Excellent service at this hotel. Everyone member of staff is so attentive and helpful. The breakfast has some of the best options I've had at hotels. The facilities (gym, spa and pools) are clean and open late

Ayse has been a spectacular person at the hotel making sure all our parties needs are taken care of. She anticipates our needs before we even say anything. 10/10 highly recommended.

This was the best and by far the largest JW Marriott hotel I've stayed in. The rooms and bed were very comfortable and well decorated. The bathroom and shower was spacious as well as the room, restaurants are so good

Room 10 is 5 stars, the hotel staff are all smiles and smiles, we went with our two year old twins and were very comfortable, despite this we would go there again without hesitation.

Well positioned with good service if going to Istanbul for business. Rooms are very good, and service excellent. Only issue is distance to main tourist areas in old city.

This place is epic! From the front desk to the concierge to the massages and restaurant. You must try Brasserie for dinner followed by the jazz club downstairs. A massage by Nila literally fixed by frozen neck and back

Overall, my stay at the Sheraton Ankara was very enjoyable, and I would definitely recommend it to others visiting Ankara

This hotel has great service and the best staff since many years. Next building is the biggest mall in Ankara. The location is in the middle of all different industrial attractions and the airport

Location is convenient, Top notch service and the rooms where clean to. What was not clean were the windows. It’s such a nice city view but you can’t really enjoy because of the thick layer of dirt on the windows

My first time here and staff were perfect specally Olcay in the reception, the room was immaculate and the breakfast was out of this word literally the finest cheeses, olives honey and butter amongst many many more

I had 2-day holiday for a single in December 2023. Room: It was a very nice room with view. Cleaning was adequate. Mini bar has enough drinks. I had no problems. Food: breakfast was excellent.

The rooms are mediocre for this price range, otherwise the hotel is fine. Good breakfast, excellent coffee. Good service, friendly staff.

So if you are thinking to travel to Ankara for business or pleasure this is a excellent choice! You have Armada and Next Level Shopping Mall in front of the hotel so you can find many stores

Receptionists Cem, Naim, Omer and Doga provided exceptional service, from the check-in process to my mom's entire stay. They promptly printed the documents I sent and delivered them to my mom's room

Lovely hotel. I stay there everything i visit Ankara. It opposite the Armada mall and there are a lot of restaurants and bars to choose from. The spar is great as well.

We and others couldn't get onto WiFi, had to go to reception to make it work. Mattress not great, air-conditioning took all night to bring the temp down, and the fridge took all night to cool 2 bottles of water

Location is not good because it is nearby a garden and pool that use for parties. The room was big and clean. Air conditioning system didn't work properly and the TV didn't work at all.

We observed that COVID-19 situation was taken seriously by the hotel management and all guests including all staff members wearing mask. Breakfast service was excellent and location of the hotel is also very good

I was only in the conference hall for a celebration. Very big, clean, friendly staff, nice food. The lavatories were also very clean and looked luxurious. This was the 2nd time I was there, and I was not disappointed

The parking space could be larger considering the area, but I still managed to find a space to park the car

Breakfast excellent with a wide variety of dishes and prompt service The rooms were comfortable, with a nice view, we found what we needed and the service was excellent!

There are many shopping malls nearby and boulevards cross the area making it easy to enter and exit the city

We gave our clothes for the laundry service, and hotel crew lost some of our stuff. They were looking for it for 5 days, and at the day of our departure just admitted that they can’t find anything

I asked them to at least not charge us for this service, since lost items were really important for us (and expensive), but manager rejected this

You need to think more about your clients, otherwise decent people will choose something else to not get into this hilarious and bad situation

It is my second time at the Grand Ankara Hotel. It is very comfortable. Besides the very important people you see in the lobby (that may make you nervous) it is very nice . Especially The Swimming Pool !!!

The Location was perfect, right next to VFS Global centre in Turkey. I had an appointment with them the next day and I just strolled in from Meyra Palace hotel. The cheese burger was heavenly

AC is not very qualitative and the fridge is warm. Mostly, the spa is not a relaxing place but more of a family-and-community water center: many kids and many swimming lessons occupying half the pool

Loved this place they were amazing. Food was delicious as well. Clean however only 3 stars because even the NON Smoking still smelled like smoke. I had to sleep with a window open

Decent overall. I've recently stayed in a very nice 5 star hotel so my review is a bit biased. Breakfast is okay. Only one indoor pool. Sauna and steamroom area a bit dated. The gym is pretty nice.

Employees and service quality was very good, hotel is clean but it is not even close to luxury. Room amenities were very low quality like a 3 star hotel’s, shower was damaged

Location is in a nice and vital area yet very quite. The breakfast was delicious and the waitress was nice and helpful. The service in general was great and the reception team were super responsive

Well, it is a reasonable option if someone does not need to go to city center and catch some late/early hour flights, located very near the Ankara airport. Overall service is good & courteous

I stayed here due to a missed connection, very conveniently close to the airport and the staff are AMAZING, they went above and beyond to help me, arranging transportation to and from the city center and basically building me an itinerary for the day where I had lots of time to kill

When I entered the room for the first time, I was kinda shocked of how clean everything was. Since this is an airport hotel, my expectations were not that high. The staff was very friendly, helpful and informative

One of Best hotels in Ankara, room is clean and spacious, staff is kind, breakfast is fresh and delicious. Swimming pool is longer than 30m.

Negatives: the building is a little tired, the hot tub in the spa was cold, there was a fair amount of noise from the nearby main road, and prices are Euro-based so the Turkish Lira price can change between reservation and check out (which, BTW is at 12:00, not 13:00)
