Very nice place for individuals or families. Staff are pleasant. The Manager Farhat was very kind and helpful. The only problem no English speaking receptionist available.

The hotel is filled with great staff. It's a big place with nice apartments. However if you don't have a car it's a bit long to walk to your apartment. There are a lot of apartment blocks, so you need to see which one is closest to the hotel lobby. It does have ironing and laundry service, as well as other services. However if you come during a time when there is a conference being held at the hotel...

Rooms are cleaned, me and parents stay one night and its very pleasant. Outside temp was freezing, but inside we feel the warm. This hotel is highly recommended. Thank you new park hotel and ayfer - the cleaner.

It was an amazing experience, a great hotel with friendly staff. It is wheelchair accessible, great reception. The rooms and clean and well kept. The facilities are great with friendly staff manning them. The view from the front rooms are great (I stayed in the back rooms).

Dear Management, do something about the music in your hotel! Listening to the same two titles in a permanent loop is pure torture! Room was perfect, Service friendly but obviously not everyone speaks English - watch out for your breakfast when going away from the table to get some more food - when you return everything is gone….

Wonderful service in the cafe from Deniz and Gamze and their colleagues and good food. Hotel is very pleasant, basic rooms are a little small, top quality breakfast bar.

I think it is a fine hotel but not 5 stars. Friendly as expected in turkey yet the receptionist English was lacking and the WiFi never worked properly.

Guys, this hotel is not worth it. It's very old and nasty. Everything is very outdated. It's not dirty, but it's just...seen better days. And as for spa - they charge you 150 lira for entrance. 150 lira is not a problem at all, but why can't you just include that to the price of the room? This can pass for a 4 stars hotel, not 5. Overpriced for their services and rooms. The room card kept locking me out of my room every time I left the hotel and came back to my room, with no serious solution for this issue. Some lights were not working in the room despite mentioning this to the reception, they didn't follow up with it nor sent anyone to fix it! Not the best service. They need to teach...

I really enjoyed the fitness and spa at Green Park Hotel. Very good staff in the restaurant and in the hotel. I want to definitely mention Davut and Murat. Very good guys and professionals in their field. It was very interesting and funny with them, and they were always ready to help.

really good price/performance ratio. Clean rooms. Breakfast was ok, not bad. The only problem was parking. Renovating the parking lot during the holidays (Feast of Ramadan) is a very bad choice for planning.

It’s over price and definitely not going to pay again if the price will be the same, the food was not good and not much item for breakfast, and those who worked in Turkish bath, massage and swimming pool were not friendly. The hotel receptionists very friendly and for those who came for VFS this is a good option because of the location except the price.

Interesting design interior and large rooms but not many English speakers (which is ok) often leading the staff to deliver wrong answers rather than none at all (which is not). The Location was perfect, right next to VFS Global centre in Turkey. I had an appointment with them the next day and I just strolled in from Meyra Palace hotel. The cheese burger was heavenly. Room service is prompt and always on time. I'll always Recommend this Hotel anytime.

The hotel is great. Everything is what you expect from a five star hotel. The staff are very helpful. Muzaffer is a very kind and cheerful man, go to him for anything you need and be sure he will help you. Room cozy and clean and comfortable. Location not downtown but in safe quiet neighbourhood and only five to 10 minutes to downtown by taxi that is readily available at very good price. Staff very friendly and professional. I love Swissotel Ankara and the hospitality. Will come again for sure.

Wonderful, friendy staff that go out of their way to meet ever guests needs. 5 stars to Sevda for her friendly smile and extra help. Room was a bit noisy and I asked to move and they kindly changed me to a different room, with no issues.

Hilton never lets me down. As soon as you enter the hotel you will see little details taken care perfectly. The check in process was smooth and quick. We stayed at this hotel for one week. It’s kept very well, all public areas and rooms clean and inviting. Staff at the breakfast buffet as well as health spa helpful and respectful. The housekeeping staff very thorough in their daily work, it was a pleasure to stay there.

Rooms not cleaned, poor lighting, small room, narrow shower place. Corridors had bad old rugs smell. Windows had good city view but were stained from outside. Overall experience was disappointing.

