Where to stay with pets in Ankara

During the buffet breakfast, I found a long hair in the cheese, which completely ruined my appetite. Despite reporting this immediately to the staff, the incident left a lasting negative impression

Excellent service at this hotel. Everyone member of staff is so attentive and helpful. The breakfast has some of the best options I've had at hotels. The facilities (gym, spa and pools) are clean and open late

Ayse has been a spectacular person at the hotel making sure all our parties needs are taken care of. She anticipates our needs before we even say anything. 10/10 highly recommended.

There are a lot of apartment blocks, so you need to see which one is closest to the hotel lobby. It does have ironing and laundry service, as well as other services

The hotel is filled with great staff. It's a big place with nice apartments. However if you don't have a car it's a bit long to walk to your apartment

It is my second time at the Grand Ankara Hotel. It is very comfortable. Besides the very important people you see in the lobby (that may make you nervous) it is very nice . Especially The Swimming Pool !!!

I would give the staff and the restaurant a 5 stars but the room is 3 or below, the corridor carpet is very old and in bad condition, the room and the bathroom condition is way below the standard of 4 stars hotel, but the location is great and the restaurant is so good, the breakfast is one of the best

The bed was cozy, and I had a restful sleep without any disturbances. The location was also convenient, making it easy to get around and explore the area

This place is epic! From the front desk to the concierge to the massages and restaurant. You must try Brasserie for dinner followed by the jazz club downstairs. A massage by Nila literally fixed by frozen neck and back

As for me - the best place to stay in Ankara. A beautiful hotel where classic meet modern. Perfect cleanliness, good breakfast and great location. If you’ll get upper floor, the view on the city will be amazing

The Location was perfect, right next to VFS Global centre in Turkey. I had an appointment with them the next day and I just strolled in from Meyra Palace hotel. The cheese burger was heavenly

The hotel management has taken care of very small things such as early checkin at half price for too early arrivals, we arrived at 4 AM and they gladly accommodated us with 1/2 cost of additional day

Latanya Hotel was great, stayed there for 5 days had an indoor pool, had a spa salon which was closed at the day of my visit, had many amenities in our room, our beds were pretty comfy, there was a vintage and modern-look combined together

The rooms are not very big, but they are clean and adequate. The gym is not very big, but it is sufficient, the number and variety of sports equipment is good. A hotel to be recommended, especially its breakfast

I recently stayed at the Point Hotel and it was truly a remarkable experience! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, the room was spacious and beautifully decorated, and the amenities were top-notch, the food at the on-site restaurant was delicious

The room was very clean and usable were in sealed bags. Breakfast was top of the range, anything one can really wish. The staff at the restaurant had a very impressive manner, very polite and attentive

First time I stayed in Ankara, and the experience was made first class. All started with a smile by the reception staff, very surprised with the cleaners talking with a big smile, often they don't

The shower water was basically consistent in temperature but wasn't 100% consistent with pressure. The attached shower head was broken so could only use the overhead rain shower which didn't put out much pressure

  Had separate shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel.   Bath had lotion and bar hand soap.   No extra amenities were in the bathroom. An issue I had was there were slippers provided but I did notice a lack of a robe

You can't control the temperature in your room.   It shows you can but I was never able to cool my room to anything other than extremely warm and stifling

I understand it's that time of year but they don't understand that some people don't enjoy stifling warm rooms when you're a woman of a certain age

Also would like to thank to other front desk members who I cannot remember they upgrade our room to exclusive room free of charge without asking

(Stayed during a Ciconia tour in November 2024) Stay was at a pleasant hotel.   I took advantage of The spa services which I will go into detail

The hotel is located in a newly developed area, 10-15 minutes drive from the traditional city center, its monuments and museums

Breakfast excellent with a wide variety of dishes and prompt service The rooms were comfortable, with a nice view, we found what we needed and the service was excellent!

There are many shopping malls nearby and boulevards cross the area making it easy to enter and exit the city

We gave our clothes for the laundry service, and hotel crew lost some of our stuff. They were looking for it for 5 days, and at the day of our departure just admitted that they can’t find anything

I asked them to at least not charge us for this service, since lost items were really important for us (and expensive), but manager rejected this

You need to think more about your clients, otherwise decent people will choose something else to not get into this hilarious and bad situation

We observed that COVID-19 situation was taken seriously by the hotel management and all guests including all staff members wearing mask. Breakfast service was excellent and location of the hotel is also very good

I was only in the conference hall for a celebration. Very big, clean, friendly staff, nice food. The lavatories were also very clean and looked luxurious. This was the 2nd time I was there, and I was not disappointed

Location is not good because it is nearby a garden and pool that use for parties. The room was big and clean. Air conditioning system didn't work properly and the TV didn't work at all.

Perfect place to stay. Wonderful breakfasts and services. Having North Shield inside the hotel is great plus because it is one of the best pubs around!

We stayed there , 7th to 9th of January. Cozy swimming pool, amazing turkish bathroom. The location is so good , it's close to city center and especially to "Anit kabir". I really recommend this hotel

I stayed here due to a missed connection, very conveniently close to the airport and the staff are AMAZING, they went above and beyond to help me, arranging transportation to and from the city center and basically building me an itinerary for the day where I had lots of time to kill

These were significantly exceeded however as we found the hotel very clean, rooms comfortable and quiet and the food was acceptable. All staff were polite and helpful

Stayed in room 708 , room is always clean , along with staff does a good job. Floor attendant Sultan Shalin is always helpful and her English is better than most on the other floors

The resturant at the lugal us not my favorite for breakfast, there is a young girl there who makes you feel so uncomfortable, but we did learn we can have breakfast at the Sheraton and it was an open buffet and you can choose your own meal ( as a picky eater this was a better choice for me

Stayed 3 nights at the Lugal, friendly staff at the door and reception. Food is good, breakfast buffet (at the Sheraton) with lots of choices. Breakfast a la carte options at the Lugal restaurant

They found out we were there for our honeymoon and to visit our in laws and have a traditional party and they sent us a platter full of goodies and treated us like royalty

I usually don’t like the carpets because they are very dirty no matter how much they vacuum but this hotel probably renovated it recently, we didn’t feel stuffy nor allergies

Merhaba Akadaslarim, In March of this year my wife and I stayed at The Ankara Hotel. Place is extremely clean and modern. everything was very comfortable. The front desk and the staff were some of the nicest people

I love this hotel!I like how modern, clean and spacious everything is. The bathroom is my favourite , very spacious and they use Grohe brand items. Corridor is well lit and everything looks well renovated

The location is beautiful, many central places can be reached in a short time. The comfort is impeccable and cleanliness is at the perfect level. The staff are smiling and helpful. The internet connection is very good

The location isn't very ideal especially for those who are walking. There is a decent walk to get to restaurants and shops. A busy highway is right in front of the hotel which makes it a bit loud in the rooms

Mid-range hotel located in the city center with spacious rooms, friendly non-English speaking staff and reasonable cleanliness. The breakfast buffet offers everything you need, egg dishes are freshly prepared.
