Very nice hotel. The facilities are very clean as well as the rooms. The personal is very professional, efficient and always willing to help.

Breakfast is really good and also the service. Mr Mustafa Yurdakul is taking care of any single detail for the breakfast experience to be perfect. Very professional and pleasant.

Wonderful hotel…breakfast buffet was amazing. Our room (615) was spotless when we arrived and stayed that way because Esra, our maid, was so thorough with daily tidying. We were even able to communicate through google translator.

We had a very lovely dinner dining experience at The Greenhouse restaurant. The food was delicious and well presented.
Mustafa was professional and friendly, taking the time to chat and ensure my sister's allergy was accommadated.
The wait staff were also friendly and helpful.

Ankara HiltonSA is ideally located near the city center and Tunalı Hilmi Street, making it a great choice for both business and leisure stays. It’s within walking distance of places like Kuğulu Park and Karum Shopping Mall. The hotel is generally clean, the rooms are comfortable, and the staff is attentive—especially the reception team, which receives frequent praise for their helpfulness.

While the breakfast is satisfactory, some guests feel the variety could be improved. Facilities like the spa and indoor pool offer a relaxing environment. Although the prices are considered slightly high, the quality of service helps justify the cost. Overall, it's a reliable hotel that reflects the Hilton standard in Ankara.

I arrived at Hilton Ankara SA extremely sick with dysentery and feeling barely alive. Right away, Elina from the Guest Experience team stepped in to help, quickly organizing a doctor to visit my room within an hour. Katya made sure everything was moving smoothly and that I was as comfortable as possible while waiting.

When the doctor arrived, Elina kindly stayed with me to translate, making a very stressful situation much easier. After the consultation, Katya arranged for my medications to be delivered directly to the hotel and had a simple meal of potatoes and ayran prepared to help me recover.

Thanks to them, I was also placed in a wonderfully quiet and peaceful room — exactly what I needed for proper rest and healing. Throughout my stay, the bell staff were equally outstanding, assisting with food orders and checking in on my comfort without ever being intrusive.

The executive lounge offers beautiful views over Ankara — a calm, relaxing place to sit, especially during sunset. The rooms are consistently spotless, luxurious, and cozy, and the breakfast is a true standout — one of the best I’ve had anywhere.

While the hotel sits a little uphill from the heart of the city, the level of care and service more than makes up for it. Several luxury shopping options are right downstairs as well.

I’m especially grateful to both Katya and Elina — their kindness, efficiency, and compassion made all the difference. They turned a very rough experience into something truly healing.

Hilton never lets me down. As soon as you enter the hotel you will see little details taken care perfectly. The check in process was smooth and quick. The attendants were quite professional greeting with smile. I was upgraded to suite on floor 7 (Room 701). Room was spacious with comfy beds and ample of space to cater for a family of 4.
We used executive lounge for our dinner which had limited choices but the food was good and fresh. Next morning we went for breakfast. Breakfast Choices were great and had good variety. Egg station was great too. Overall a great experience again with Hilton chain.

Parking is free and secured.

Stay was at a pleasant hotel.  I took advantage of The spa services which I will go into detail. I was located on the 7th floor and had a very nice view of part of the city.

Upon entering the room it was spacious, clean and nice. There were carpets throughout except for in the bathroom area. You can't control the temperature in your room.  It shows you can but I was never able to cool my room to anything other than extremely warm and stifling. I understand it's that time of year but they don't understand that some people don't enjoy stifling warm rooms when you're a woman of a certain age.

The shower water was basically consistent in temperature but wasn't 100% consistent with pressure. The attached shower head was broken so could only use the overhead rain shower which didn't put out much pressure.  Had separate shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel.  Bath had lotion and bar hand soap.  No extra amenities were in the bathroom.

An issue I had was there were slippers provided but I did notice a lack of a robe. Why a hotel would have a health club with massage and pool and not provide a robe is a little beyond me.  Therefore I had to show up to both my massage spa appointment and again when I went to use the pool - in my street clothes. I've stayed in lower quality hotels that included robes.

The beds were comfortable and provided four pillows for a single bed.  TV was nice sized for the room. They only provided 4 decaf coffee so I wasn't able to enjoy a cup of coffee.  They also only had a couple packets of each kind of sugar.  The kettle appeared clean but because I didn't get an opportunity to have coffee I honestly didn't check inside.  Only a kettle is provided.

Something that stood out was the fact that you either had to have all the lights on or all the lights off - there weren't any separate lights to control each room. The bathroom lights are either all on or all off - same for the entry/bedroom all seem to be on only 1 on/off control.

The Spa: I would like to add that my experience at the spa was very mixed. I went down and dealt with a young man who could not have been nicer! So accommodating, understanding and friendly. Knowing that I was from America he made sure I was comfortable and understood how the process worked and might be different from what I was used to.  However the young lady that I dealt with When I went to access the pool was not nice. She was not understanding and seem to give me a lot of attitude. The differences in attitude between the two could not have been more stark. The massage room was clean as well as the pool and hot tub areas. The provided chair cushions could definitely use a cleaning and looked a bit dingy.

I had both dinner and breakfast in the hotel. Dinner is a plated meal which was not horrible but the drinks were extremely overpriced for the quality.  The breakfast seemed plentiful and I rather enjoyed the odd display of desserts.  There didn't seem to be any ability to order off the buffet such as an omelet.  The only coffee that I could find was from a machine which tasted about how you would expect.

Overall I did enjoy the hotel. If I was to return in the area chances are likely that I would reuse the same hotel if I was looking for a Hilton hotel.

Breakfast was great. Reception at breakfast by Iram and Omer Captain was great, welcoming and refreshing. Right mood you would like to get in the morning before meetings

Bed comfort was excellent but overall lighting on the table side needs improvement. Half the room was not well lit

I stayed at the hotel for one week. The best experience was the Executive Lounge on Floor 15. Everyday, I made friends and business contacts and the service by staff was superb

Wonderful, friendy staff that go out of their way to meet ever guests needs. 5 stars to Sevda for her friendly smile and extra help. Room was a bit noisy and I asked to move and they kindly changed me to a different room, with no issues.

We stayed at this hotel for one week. It’s kept very well, all public areas and rooms clean and inviting. Staff at the breakfast buffet as well as health spa helpful and respectful. The housekeeping staff very thorough in their daily work, it was a pleasure to stay there.