Service makes this hotel our choice in Ankara. Bugra, Concierge, and the Chef (we are vegetarian, and the in-room dining team really sorted us out with delicious off-menu vegetarian options) really helped us. Decent overall. I've recently stayed in a very nice 5 star hotel so my review is a bit biased. Breakfast is okay. Only one indoor pool. Sauna and steamroom area a bit dated. The gym is pretty nice.

Employees and service quality was very good, hotel is clean but it is not even close to luxury. Room amenities were very low quality like a 3 star hotel’s, shower was damaged. Breakfast at the Hotel was good but open buffet at Sheraton was a very unfortunate experience. Definetely did not worth the money we paid.

Stayed 3 nights at the Lugal, friendly staff at the door and reception. Food is good, breakfast buffet (at the Sheraton) with lots of choices. Breakfast a la carte options at the Lugal restaurant. Only downside was that it was quite hot in all areas but that seems an overall thing in Turkey.

The bed was comfortable. The room smelt of smoke. There were no spare power outlets to charge phones or use my laptop. The breakfast was good. Service was great.

We found this place last night after having a problem with the other booking, and I'm so happy to spend our time here. The staff are so respectful and helpful, and the hotel is quiet and peaceful. It's definitely worth the money with the gym, pool, and billiard table available for some fun.

I love the hotel location, so strategies, near public transport, taxi base, food, cafe, salon, school for kids, supermarket, and if you want to walk around, the scenery is best. This hotel is positioned on a high cliff, you can enjoy the view just from your room. Enjoy it!!!

We stayed there for one night during our short trip to Ankara. The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean. it has a washing machine, fridge and oven. The breakfast was good. The only thing that disturbed me was the old cigarette smell in the room.

The hotel is located near the airport. The rooms are well equipped and clean. The hotel's service is of a high standard, especially Aykan (lobby bar) and Selcuk, who takes care of the main restaurant. I also recommend taking advantage of the SPA offer (the massage offer includes beautifully scented aromatherapy oils).

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times for business purposes, and I have always experienced excellent service from the very professional reception staff. rooms are old, the entire hotel is old, it doesn't look like the photos, and it is really bad service. As soon as we got in, they were giving us side eye's and a bad attitude it says that it's kid friendly, but I don't really agree with that breakfast was 5/10. No Cereal, omleat, and the options are pretty tight there are no juices just water tea and coffee which is ok but not kid friendly the air...

Wonderful staff and location and that's the only reason I gave it 4 starts, otherwise the hotel needs a lot of attention. Rooms are old they need some upgrades. We had issue with the heating and they staff swapped the rooms for us, but they provided us with an electric heater which isn't very safe. I would say focus a bit more on the rooms quality.

I stayed at the King hotel for 2 nights for a business trip. Overall it was a comfortable stay. The staff were great and very attentive which somewhat made up for this now tiring hotel. I stayed on the 3rd floor in a double room. The bed although fairly comfortable was on the concave side with bedding too small for the bed. Which was fine for a single occupant but any couples would find it irritating...

I stayed in Mimi hotel for about 8 nights. The best thing there was the staff, especially HILAL and ANIL, who were some of the best, friendliest, and most helpful people I've ever met at hotels. I came here from London and was very well looked after. The room was comfortable and clean and the housekeeping was excellent. The staff were very helpful, particularly Mr. Samet and Mr. Osman. Kotu hotel is clean and comfortable. We are happy and enjoyed our stay at the koru hotel specially thanks to Garson sinan. My advise is to add english channel on tv.

I am not saying that there is no shortage of a company that provides a very clean and friendly service, but they do their best to make up for the deficiencies immediately.

This is the only place I would prefer in Ankara, where I have been staying for 4 years. Its excellent staff in cleaning help in every way and the only address to stay is New House :)

All the staff working in this hotel do their job very well. Especially; Hakan, Sedat, Adem and Isa are very interested. A place where you can stay with peace of mind. It is very important that they also provide canteen service. (People can get hungry sometimes at night :)
