Customer service is bad,furnitures are old ,internet is not working and break fast is not good too I don’t recommend to anyone

The bed was not comfortable at all. But the location is the best.

Very affordable, great location, friendly service, great breakfast. They lost a star because parking is hectic. You have to pull up to the lobby first in very heavy traffic and the bellboy should travel with you to another and open the parking lot gate for you. I believe they should thoroughly describe this in their listing.

This hotel is not being operated professionally. Internet did not work in the room because their router was far away or internet does not work at all, the reason was not clear to me. Overall condition of the room was not good; furnitures are old, even the housekeeping tries its best to clean; furnitures are very old and can not be cleaned very good. Worst part was the breakfast. Even the employees were nice I can not say anything good about it, cheeses look like 1 week old and tomates were rotten. Tee is a joke! I am very dissapointed, therefore overall only 1 star! Hotel owner is awful , he is disrespectful does not know to run a hotel!. Forget about this hotel, I do not understand 5 stars for this hotel. I booked because of the good reviews (self-marketing?), but I have seen afterwards that there are new & professional hotels for the same or cheaper price nearby.

the location is perfect there is everything around they are 2 male recepcionist one is very bad and the other one is very good the recepcionist sahir was soo helpfull he help me with everything i had problems with my phone and he help me talk with the store i made business he is a great recepcionist !! thank you sahir !you made me believe there are still good persons in ankara ! from carmen

Another hotel would upgrade the guests at least for the internet problems but they did not! I am very dissapointed, therefore overall only 1 star! Hotel manager is awful, he tried to yell at me instead of apologize at phone because I wrote a claim letter about this! Forget about this hotel, I do not understand 5 stars for this hotel.

I stayed here for up to ten days and their is nothing bad happened during my stay .
