come back!

The staff are very friendly, helpful and always with a true smile. The hotel is now my go-to-place in Ankara and I understand that a renovation is in the planning stage.

Was very good 40-50 years ago. Very good location but It needs renovation yesterday. The staff is more than friendly. Food for breakfast quite scarce.

A hotel in a perfect location: The streets behind the hotel are full of nice bars, restaurants and shops. The hotel itself is very clean, the breakfast was great outside in the morning sun, the staff was very friendly- especially the room service. Highly recommended.

This hotel in no shape or form meets the requirements for a 4-star hotel. The hotel is old, dead, and rundown. Breakfast selection is very limited. The heater inside our room was not working properly and most of the time blowing hot air out. The only reason I give 2 stars to this hotel is for friendly and hospitable staff.

The location is why you should book this place. It is close to all the embassies, and there are seemingly endless lively pubs and restaurants behind the hotel. The hotel itself is on Ataturk blvd which manages to escape crippling traffic around rush hours.
My room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Great water pressure. The service and the staff are great. Breakfast is passable.
The hotel and the rooms are dated. The sound insulation is very poor. We could hear every passing vehicle on the road below. I was occasionally woken up by louder vehicles.

I have mixed feeling about this property. Hotel is really old. Literally old. The furnitures, taps, bed, the building and ironically the staffs are too - these are not my complaint as there was some beauty to it and I really enjoyed it. Even the light bulbs are the old type ( not energy saving led light) so you can get some vibe of 1980 maybe. Now my issues, the breakfast is very limited. The room was not properly light. We faced issues while checking out early morning as we couldn’t see our stuffs. We had to use our mobile lights to find things. The washroom taps need replacement. It shuts of by itself. The ac/ heater was not working. There’s no air circulation for that reason. We felt sick staying at hotel room. The location is great though. I would really advise the management to have a complete revamp and still maintaining that antique charm.

This is the second time that I visit this hotel. The employees are very nice and friendly (like many Turkish people). The hotel itself is a little bit old but cozy and exactly in front of the US embassy. Therefore if you need to pay a visit to the embassy this hotel is the best choice. Because of the Covid-19 and health protocols the breakfasts are not as splurge as it was since my last visit in summer of 2019. The rooms are clean, no sign of dirt but as aforementioned a little old. This hotel is very good if you need walking access to the main parts of the city and specially if you are on a business trip. Finally, at the reception desk there is a tall gentleman with receding hairline that is very professional and helpful and understanding through difficulties that you might face during your visit.
I recommend if you don't mind a cozy (and a little old) hotel on Ataturk Blvd. Hotel Best is a very good choice.

This is a very old hotel, just Ok. Since it's very close to the US embassy it's very good otherwise I wouldn't pay $50 for this hotel.
