During my stay I was wondering how you call yourselves 4 stars however the facilities are very normal at 2 star was not available such as toothbrush, cream brush, tissues, dirty glasses, dirty bathroom
So I gave you totally 2 stars which indicates your job perfectly.

My experience at this hotel was nothing short of a nightmare. From the manager to the staff, it felt like everyone was involved in a well-coordinated scam. They initially quoted me one price over the phone, but upon arrival, the cost doubled. When I questioned the discrepancy, they were uncooperative and even threatened to involve the authorities. This behavior seemed particularly targeted towards foreigners, who may face even higher charges.

Be sure to ask about any additional fees for services upfront, as they overcharge for everything. One of the most absurd charges was for a dirty towel. Despite cleaning the towel ourselves, they still insisted on charging us. I've never stayed anywhere where I had to clean my own towels, let alone pay for them afterward.

One receptionist, Cancel, made our stay particularly uncomfortable by persistently seeking us out, even in the cafeteria, to demand payment. We also entrusted our car to their parking service, only to discover that several items were missing from both our vehicle and our room. We didn’t realize the extent of the theft until after we had left the town.

During our two-night stay, I was traveling with my elderly mother, who is unable to walk. They provided only one wheelchair, which was broken and led to her injuring her foot. Despite this, the staff offered no assistance or even an apology.

This is by far the most dishonest hotel I have ever encountered. If you value your safety and peace of mind, I strongly urge you to avoid this place.
